Hello, my name is purna b. Pradhan, i am from sikkim, india, i joined educomp solutions ltd on 28th july 2015 as resident engineer posted at gangtok, sikkim but due to some problem i left the company on 31st march 2017, but i did not claim my full and final settlement,
After one month on 1st may 2017, again i joined the same company as smartclass coordinator at kurseong, west bengal, as my reporting manager said he will manage my joining, and after some days of my joining hr called me and said that he will considered my joining from 1st june 2017, and by this i did not received my salary for the month of may 2017, and after the month of june, i got my salary, but unfortunately there was some political issue happened in hill (Darjeeling region) and all the schools were closed so, i did not attended my duty, and again i was unpaid, i had sent so many mails to hr and my reporting manager but all of them makes me waiting, no one provided and straight action or guidance.
Because of the same issue i decided to leave this company and i sent my resignation letter on 28th december 2017, and it was accepted, and after some days i was applied for my full and final settlement and dues, but hr said the it will be informed after 10 days, and again after 10 days there is no response from anyone, still i am sending follow ups frequently but no reply till date... (9th feb 2017).

As a normal working person it is very hard to manage my daily expenses, i am facing lots of financial problems..

My 5 months salary (From sep 2013 to feb 2014), is pending and i mailed to you several time.
I resigned your company on 5th april 2014 with 15 days notice period, just because of the salary issue, and today i received a mail with only inr 3, 166/- as a full and final settlement...

Don't you think it is going good...???
I know your company has been insolvent but you can not hold any one's salary.

Requesting mr. Shantanu prakash, to please look into the matter and inform me as urgent as possible.

We faced several hardware issues, license issues and they were not able to provide the services as per their promises. There were no customer care number that you can call in the absence of their representatives. There were no alternate email that you can reach if you don’t get support and services. You had to depend on their representatives everytime. There representative changed in every 6 months.

They have very poor contents, their employees are highly unprofessional and they don't provide services as promised.

Because of all these, we asked them to discontinue services and refund our amount but they denied.

Honourable sir, with due respect i would like to inform you that, i was an employee of educomp solutions ltd since 2012 to june, 2017. I had been working as a computer faculty in that period under educomp solution ltd. My service period was terminated on june, 2017. I did not received my pf amount after almost six month of termination of my service. So, i request you kindly to take action regarding release of my pf amount.

I have joined company educom solution pvt ltd on 9-1-17 i got salary in time on feb after that company crediting me every two months its going uo to and company manger told me school contract not renewed so its delaying and i asked then why us sending me regulary for school and they told me school will renewing so u can go regularly and company will pay so i went regularly but they said me on 20th august not go 31agust on wards and they not informed me one month before and any information and they not credited my salary and i waited without job one month (Sep2017) and no respose from company and hr manager i mailed called and wat up many time but no respose from company and i faced financial and mentally depressed and still am mailing and trying to contact and no response from company and am suffered mentally depressed lot i want and and still i not got my salary 1.5 months, i log complain against company and i need justice..

This is with reference to purchase made in the month of february.
The product delivered in three months after making so many calls to the sales agent.
Finally got delivered last week and since then no one has come to install.

A company like yours giving such service really making us think differently about the company.

Now the school released payment of Rs. 2, 98, 500 towards installment.

Hi,

We are from sri vinayaka high school having Cust-ID-- CUSB001548.
we hav made the agreement for 3 years with pre payment,
we were not provided services for the first year (After installation, no one has turned up to school to train teacher to use & to fix issue, this became waste for 1st year)
- now we raised request for cancellation by sending mails to marketing person & letter is sent to marketing person & Head office .. to cancel the agreement &
not to produce the cheque for the 2nd year payment(2nd year need to start now)
- Cheque is produced to bank now after the letter is given to educomp(letter is sent 1 month back, mail is sent 2 months back)
- harassing now that 138 section will be imposed & asking us to come to
delhi for case.

Dear Sir/Mam, I was working with Educomp Solutions ltd and I have resigned from my post from march 2015. I have not received March 2015 month salary still not. Every day i am calling the employee of company and they do not respond properly and every time i am taking to a new person and explaining them about my salary and thay had committed me to credit the amount in first week of November but still they not credited. Kindly help me please.

Had worked a s vendor with Educomp Schools at Gurgaon. Provided manpower to for their Takshila School at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The principal had joined the school in December 2014. Have send them the invoice in the 1st week of April 2015. Ever since have been trying to follow up with them for the payment. In April we were informed that the payment is in process and will be cleared shortly. After which all our calls, emails, meeting requests have been denied. The HR Head of Educomp Schools in Gurgaon refused to meet or reply to our mails. Have tried contacting their CEO and other HR people, but of no response. We feel cheated and harassed by them. Kindly Advise. The invoice number sent was - 1415104 Dated - 8th April 2015.

Dear Sir, I am Jasneet, I was working with Educomp Solutions Ltd. (March 2009- Jan 2014). They send my Full & Final Statement after one year and now more than 1.5 years has gone but they are not paying my Full and Final @ 57000/-. I have joined this company on 1 April, 2014 at Ludhiana, it was a campus placement. I was supposed to receive the incentive for quarter 1 (April-June) in the month of December, but they did not and they asked me to leave the company on 7 March, 2015 without any reason. i asked my manager about this and he said that he did not have any clue about this. I served the full notice period and my last working day was 6 April, 2015. Since then i have been following them about my full n final settlement and incentive where they shared that I am not eligible for incentive had a talk with my regional CEO who shared that it totally depends with the company whether they want to give incentive or not, keeping my career in mind i agreed to him and asked for the full and final settlement, i have been sending emails from past 3 weeks and they are not replying to my mails and i have mailed my regional CEO as well in which he states that you have to follow up with hr only and they are harassing me by not replying to my mails and not picking up my phone as well.
