I booked the tickets on cleartrip (TRIP ID NO[protected] AND[protected] on 30 sept 2021 and cancelled them on 20th october 2021 .I was also paid EZcancellation charges on the tickets. But I have not received the refund till date in spite of contact your customer care executive again and again. It shows that your services are very poor and your customer executives are also irresponsible for their duties.This is totally harassment with the customers. Therefore you requested to refund the total amount of my tickets.
