Dear sir,
It is for your kind attention and notification that my name is Pooja Pandey , and I have taken admission in MA (HINDI)(12247MAHIN0003) in VISAKHAPATNAM (AP) through approved study centre of VIRTUAL EDUCATION TRUST offering degree’s in collaboration with KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY. I have paid the fees of Rs 9000/- vide HDFC bank cheque no 098452 dated 26 june 12 to the local study centre( Code AP-742) of VIRTUAL EDUCATION TRUST(UU-11, Pitampura Delhi-34). However till to date I have not received any student registration document and study material from the above mentioned study centre ( CMIT 3rd Floor, Satya Surya Complex , Dwarknagar Vizag- 16 )Code AP-742 , after enquiring the Incharge (Mr Vankatesh) regarding the issue he has given the examination schedule to me and told that your registration is completed and you have to appear for the examination, now to appear for the examination without books he has asked for a additional sum of Rs 5000/- from me .. In prima facie it seems that it’s a big fraud going on here. Hence I request you to kindle intervene in this matter because without books how some body can prepare and appear for the exams. Please facilitate me in getting my money refunded, As I am a wife of serving Defense Officer this money is a part of hard laying services done by him for the nation.
I am also planning to take up this case legally coz it’s a straight forward 420 case , hence your early reply will help me in taking right decision in timely manner.
