10/10/2022--- date incident
i joined course on 17/10/2022-- paid 10k as they requested
contact person--Pradeep Kumar-- number[protected],

Hi team,
they told me if you not satisfied course would refund, due to health emergency, i haven't contacted them and attended only 2 fully session on 17 & 18 sept, after came from emergency. i was checked recorded session but they uploaded old batch session not my batch session and not fulled
1.trainer issue
2.content not proper
3.even session also not same given
4.they are threatening to block your email and no policy they send me during pay ment

    Website: Online AWS edureka course is fraud

    My daughter joined a aws course batch of 5th sep. To 28th sep. 2022.during end of the course my daughter fell very sick it was last lecture, if the aws course. When after few days we checked the project details. My daughter couldnot understand the project, the instructor never explained in class about the project too.
    When we called counsellor Deepika, for help in understanding project she said she will get back, but then never called back. Rather she blocked our phone number on her phone as busy tone. On calling her from other number she answered call and pretend to be busy, on complaining she just disconnected call. We joined course on her assurance of after course guidence. Edureka does such unprofessional act is beyond imaginable. No doubt trust doesnot exist.
    I will never do any course upgrade from edureka.

      Recently I had very frustrating experience with Edureka.

      I have enrolled for a month long weekend batch course for one of the technical module.

      During second week, I suddenly started getting "Registration Cancelled" message while joining live sessions link.

      I immdiately raised ticket and got into call with support team. However, nobody could help me as they just keep transferring calls here and there.

      I missed my planned session due to this. Still my issue is not resolved.

      I will recommend to new learners not to register at Edureka as in case of any urgent issue, they are not capable of helping within time.

      Please look for any other alternative but not Edureka.

        I have already emailed and raised many complaint tickets to Edureka but they didn't refund my course fees.

        Also, I have already complained in consumer forums(Docket No[protected] and consumer court(Application No- A[protected]).
        I want a full refund of my course fees because of language problems.
        I don't understand the English language properly.

        Before purchase, Himanshu (Edureka sales department boy) ([protected]) said to me that I would get this class in English and as well as Hindi language but in Eureka, all classes are in the English language. Also, Himanshu is not replying to my SMS and calls and he blocked me.

        Himanshu told me that after purchasing this course I will get three free live classes to understand if this class is comfortable for me or not. If I do not want to continue then I will get a full refund.

        Request to Consumer Forum- Sir I am not fluent and do not understand the English language perfectly, so I didn't understand what the educator was teaching me. You are a last HOPE for me, please help me.
        Please tell him to refund my 15001 fees.

          This complaint is for refund my fees amount from company named Edureka(edureka.co) Company No- [protected].

          I have already emailed and raised many complaints ticket to Edureka but they didn't refund my course fees.
          I want fully to refund of my course fees because of language problem.
          I don't undusted English language properly.

            Good afternoon
            I am Sanjeeta Biswas. I want to complain about Edureka.

            I got a call from EDUREKA for a PG certificate course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from NIT Warangal. I was told that it's an online weekend course.

            Program cost was 131500 rupees. I paid 10000 in advance for registration. The rest money was a loan amount provided by Edureka to me from ZEST MONEY. Zest Money is loan partner for EDUREKA. The loan money was transferred to Edureka immediately.

            The program started in March 14, 2020. I attended only two classes. On the same week COVID Pandemic had been declared all over the country due to which government imposed complete lockdown.

            As my father has a small grocery shop but due to complete lockdown he had to follow the lockdown guidelines and unfortunately he had to closed his shop. At the same time my grandmother was in ICU because she was suffering from Stomach TB means intestine Cancer disease.

            My father is the only earning source for our family till now. Due to lockdown our bad time started hardly my father was hardly managed to meet household expenditure. We started to face huge Financial problems. One side My grandmother treatment her ICU charges, my father is also patient o[censored]RIC Acid, the cost of his medicine was also high. Every expenditures was take care by my father but he had no earning source for money. My mother had spinal Operation. Now my father had all responsibilities over him. After few days my mother and sister tested COVID positive.

            I couldn't continue the class. Because I had to support my family. My father was not able to pay Zest money loan.

            So I asked EDUREKA to cancel my registration and refund the loan amount to Zest money .
            However they refused to cancel my registration.

            From 1.5 years I m mailing them and requesting them for cancellation of my course. I explained all financial problems of my family.

            I didn't attended more than one or two prerequisite classes. After that I told them through email that I cannot continue the program .
            I forwarded the email to Zest money also.

            However My father getting continuous call almost 5 to 6 times in a day from ZEST MONEY to pay the EMI from the next month itself. There was no option to cancel the program from my end. They were mentally torturing my father as a result his health was getting down

            Edureka is forcing me to again join the class give me new batch even today but they are not ready to my cancel registration. Zest money is asking for repayment of EMI on loan amount.

            They should understand how much middle family suffered due to lockdown

            I am trapped by Edureka. Edureka have received the loan amount from Zest money . They are not ready to cancel the amount and refund to Zest Money. I have not taken the classes, so why I would pay the EMI.

            Also My father CIBIL score is getting effected by that much level that recently he applied for one loan to again start his shop but bank rejected him, this rejection made him upset from deep of heart.

            Still My family is suffering from financial loss because these two years loss will not recover soon.

            Please help me and penalize EDUREKA for causing me so much mental trouble. I have send many emails to EDUREKA as well as ZEST MONEY.

            Zest money suggested me that they understand the situations what is happening.

            Zest money support team told me that they cannot ask money from Edureka directly unless they cancel my registration. They need one cancellation letter of my registration from Edureka then they will cancel the loan.

            But Edureka refused to cancel the course, forcibly pressuring me to again join the course. I m not interested now again joining the course.

            Edureka is not ready to refund the money to the ZEST Money.
            My father's CIBIL Score is badly affected no banking is ready to give a single loan.

            Even a Google have refund policy for any course.
            Why Edureka can't give money back to Zest Money?

            Please help us.

              I want refund...
              They first asked money form full stack development intership program...I paid 1000rs and they told the classes are only two days in week...so I am not sure with this course that why I don't want to join this course...

              And edureka policy are they give our refund in 3 days of complaint but there staff told me to not giving my refund back

              ...I want my refund my money

                I have paid token money Rs 1000 for joining the course which costs nearly 20, 000. But now I can't able to join the course. So can you please refund the token money. It will be more helpful for me.

                  I am Shivam Maggo enrolled in a Full Stack Web Development Masters Program Course from Edureka.

                  Purchased this course: 1/July/2022.

                  When I started studying I found that the study material(video of self paced course) was 5 year old (recorded in 2017) and the extensions the tutor was talking about are no longer available at google extension store. Also there is no 24x7 tutor availability for that course and no response on the ticket generation when they claim to provide 24x7 tutor availability for students.

                  I have shared everything with the team they replied that the refund is not possible as their system won't allow and forcing me to study with that study material only. Now, even the support team is not picking up my calls and replying to my messages and mails. They are stretching this so that i will pass the EMI date which is 5 August 2022.

                  I don't want to study this course from Edureka anymore as I didn't find it worth of Rs 35, 000.

                  My EMI's are starting from 5th August 2022 and i want this to be cancelled before date.

                  Request you to take action ASAP.

                    I have take data analyst master course paid 25k rupees.attended 1 class due to some technical issues did not attend from day 2 my classes.noww I have ee changed my career path taught of asking my money refund and asked edureka they are telling money will not refund back.i raised a ticket they were ignoring now.

                      I have take azure 304 course from them paid 24k but to go with they want me to complete 104 I agreed.

                      Class not yet started raised a ticket for refund but they were saying post 3 days of enrollement you will not get any refund.

                      Is this kind of a threat from Edureka that if you enroll for something you have to complete.

                      Let me know if I need to complaint somewhere.6

                      No response as of now. Edureka support not responding at all.

                        I have joined PG Diploma in AI ML course .Course curriculum is Not good and the instructor is also not good in teaching and joining the class is a waste of time. Admission team assured me that this course from NIT Warangal is going to add a lot of weightage on my Resume as this course is directly coming from NIT Warangal. Today I got to know the course was not going to be taught by the NIT professors directly. I want to cancel the course now as it is going to cost me precious time (9 monty) and money, but company is not ready to cancel the course saying that there is no refund policy for PG diploma .
                        Why does the company not maintain business standards and does not care about students' satisfaction? Before enrolling they give all kinds of promises and after that, they change their words. They are cheating students and do not respect student opinion and do not care about student satisfaction. I don't want to continue with the course . I am not expecting to return my advance but at least please cancel my course EMI

                            Two weeks ago(28-May), one counselor of Edureka(Mr. Arnab) approached me taking the course named PGP DevOps course and he enrolled me hurriedly for same on the same day and asked me to share bank details(which bank and my bank account number and my mobile number in bank's record), he told me that you have enough time to cancel this enrollment if you don't like the course as the first installment is way long 3-July-2022. I was not aware of this fact that he is cheating me as he never gave me the time to think about this. He was a too smart fellow to do all this without even telling that the loan got disbursed on the next day he had approached me for enrollment. Its only when I saw the disbursement date on the letter from my bank which I received as a postal document from bank at my residence yesterday only.

                            The people there(from Edureka) are too smart that they keep people like me clueless until they come to know that they have been cheated by such consultants and they may be late to claim the refund or even late in bringing such an incident to the head of the organization.

                            I have raised a ticket by dropping an email to grievance at edureka for bringing this incident to edureka's head's notification and claiming refund. Also tried reaching them continously over phone. Edureka's support team is not adding any comments into the ticket as always sending automatic reply like "We have answered your query and please go to the link and check reply". screen shot attached.

                            I had no clue that the no cost EMI is being converted into loan and the loan disbursement would happen so early(29-May) as I have not logged in to ICICI bank website while creating no cost emi. I did not receive any OTP from my bank at the time of transaction. I'm still not clear that how did this happen?

                            I have already requested(on 18-Jun-2022) Edureka for full refund(i.e. to close the loan) and let me live in peace. But on the subsequent weekdays also no one from their escalations team has spoken to me. They are not even picking my calls. I've started giving my feedback which is very bad after attending the day1 class itself but no one called me and enquired about the feedback which means they totally ignored my feedback and they do not want to talk in front of everybody. I've left attending further classes after day1. I'm totally not satisfied with the course. I have been shouting at them for the full refund which I want at any cost. I need justice for my hard earned money.

                            Feedback form has limitations on the size of the comment which is kept purposefully. Average and Bad rating both are equivalent to -1 rating. Screen shot attached.

                            Actually I had posted a couple of emails to Mr. Arnab(counselor: [protected]@edureka.co) regarding the drawbacks of the course on 9-Jun-2022 and wanted to keep my account manager(account.[protected]@edureka.co) in the loop. But my mail is bouncing back(screen shot attached). Also came to know that the learner can't escalate his ticket directly it is the support team who delays for weeks or two and keeps mum there by wasting enough time so that the complainer gets frustrated by talking the same thing to everybody on the phone call because every time your call gets picked by different personnel in the team.

                            In Edureka's lms portal there is a button named 'Escalate' but it's doing nothing that feature is disabled. i.e. it's of no use. This is done purposefully to fool the learners. Screen shot attached.

                              When I was buying the course (Cloud Architect Masters Program), their support team was online and answering every 10 seconds. They are advertising "No questions asked refund in the first few days after the purchase", and now after I requested the refund for the second time one day after the purchase, they are not answering anymore. The last information I have is that they are "following up with management". Still no refund.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I enrolled for the Full stack web developer masters program course on the Edureka platform which was supposed to start from 7th May 2022 onwards but has been deferred to 28th May 2022.
                                Since it is not acceptable to me kindly initiate the refund of Rs. 40183 paid on May 4th 2022.
                                Kindly acknowledge the same and initiate the refund process.
                                Please find attached payment receipt and kindly initiate the refund for the same.

                                  Mr.Manjunath associate business manager of edureka who approached me taking the course as i already doing same course in simplilearn.he expalined me about course offer and benefits.he approached me that best faculty will be there to teach.so, he told to enroll today itself or else offer will be expired and i ignored to do payment as if i get refund from simplilearn then i told him that i can pay.but, he make me to do loan payment as it would be no cost emi and he told he will help me to get refund from simplilearn.after doing loan payment in edureka.finally he din't respond me about course enrolment and batch deatils.after few days i am trying to call and mailed him to cancel the course and mentioned i would not get refund amount from simplilearn please cancel the course but, no response from him and even i called support team they are telling to contact different teams but no body helping me out to cancel the course.now in my bank account got a message saying that to pay loan amount.please help me in this.

                                    I am Sanjeeta Biswas. I want to complain about Edureka.

                                    I got a call from EDUREKA for a PG certificate course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from NIT Warangal. I was told that it's an online weekend course.

                                    Program cost was 131500 rupees. I paid 10000 in advance for registration. The rest money was a loan amount provided by Edureka to me from ZEST MONEY. Zest Money is loan partner for EDUREKA. The loan money was transferred to Edureka immediately.


                                    The program started in March 14, 2020. I attended only two classes. On the same week COVID Pandemic had been declared all over the country due to which government imposed complete lockdown.

                                    As my father has a small grocery shop but due to complete lockdown he had to follow the lockdown guidelines and unfortunately he had to closed his shop. At the same time my grandmother was in ICU because she was suffering from Stomach TB means intestine Cancer disease.

                                    My father is the only earning source for our family till now. Due to lockdown our bad time started hardly my father was hardly managed to meet household expenditure. We started to face huge Financial problems. One side My grandmother treatment her ICU charges, my father is also patient o[censored]RIC Acid, the cost of his medicine was also high. Every expenditures was take care by my father but he had no earning source for money. My mother had spinal Operation. Now my father had all responsibilities over him. After few days my mother and sister tested COVID positive.

                                    I couldn't continue the class. Because I had to support my family. My father was not able to pay Zest money loan.

                                    So I asked EDUREKA to cancel my registration and refund the loan amount to Zest money .
                                    However they refused to cancel my registration.

                                    From 1.5 years I m mailing them and requesting them for cancellation of my course. I explained all financial problems of my family.

                                    I didn't attended more than one or two prerequisite classes. After that I told them through email that I cannot continue the program .
                                    I forwarded the email to Zest money also.

                                    However My father getting continuous call almost 5 to 6 times in a day from ZEST MONEY to pay the EMI from the next month itself. There was no option to cancel the program from my end. They were mentally torturing my father as a result his health was getting down

                                    Edureka is forcing me to again join the class give me new batch even today but they are not ready to my cancel registration. Zest money is asking for repayment of EMI on loan amount.

                                    They should understand how much middle family suffered due to lockdown

                                    I am trapped by Edureka. Edureka have received the loan amount from Zest money . They are not ready to cancel the amount and refund to Zest Money. I have not taken the classes, so why I would pay the EMI.

                                    Also My father CIBIL score is getting effected by that much level that recently he applied for one loan to again start his shop but bank rejected him, this rejection made him upset from deep of heart.

                                    Still My family is suffering from financial loss because these two years loss will not recover soon.

                                    Please help me and penalize EDUREKA for causing me so much mental trouble. I have send many emails to EDUREKA as well as ZEST MONEY.

                                    Zest money suggested me that they understand the situations what is happening. Zest money told me that they cannot ask money from Edureka directly unless they cancel my registration. Zest money told me that they need one cancellation letter of my registration from Edureka then they will cancel the loan.

                                    But Edureka refused to cancel the course, forcibly pressuring me to again join the course

                                    Edureka is not ready to refund the money to the ZEST Money. What should I do?

                                    Please help my family. I want permanent solution.

                                      I'm Priyavrat Kosti. I had enrolled in one of the courses at Edureka, but I didn't go through the course.
                                      The course fee was refunded to me in my wallet. And I was told to look for any other course that I wanted to go through.

                                      Now even after two years, I did not find any suitable course for me. That's why I'm looking for a refund.
                                      I've reached out to Edureka's customer support as well as wrote grievance mail to them.

                                      They're not ready to process the refund.
                                      Please look into this matter.

                                        I signed up for the "Python Master Program" on December 29 2021 at a cost of $450. The live course would start on January 28 but I could start with the self-paced class on January 7th. The agreement was that I WOULD PAY $158 at the beginning of the program; then $146 at the end of January and the last $146 2 months later.
                                        On, December 29th, 2021, I received an invoice with the $450 total and the breakdown of when to pay which amount. I went ahead and paid the first installment of $158. I did NOT receive a document about their cancellation policy.
                                        On January 8th, 2022, I decided to withdraw from the program and requested a cancellation and a refund of the $158 I had paidcase#354286. We had several exchanges on their platforms and they refused to refund the $158 that I had paid. Instead, they offered that I take any other program which I declined. I was not interested in taking any more classes with them & I just wanted to cancel the program and get a refund of what I paid.
                                        Then, on January 28th, I saw on my credit statement that Edureka had charged me $146 without sending me an invoice or notifying me. I called their 1800 number, the agent I spoke with said they could not help without a case #. I went ahead and created another case number on January 31st, 2022. Find below the details of that last ticket. They again refused to refund the 2nd installment they took from my account without consulting me. Edureka has taken $304 from me and is planning to take another $146 in March for service that I opted out of. They have cost me valuable time submitting tickets and responses that I can't get back. What is ironic to me is that when they were making the initial sale calls, they were available any time. But when it comes to addressing an issue I have with them, they claimed that they called me and I didn't pick up. The initial sales rep who completed the transaction in December has ignored my WhatsUp messages.

                                        Hello,
                                        I had requested to cancel this program and get refunded for the 1st payment that I made in December 2021 with case#354286.
                                        I see that my credit card has been charged with a new payment installment of the program with $146.
                                        Please cancel the 2ns transaction as I was not aware of it and I did not authorize it.
