The executive collected the cheque of 495 for the annual subscription of economic times instead of 399. The cheque got got cleared in march but the subscription has not started yet. Whenever i call the executive he does not pick up the call. The crm are always clueless who seems to no information at all. Most of the time someone pick up the call and say that all the executives are busy attending other calls but we are hear people talking in the background. When i spoke to them last i was told that i had requested a refund though i never requested anything like that. I have received coupons also. Was this information helpful? |
