I got a call from Edureka on 26th december 2022 for online PG diploma in artificial intelligence and Machine learning and said they will provide a discount and the course fee will be 1, 20000. i said i dont have enough money to do this course and they just said me to fill the documents and they will help. I have filled the documents they have provided and paid 15000 as initial payment. This is done by payment link they have send to my watsapp. I am not aware i am taking a big amount loan from a financier like propelled, they just made me to provide my adhar card and video KYC. i thought it is the process of admission..
They said they will put me in November 2022 batch, which is already started, then later they put me in january 2023 batch which was started in 3rd jan 2023. after attending four classes, i was not able to follow the course content and not able to follow the course schedules due to weekend tuitions. I am from Biotechnology background, so its tough for one who studied Bio and have knowledge on clinical field to understand the courses. so i asked them to on January 23rd to discontinue me form the course. they did not take any action on that and said they will do.
Suraj from Edureka was my point of cantact and he was not picking up my calls later after this.
I raised support tickets through edureka lims support and they were not taking any actions. They put me in financial burden by making me take loan from propelled team. Now propelled team is harassing by making continous call to pay the money. I have already made the payment of 8750 for February and i cant be able to pay 1, 05000 money to Propelled team.
I have explained my situation to propelled team they said they have already provided the money to Edureka and would need the refund back from them . I approached Edureka to get the refund back, but they are not responding. Then i approached propelled team for help and they just want the course cancelletion letter from edureka, which Edureka is not providing me. Edureka is forcing me to take the course, what is the point of taking the course if you dont have IT background and not able to understand the course content.Please help me to cancel this course and provide the course cancellation certificate and refund the money back to propelled. If i know this will be loan, then i wouldnt put my family in such a financial burden which we are unable to suffer.

    Need your kind attention and support to resolve the concern.

    As per my discussion with Mr. Arjun A., Sr. Admission Counsellor, I have taken the admission on 14th Feb 2023 by paying Gpay Rs 10000/- but he never mentioned in his conversation that I need to sign loan document for the installment which needs to pay by me for the course.

    When he did inform me about the loan I had asked him to cancel the admission and refund the amount through SMS on 16th Feb 2023. But he managed to manipulate me and get it signed the loan document through Propelled and now I feel like I was cheated.

    Further, when I spoke to Mr. Rajshekhar, Associate Business manager, on cancellation of admission due to some personal and financial problem, He literally threatened me with word likes forgery, doubt on my consent, fraud etc, and mentally harass and blackmailed me to withdraw admission cancellation on telephonic conversation. He even did not inform me that our telephonic conversation had been recorded by him without any of my consent.

    I would like to mention with reference to a clause in rules and regulation for cancellation of admission that if admission is cancelled within 3 days of admission no question will be asked and amount will be refunded but the same was neglected by the team and started to harass and blackmail me.

    I have enclosed necessary payment proofs and a snapshot of SMS for your reference to take the same into consideration at the earliest and refund the amount as paid by me along with cancellation of admission and loan procedure as the course has not started yet.

      I have enrolled PGPAI ML course in January and have attended two classes, as I am not able follow the schedule and due the difficulty level of course, i discontinued after two weeks and informed Edureka.
      I have paid 15000 and they too finance from propelld finance in my name.
      They don't respond for refunding the money . They are just cheating people .please help to get money refunded, otherwise I will raise a complaint

        Hello,

        I am Fresher. I endrolled for post graduation program in devops course in jan 2022. I have previously complained multiple time on their LMS portal but no one helped me out. All are just ignoring my issue. Customer support is worst.
        Support is saying we provide job assistance not Placements. But i was told edureka provides 100% placement.

        I endrolled for 9 months course and they said they are giving scholarship of 1.20 lakh I contacted edureka staff Rajshekhar on 6Jan 2022. He said only 1 seat remaining and forced me to take admission as soon as possible. My 1st day lecture was on 15 January 2022

        During admission process Edureka staff "Rajshekhar" told me Edureka provides 100% placement. On this basis I took admission. He said you need to score above 75% in our exam after that we will provide interview calls to you minimum package will be 7LPA.
        For confirmation I asked him multiple times regarding Placement. In my 1st lecture staff member said we don't provide placement. Even after lecture Rajshekhar kept saying don't worry placements are there

        I was asking for refund to Rajshekhar. Once the refund date was passed that person stopped taking my calls and messages.

        Also he said Edureka provides 20 projects to you as course is of 9months out of that in 1st three months basic level projects will be given in next 3months moderate level projects and in last 3months Industry level live projects will be given from companies like Infosys.

        This person have lied to my another 2 friends too done same fraud with them.

        Multiple times i have raised issue on LMS Support but No one is helping..
        Edureka gave job portal "Hirest" but not a single job call from there.
        All are asking for experience candidates not for fresher.

        It's just Fraud.. It's not good just for admission this people lie with students.
        it's not small amount of course i have paid 1, 20, 000 Rs

        I need justice for my parents hard earned money. I think government should take strict action against such malpractices of cheating students.

        Same thing happened with me, before taking admission they said we will give you placement calls until you bring placed in well reputed company but later on there is no placement support from edureka these all placements related talks are fake. Don't take admission here if you want skill then go for online courses. Edureka is waste of money & time.

        1st they said we will give 100% placement we have tieup with more than 50-60 companies..
        But atlast They cheated on Us
        No placement nothing

        Just for admission purpose they provide fake information

        I suggest to everyone Don't take admission in Edureka
        They are filled with Fake staff

          I enrolled a Devops course on 19 jan and requested a refund on 21 and it was almost 2 days, As per the edureka policies within 3 days refund need to be done. I got a mail that refund cannot be done due policy breached, now they are not responding to tickets and not replying to any mail. This is completely fraud. Kindly help in this. I am attaching the proofs.

            I am writing this complaint, for Not refunding the amount by edureka, As I told them I have got an offer from a MNC Company and I cannot continue Devops Certification course, I logged a complaint within 2 days of registration. As the edureka policies says refund within 3 days with no questions asked. I have attached all proofs, I registered the course on 19 Jan 20: 30 pm and requested refund on 21 Jan. and I got mail...

            I was working there but due to Miss Mansi Saluja & Miss Sakshi sharma(HR)
            I left the organisation because the HR here are for the money only no help no resolution

            & Miss Mansi great Managers are alive too
            She doesn't know kisko konse campaign m bethana h and wow she is a Manager
            Manager was Partial with me everytime.

            Edureka is a good company but due to these people those are loosing goodwill

            I still want to work and I can but not with this partial environment.

              I joined AWS course in edureka on Jan 4th by paying full fees 33k after that I can't understand the conceps of the course clearly by the way the tutor teaching( he didn't teach about the basics) and on the 2nd day(jan 5) i asked for refund. They told me that I'm not saying the genuine reason for refund and till now they are not refunding my money back. But the terms and conditions of edureka says the money will be refunded within 3days of registration without no questions asked.

                  Hi...my course (pmp certification) was not started as discussed after paying the full amount and now i am following for my refunds... i dont get responses to my messages too...they agreed to refund initially but now they are not responding..i have sent multiple messages to them on this and i dont get any response from them...

                    I was told by the customer service rep on Sat 11/5 that the video accessibility is an issue and should be resolved within 24-48 hours. It's been more than 60 hours now and I still can't access the videos. Can this be fixed asap

                      We started facing some problems in our Aquaguard as the water was not filling in it. We complained about it and a technician came. Before the technician visit still the filter was able to fill some water but after he came the filter stopped working and was not filling any water. We complained about it and the technician said that some membrane is to be changed and they didn’t had any! And since the complainant it has been 5 days. We are taking water from our neighbours. Even after taking the AMC these are the services we are being provided. Do not buy their Aquaguard and go for a different brand or company.

                        I enrolled for the course and paid 48k. I got a confirmation email that the payment has been successful and i shall be allotted an enrollment number and LMS credentials.

                        The course is about to start in a few days and i dont have any login id- and no details.
                        I need a refund and cancel the enrollment

                          I had enrolled in a course with Edureka where I was given false assurances and promises. They followed up regularly till I had not enrolled and as soon as enrollment happened, everything changed. They stopped answering my questions and problems. I was given a different batch than asked for, a different instructor as told. If I call to get a refund, everyone is just trying to avoid talking, hangs up on calls, giving excuses that someone will call, but never receive a callback. This is so super frustrating and an unprofessional way of handling complaints when they claim to give support 24*7, 365 days.
                          All I want is a refund. Please somebody help me out.

                            they told me if you not satisfied course would refund, due to health emergency, i haven't contacted them and attended only 2 fully session on 17 & 18 sept, after came from emergency. i was checked recorded session but they uploaded old batch session not my batch session and not fulled

                              My daughter joined a aws course batch of 5th sep. To 28th sep. 2022.during end of the course my daughter fell very sick it was last lecture, if the aws course. When after few days we checked the project details. My daughter couldnot understand the project, the instructor never explained in class about the project too.
                              When we called counsellor Deepika, for help in understanding project she said she will get back, but then never called back. Rather she blocked our phone number on her phone as busy tone. On calling her from other number she answered call and pretend to be busy, on complaining she just disconnected call. We joined course on her assurance of after course guidence. Edureka does such unprofessional act is beyond imaginable. No doubt trust doesnot exist.
                              I will never do any course upgrade from edureka.

                                Recently I had very frustrating experience with Edureka.

                                I have enrolled for a month long weekend batch course for one of the technical module.

                                During second week, I suddenly started getting "Registration Cancelled" message while joining live sessions link.

                                I immdiately raised ticket and got into call with support team. However, nobody could help me as they just keep transferring calls here and there.

                                I missed my planned session due to this. Still my issue is not resolved.

                                I will recommend to new learners not to register at Edureka as in case of any urgent issue, they are not capable of helping within time.

                                Please look for any other alternative but not Edureka.

                                  I have already emailed and raised many complaint tickets to Edureka but they didn't refund my course fees.

                                  Also, I have already complained in consumer forums(Docket No[protected] and consumer court(Application No- A[protected]).
                                  I want a full refund of my course fees because of language problems.
                                  I don't understand the English language properly.

                                  Before purchase, Himanshu (Edureka sales department boy) ([protected]) said to me that I would get this class in English and as well as Hindi language but in Eureka, all classes are in the English language. Also, Himanshu is not replying to my SMS and calls and he blocked me.

                                  Himanshu told me that after purchasing this course I will get three free live classes to understand if this class is comfortable for me or not. If I do not want to continue then I will get a full refund.

                                  Request to Consumer Forum- Sir I am not fluent and do not understand the English language perfectly, so I didn't understand what the educator was teaching me. You are a last HOPE for me, please help me.

                                      Good afternoon
                                      I am Sanjeeta Biswas. I want to complain about Edureka.

                                      I got a call from EDUREKA for a PG certificate course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from NIT Warangal. I was told that it's an online weekend course.

                                      Program cost was 131500 rupees. I paid 10000 in advance for registration. The rest money was a loan amount provided by Edureka to me from ZEST MONEY. Zest Money is loan partner for EDUREKA. The loan money was transferred to Edureka immediately.

                                      The program started in March 14, 2020. I attended only two classes. On the same week COVID Pandemic had been declared all over the country due to which government imposed complete lockdown.

                                      As my father has a small grocery shop but due to complete lockdown he had to follow the lockdown guidelines and unfortunately he had to closed his shop. At the same time my grandmother was in ICU because she was suffering from Stomach TB means intestine Cancer disease.

                                      My father is the only earning source for our family till now. Due to lockdown our bad time started hardly my father was hardly managed to meet household expenditure. We started to face huge Financial problems. One side My grandmother treatment her ICU charges, my father is also patient o[censored]RIC Acid, the cost of his medicine was also high. Every expenditures was take care by my father but he had no earning source for money. My mother had spinal Operation. Now my father had all responsibilities over him. After few days my mother and sister tested COVID positive.

                                      I couldn't continue the class. Because I had to support my family. My father was not able to pay Zest money loan.

                                      So I asked EDUREKA to cancel my registration and refund the loan amount to Zest money .
                                      However they refused to cancel my registration.

                                      From 1.5 years I m mailing them and requesting them for cancellation of my course. I explained all financial problems of my family.

                                      I didn't attended more than one or two prerequisite classes. After that I told them through email that I cannot continue the program .
                                      I forwarded the email to Zest money also.

                                      However My father getting continuous call almost 5 to 6 times in a day from ZEST MONEY to pay the EMI from the next month itself. There was no option to cancel the program from my end. They were mentally torturing my father as a result his health was getting down

                                      Edureka is forcing me to again join the class give me new batch even today but they are not ready to my cancel registration. Zest money is asking for repayment of EMI on loan amount.

                                      They should understand how much middle family suffered due to lockdown

                                      I am trapped by Edureka. Edureka have received the loan amount from Zest money . They are not ready to cancel the amount and refund to Zest Money. I have not taken the classes, so why I would pay the EMI.

                                      Also My father CIBIL score is getting effected by that much level that recently he applied for one loan to again start his shop but bank rejected him, this rejection made him upset from deep of heart.

                                      Still My family is suffering from financial loss because these two years loss will not recover soon.

                                      Please help me and penalize EDUREKA for causing me so much mental trouble. I have send many emails to EDUREKA as well as ZEST MONEY.

                                      Zest money suggested me that they understand the situations what is happening.

                                      Zest money support team told me that they cannot ask money from Edureka directly unless they cancel my registration. They need one cancellation letter of my registration from Edureka then they will cancel the loan.

                                      But Edureka refused to cancel the course, forcibly pressuring me to again join the course. I m not interested now again joining the course.

                                      Edureka is not ready to refund the money to the ZEST Money.
                                      My father's CIBIL Score is badly affected no banking is ready to give a single loan.

                                      Even a Google have refund policy for any course.
                                      Why Edureka can't give money back to Zest Money?

                                      Please help us.
