I purchased PMP Exam Preparation course with Edureka and did 36 hours of classroom training and pay 47000 for training, Exam fee and membership fee.
Now I need to select my exam dates on PMI Institute site but they are again asking for same payment. I asked Edureka to support and provode me promo code or vouture code so that I can add it and resume to select my exam dates.
No one is supporting me, my coordinator blocks my no.. It's been 2 months now but I'm still not able to schedule my exam.

I have joined Edureka through Mr. Sachin (28th august 2023) and he promised that he'd offer me courses apart from DEVOPS like fundamental linux commands, machine learning, mongoDB, Tablue and Pyspark. During the interview through Gmeet(24th august, 2023), head of the interview, himself told that he'd offer these courses. I can only see fundamental linux commands and machine learning not the other courses i.e. mongoDB, Tablue and Pyspark. Shortly after the commencement of the courses, I fell sick (Oct'23-April'24) and couldn't do my courses. I have called Sachin ([protected]) to inform me of my status on June 21st. After that I have called Sachin multiple times to ask him to transfer me from DEVOPS to data engineering, he told me he'd update me on this matter after discussing his superior officers and management. But I hadn't received any call or information regarding this matter. And I tried calling him multiple times regarding this matter and he wouldn't lift my calls. I tried reaching their management through their grievance cell and a number was mentioned there, which belongs to the head of the grievance cell, Mr. Abhishek ([protected]) but when I tried to call that number, it said that number is switched off. As of today, 6th september '24, i tried calling Mr. Sachin, a different number ([protected]) and he didn't pick the call and sent a text that he is outside and that he will call tomorrow.

My name is Srija Dutta, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Edureka regarding the issues I have encountered with their AI Generative course. I enrolled in this course on the 25th of June, 2024.

Despite assurances given by Naveen Sai (phone number [protected]) that the course would offer live sessions and flexibility suitable for my schedule as a B.Sc. Computational Biology student at Jain University, Bengaluru, these promises have not been honored.

I attended the live class on 29th June at 7:00 am and again in the evening, but no live session was conducted. Instead, the course now appears as self-paced, which contradicts what I was assured at the time of enrollment. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing all relevant screenshots to Naveen Sai via WhatsApp, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Naveen has repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved, but no action has been taken.

This situation is causing significant disruption to my studies and has resulted in a considerable loss. I request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to pursue legal action through the consumer forum.

I trust that the Consumer Forum will take the necessary steps to address this grievance and ensure that Edureka honors its commitments.my ph no is [protected]

I was promised below courses but never delivered by edureka.

Azure 104 live, azure 305 live, azure 400 recording, Aws solution architect recording, pmp recording

I had enrolled in the Devops program and found it very theoretical and useless. So after the first class have asked them to refund the money which they are not doing. When I call them they don't answer the call and lie that they tried to reach me on my number. I have raised a complaint to the support team and asked them to refund. Rather than refunding, they are asking me to join some other batch whose timing and schedule don't suit me. Also I had asked them specifically for my invoice with the break-up of the GST amount and they are always sending me invoices with out GST. I need an invoice with a GST break-up.

I paid the course fee for PSM Certification $1324 Canadian dollars to this compay on Jul 29, 2023, Inovice# INV_PSM_002645and still cannot get the couse schedule.
I have raised many tickets and send number of emails and nothing happend beside promising to be called back and never happend,
I need my money to be fully refunded and no longer intrested to take coure from this company.

This is Sujatha, I Purchased the AWS Masters Certification Program on Nov 7, 2023, due to my Financial problems, I never attended the classes and I informed the salesperson after 3 days of purchasing the course. He did not inform me to raise a ticket and he told me he would check with a finance team and cancel the course but he did not respond after that again I contacted him and he told me that he would not cancel the course/EMI. Hence, I request @edureka for Cancellation of the course, Refund of Loan amount, and cancellation of EMI.
Please help me with this issue and resolve my issue ASAP.

I have enrolled data analyst master program.But due to my personal reasons I have dropped to join the course.I have informed to the sales person after 1 day of subscription/enrollment of course.She did not tell to raise a ticket.after few days she is said refund is not possible and you have to take at one course full refund is not possible.
It seems to be they are forcing to complete the course.

Please help me on this issue and resolve my issue.

I have enrolled in data analytics course.due my family issues I have to revoke that enrollment. I have told the company person to cancel my subscription with in one day. She didn't told me to raise ticket that way I didn't raise a ticket.. please consider my complaint..

One of your Associate called me and suggested a course and sent details over mail, However I said “I will revert you over mail if I'm interested in any of those courses”. She texted me on WhatsApp at 03:58 PM. As I'm busy, I didn't revert her. As I'm working on my tasks, and Again she called me at 6:44 PM the number [protected], As I'm driving I have not answered the call. She started talking very rude.
Attaching the screenshots for reference. I request Jisha to understand the situation of Customer and act according to it and talk properly, and I request Management to coach the associate how to talk and react to customer properly.

I am trying to rejoin the online courses which I have taken previously from Edureka, since I am browsing their application and I got a call from them and told about some tech master program, initially I was impressed but did not ready to take that programe, later they called me and told some offer is there so you will get it for less price, but I told them to wait for 3 days since I have to check the course content and other personal things to confirm but they said you can register and pay today and if you are not interested we will cancel it and dont deduct the money from your account, after registring that I could not continue that programe due to some personal reasons and asked to cancel that, now they are saying it is tech master program we can refund the money, they are making false promises to get the customers, please help me to cancel my subscription.

While Joining the course they have promised to the students regarding 100% Placements but after completing still no one has got the chance for an single interview.Still they are telling we are trying.The placement officer from bangalore he is telling this is the training institute not a placement office.Still the marketing their course with 100% Placements with all posters and banners in office & nearest location & scamming the students & Working persons.There is Proper knowledge for the staffs who teaching the course & no proper response and guidance from the staffs.There are many students & Working people who lost money by their fake rumours. Please take necessary action on the fake institute and save us & future peoples.I hope you will take action on them

While joining the course they have promised for 100% Placements.But after completion of course still no Placements allotted. No Insufficient training given staff.We lost money in this centre for unsatisfied study purpose.Too many guys lost their money after joining in the course by believing their words regarding placements.But still they are marketing their institute with we have placements and scamming many students

I am Gajula Sai Prasad, a victim of edureka company, I was offered a course called Salesforce Admin and App Builder course by edureka sales person Mr.Anshul Sharma at Rs.15, 000 he also told me that I will get the admin and developer certificates along with job placement assistance until I made the payment he called me many times and convinced me to pay the amount, I paid and I have completed the course and till today there is no job placement assistance and also there is no proper training provide by them and recently I cam to know that there are no job opportunities for Salesforce Administrator role in the job market but still they are fooling the people by saying that there are job opportunities because for every job related to Salesforce the companies are only hiring the candidates who have an experience of more than 2 years then what is my situation I recently in th month of July I completed the course and nobody is hiring me and no job assistance by edureka as well.
I would request you to please take a strict action against these edureka company as they are wasting people's time and money by making all the false promises and help me in this regard.

My Name is Gajula Sai Prasad, I have my lost my money and my precious time because of this edureka, My complaint is that On 10/Feb/2023 I have registered for Salesforce Admin and Developer using App Builder at the time of joining they have told me that I would be getting both Admin and Developer course certificate and will give me placement assistance as well along with resume preparation, but when I started my training I cam to know that the course in which I joined was only an app builder course and not the developer course, then I spoke to them regarding the same, then My Education Counsellor (POC) Mr.Anshul Sharma said sorry and told me that he is new to the job he doesn't know about ithe course and made me join and he said we will assist you in everything and will help you until you get placed but now after completing my course in July they are not giving any job assistance and moreover I came to know that there are no job opportunities for the Salesforce Administrator at present in the market. At the time of joining itself I have asked them whether there are job opportunities for the course which I am looking for they said yes and they promised me job assistance along with interview tips as well but now they are not providing anything simply asking to go and apply on website.
In this way edureka and its people have cheated me requesting you to please take a severe action against against these company and help me in this regard.

On 7 August Edureka Saleperson called me and told me about their react.js certification course with their sugarcoated mouth. he told me if you don't like the course, you can discontinue anytime, we support you without any single query and the whole amount will be refundable. they also explained the benefits of Edureka Elevate, (their private job portal) but after login when I see the portal there listed jobs are coming with very less package, and it's not according to their promises. they told me I can cancel the course anytime I will not be satisfied, but now I am calling they are talking so rudely, he is saying it's not according to our policy, we can't cancel the course but can swap with another course or provide any new instructor. I spent 15000 on this course, this course is not worth this, they are making people fool. I spent this much amount because they clarified to me If I will not be satisfied, they will refund me back, now the salesperson talking so rudely, he is saying he didn't say anything like this, and we are having our call recording, but now I am asking for recording, they are ignoring the calls only, It's about to 2 o'clock now and his excuse is like our manager didn't come to office till now. this Edureka team is simply making fools of everybody, first, they are trapping everybody by saying they will refund everything and after that their treatment is like we are thieves, there are numerous complaints on this site against Edureka. please help me to cancel my course and refund my money, I paid through a credit card EMI, I want to cancel this EMI and make my transaction clear. they are also talking about 3 days, there is no sense in this 3 days policies if they are selling us this course a week ago, without attending the class how can we decide whether this course is worth are not.

I was contacted several times y multiple advisors and I decided to eventually begin their cyber security program but there were many delays with their platform.

I have yet to start the course and the service provided has been very inadequate. I contacted the advisor for a refund and she delayed my request ad wouldn't provide me with assassinate.

I emailed them directly and have spoken to several people and everyone keeps refereeing me to someone else. I simple need the money refunded.

This is no way to conduct business and play with someone's time and hard earned money.

As i registered data science machine learning internship program on 4th dec 2022 batch then after i had attended only 2 session then after i missed all the remaining session but now i want my fees refund.
