Edelweiss Financial Services — Needs to confirm the where to claim provident fund

Dear team,

I have been working with your organisation previously but as being based in non branch location(srinagar) of your company, not able to claim the provident fund..Please let me know how will I be claim the same.

Also send me the PF claim form to process the same.

Also needs Pf statement of my tenure.
