I had enrolled in a course with Edureka where I was given false assurances and promises. They followed up regularly till I had not enrolled and as soon as enrollment happened, everything changed. They stopped answering my questions and problems. I was given a different batch than asked for, a different instructor as told. If I call to get a refund, everyone is just trying to avoid talking, hangs up on calls, giving excuses that someone will call, but never receive a callback. This is so super frustrating and an unprofessional way of handling complaints when they claim to give support 24*7, 365 days.
All I want is a refund. Please somebody help me out.
