I had taken admission in the above mentioned course on 09/03/20.i had opted the course on emi basis, out of 9 emi I had paid 3 emi n discountined the course.i had informed the team about the discontinuation but they keep putting ECS for rest of emi...it's like cheating to the candidates..
No response from customers support... kindly go through my issues.

        I would like to start with a message to the public out there to never enroll in any course with Edureka. Many friends gave me a bad review yet I enrolled for the Spring certification training in Edureka. This course was marketed to me with promising results but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Sanjeev was the trainer and he will not respond when you get stuck while doing the coding. We have to plead with him to unmute us to even ask a doubt. We will be sending our doubts in the chat, but he will ignore it even though he announces break times between the classes or even moves on to the next topic by harassing the trainers by telling "you have no doubts I am moving to the next topic.! " Seriously Is he blind?? Never seen such a cheap trainer in my life. We are working professionals who have enrolled in the course. We don't have time for your unprofessional attitudes as we have joined this course to learn something by investing our time and money. Is that a joke to you? I had attended his sessions for the second time on Feb 21, as his sessions on Jan 21 left me out of track due to his bad teaching method. I gave this training 2 chances and finally escalated. The support was a disaster!! Shristi from the support team promised me she will share with me class videos from which I can choose my trainer for the next sessions. Firstly, they did not do anything about the number 1 failure trainer called Mr. Sanjeev. Secondly, even after telling the support, I cannot wait until May 21 batch, Shrishti has directly sent me the link to change the batch. I had already told them I don't want to wait till the May batch. Now I can't access previous class recordings also. Why are you torturing like this??? You can't even hire a decent trainer. I raised a complaint against Sanjeev's classes are so useless. I am wasting my 3 hours without understanding anything because he doesn't clarify our doubts and he doesn't even respond to our chats. Please understand that if you are incapable of providing helpful training, then stop eating our money !! I want my money back now !!! Very bad support for the complaint raised !! Please refund my money immediately. I am not interested in your lifelong useless Edureka training!!! I am attaching screenshots of our class chat where you can see we are literally begging him to help us with our doubts and getting ignored by him. Is this a way of teaching???

          Hi,
          My name is Girijesh Rai.I want to complain about Edureka. I have send complain earlier, I just want to correct a mistake. The program started from January 6, 2020 I had by mistake mentioned Jan 6, 2019. Please correct it.
          I am again elaborating it if it is required.
          I got a call from EDUREKA for a PG certificate course in BIG DATA Engineering from NIT ROURKELA. I was told that it's an online weekend course.
          Program cost was 131500 rupees. I paid 10000 in advance for registration. The rest money was a loan amount provided by Edureka to me from ZEST MONEY. Zest Money is loan partner for EDUREKA. The loan money was transferred to Edureka immediately.
          The program started in January 6, 2020. The first class was prerequisite JAVA class. On the very first day I found that the lecturer is not from NIT ROURKELA . I took one more class after that I was sure that it's not a NIT Program. I asked my counsellor that I was told that the professors will be from NIT Rourkela. He told me that certificate would be provided by NIT ROURKELA and teaching would be provided by Edureka itself.
          I told them that before the start of the program I was not informed about this. I was told that it's NIT program from ROURKELA.
          I asked EDUREKA to cancel my registration and refund the loan amount to Zest money.
          However they refused to cancel my registration.
          I didn't attended more than one or two prerequisite classes. After that I told them through email that I cannot continue the program .
          I forwarded the email to Zest money also.

          However I kept getting call from ZEST MONEY to pay the emi from the next month itself. There was no option to cancel the program from my end.
          Edureka is ready to give me new batch even today but they are not cancelling my registration. Zest money is asking for repayment of EMI on loan amount.
          I am trapped by Edureka. Edureka have received the loan amount from Zest money . They are not ready to cancel the amount and refund to Zest Money. I have not taken the classes, so why I would pay the EMI.
          But my CIBIL score is getting effected by that.
          Please help me and penalise EDUREKA for causing me so much mental trouble. I have send many emails to EDUREKA as well as ZEST MONEY.
          Zest money infact guided me that they understand what is happening. Zest money told me that they cannot ask money from Edureka directly unless they cancel my registration. Edureka will never refund the money. What should I do?

          I took loan amount of 121500 rupees for PG program in Big Data from Nit Rourkela offered by Edureka . I paid 10000 in advance. Edureka helped me in getting loan from zest money.The loan amount was processed on 7/1/2020.
          I did few pre - requisite classes of Java where I found that the trainer is not from Nit Rourkela but private person from Edureka.
          I was shocked.They promised me that the lecturers would be from Nit Rourkela itself.I thought that the course is from Nit Rourkela and Edureka is their online partner.
          Now I would have never paid such big amount for a course from private institute.
          I told them to refund my loan amount as I won't attend the program.
          They kept on sending the link to attend the online class.From next month zest money started asking for Emi payment.
          Not I found myself cheated in a big way
          I stopped replying to their emails but what Happened later on was more shocking, my CIBIL score got affected.
          I got fooled in the name of Nit Rourkela.They are fake online scammer.
          There was no option to cancel the program from my end, Edureka was required to cancel the program and refund loan amount to Zest money.
          I don't know whether zest money is also partner in crime with Edureka.
          I will share image and email to support my case.
          Why they promised course from Nit Rourkela and charging huge money when no lecturers are from Nit Rourkela.They should have told clearly that they are private online course provider, they fooled me in the name of Nit Rourkela

            Hi,
            My name is Girijesh Rai.
            I was trapped by edureka. I got a call from Edureka for online PG certificate program in big data engineering from NIT Rourkela for January 2019 batch.
            I was told that course is provided by NIT Rourkela. I paid 10000 in advance and total amount payable was 131500.I was given loan from ZEST Money on behalf of edureka itself. Zest money is loan partner of Edureka.
            The money was transferred to Edureka account, even before before the course started. The program started from January 6, 2019, the first few were prerequisite class for Java. I found on the first day itself that there is no lecturer from NIT Rourkela. They are hiring outsider to teach but I was told that Nit professors would be taking the classes. Why would I pay huge amount for online class of Edureka.
            I was told by the counsellor of Edureka that it's a Nit Rourkela program, which is industry based and the teaching will be done by NIT Rourkela professors. They cheated on me.
            I asked that I cannot continue in this program immediately. I asked them to cancel my registration, I also informed Zest money that I am not taking the program.They told me to ask Edureka to cancel the program first and forward that email to them. Then they will ask for loan refund from Edureka.
            The problem is that I cannot cancel the program myself, it has to be cancelled by Edureka. Zest money started asking for emi from the next month. It was a weekend class . They were regularly sending me the link to join the class session. After the first two class I didn't attended a single session.
            I contacted Edureka manytimes through email. They told me that I can take the class in next batch but I have to take the program anyhow. They refused to cancel the loan amount and refund to zest money. Zest money can't do anything. It is asking for repayment of loan for a program that I didn't attended.
            The edureka staff are pathological liars.They told me that you have to take the program. They are ready to offer me new batch even today but they are not cancelling the loan amount.They told me that my CIBIL score will get affected if I don't pay the Emi to zest money. They are forcing me to take the program. I got fooled in the name of Nit Rourkela.
            I am not paying any Emi but my CIBIL score is getting affected for no reason.
            Edureka should refund the loan amount to zest money as I have not attended the program. Please help me . I want cancellation and refund of loan amount from Edureka.

              During 2019, i have enrolled myself for a course - Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with NIT Warangal. The course started on 14th March 2020.I’m sorry to inform that it had been pathetic education facility i have ever seen. Issues are
              1. Non-proficient Teachers
              2. Bad platform
              3. No good support
              4. Course is AI/ML but they want to check the Assignments/Tests manually since their platform is so bad.
              5. Wrong inputs to test and wrong results.

              So, in all Total waste of money with precious time. Many times, i raised my voice against the issues, provided poor feedback using which Edureka management shall improvise things, but all waste. Edureka accepted all the issues but no resolution is provided till date.
              Since things are the same since the beginning, and due to these issues/problems I have already discontinued the course as it is just a time wastage. I need my whole money REFUNDED back to me.

                I wish to inform that the course content and teaching for the Advance Certification in Cloud computing is not as expected. We were told that the faculty for the program are IIT professor (per the pdf downloaded) but it does not seem so. Also the assumption is that everyone is convergent with the Cloud solution.
                I am not happy with the overall course and its working, also considering the premium fee we paid for the IIT tag; There are quite a few course in the industry for the same at fraction of cost.
                I wish to cancel my admission and would seek refund for proportionate fees as payment is already made.
                The support team inform that was not possible, so I raised a ticket to change my batch as I and other 15 members are not able to understand - ridicously I am told that I need to cough up Rs 20000 extra for batch change and this is only possible if its a medical conditions / finanical issues.
                This to me clearly looks like a business of making money - in the first place they dont provide the appropriate teaching and on top are asking for money when raising concerns.

                  I enrolled for the course "PG program in cyber security Nit rourkela +Edureka" I paid Rs 1000 as security deposit and 15000 as down-payment.

                  I was contacted by Mr Binu Matthew from the admissions team of Edureka. He sounded very friendly and sweet and was very helpful (or so I thought). He assured me that this course from NIT Rourkela is going to add a lot of weightage on my Resume as this course is directly coming from NIT Rourkela.

                  He skipped many important information like the course was not going to be taught by the NITR professors directly and also failed to mention that this course is a non refundable course and same in later stages no one mentioned about non - Refundable

                  Later, Mr Raj Kannan from the admission team (head of admissions) contacted me to negotiate the course fee with me. He told that we are providing scholarship of 25000 and as my interview went great so they will give discount of 15000 more and we came to figure which i agreed for enrollment, at this moment also i was not informed that the course is non-refundable.
                  And he sent me a link for the payment and said i have to make the payment within 2hours or else the scholarship which is offered won't be available after this deadline, so in hurry i paid the down-payment of 15000.

                  They didn't inform me initially that the installments needed to be paid via third party financial institutions like Propelld or Zest money. I thought that the emi will be deducted directly from my bank account but this wasn't the scenario.

                  But later on Miss Manali from the finance team of Edureka contacted me regarding the payment. Then she told me that I needed to take an educational loan via their financial partner like propelld or Zest Money.

                  I wasn't sure what will be the next steps but i was convinced by her that it's intrest free and so i agreed as I was still willing to go ahead with the course as I'm want to learn Cybersecurity

                  I provided them with all the requested documents of many times, firstly my application got rejected by propelled, then my application was sent to zestMoney where they also rejected my application, it almost took 1 month for this process which was not expected as they had mentioned me it will be done within one week, after 1 month, manali informed me that she managed to get it done, now I was offered with new emi installment where it was divided between propelled and zestMoney.

                  This was when I decided to opt out of the course. I contacted Miss Manali and Mr Raj Kannan and informed them that I do not want to continue with the course and since the course haven't started yet, I requested him to process my refund but he said that he's from the admission department and processing the refund is not in his hands as its done by the finance team.

                  I contacted Miss Manali from the finance team but even she pulled her hands and said that though she's from the finance team she cannot do anything and said the course was anyway non refundable.
                  After that i tried every possible way to connect with their support team but evertime they forwarded me to new number then They asked me to raise a support request via their app. I then raised a ticket via their app on 02 November 2020, and today it's 20th Nov, still there's no response, acknowledgment.
                  I made the down-payment on Sep 11 2020, and i was told that the classes will be commence from 4th October 2020, now its been 2 months and no classes have started for me.

                  Therefore, I'm raising here on this platform as there's no response from their side till now
                  I have attached every document where it's clearly visible that before making the payment, In every mail there is no visibility of NON-REFUNDABLE policy and when the payment was made they mentioned in that mail, leaving me in a state of helpless.

                  Please help me get my refund of Rs 16000 from Edureka.

                    Hi! I had chosen 2 courses from Edureka. Started with the first course, I have not been able to complete it because the Trainers are not upto the standards at all. Some are unprofessional, some are rude, some are weak in English, it's not all a way to explain for an online class. I have changed more than 5 batches, but it's all worthless. As I couldn't complete the first course itself, I haven't been able to go to the second course. When...

                    It is hereby to inform you about a prolonged issue I am facing for almost 3 months. I am simiran kaur ([protected]@gmail.com)I have opted for a course from EDUREKA and unfortunately I am really very disappointed with the instructors being provided. I am working with a MNC right now and I was working on a project hosted on AWS but then I was moved to an urgent project hosted on GCP due to which I had to swap the course which I already told Nikhil (Salesperson who was in contact with me from the beginning ).Now when i took the session from the instructor shubhu he was teaching about the basics and most of the time he isn't much aware of the topic itself so he rushes to the next ones. Most of the time he used to explain about serverless technologies . I am working with DAGRUNs, its executions, writing DAGs and composers, PUB/SUB etc. But he only reads from slides and doesn't have anything to explain. He wasn't even able to answer my queries within the class. I am not a newbie with AWS and GCP. I want an instructor who can actually dig in a bit to explain how things are working.

                    Lately I contacted the relationship manager and he suggested to go through the recording of one more instructor but I didn't find him much satisfactory as well.Do we have only 2 instructors per course and the ones who's videos are uploaded to youtube where they are. In this era when people are moving towards udemy and all . If some people actually reach out to edureka this is what we get in return . POOR SERVICE . I reached out to them chasing so many times but i am not getting any refund .I need help from you.

                      But later on Miss Manali from the finance team of Edureka contacted me regarding the payment. Then she told me that I needed to take an educational loan via their financial partner like propelld or Zest Money.

                      I raised my objection as I was not comfortable taking any loan since my father already agreed to sponsor me. But she kept insisting that its company policy and she cannot do anything. Later on she cooked up a story saying that since Edureka is an educational institution, they cannot accept installments directly from the student as this is RBI's guidelines that's why I needed to sign up for a loan which is interest free.

                      This seemed a little surprising to me because I've never heard about such a rule before. I was still willing to go ahead with the course as I was very much interested to learn about cyber security.

                      I even provided them with all the requested documents of my father and applied for an educational loan via propelld, only to later on finding out that propelld rejected my father's application based on his age. As per their policy the applicant should not be above 65 years. I informed the propelld team that my father was self employed so how does his age matter but they still didn't agree.

                      This was when I decided to opt out of the course. I contacted Mr Raj Kannan and informed him that I do not want to continue with the course and since the course haven't started yet, I requested him to process my refund but he said that he's from the admission department and processing the refund is not in his hands as its done by the finance team.

                      I contacted Miss Manali from the finance team but even she pulled her hands and said that though she's from the finance team she cannot do anything and said the course was anyway non refundable.

                      They asked me to raise a support request via their app. I then raised a ticket via their app and also tweeted about this incident on their twitter handle @edurekaIN and also tagged Mr Lovleen Bhatia (Ceo of Edureka).

                      After that the next day I got a call from Mr Prithvi and told me that he's the manager of the cyber security course and assured me that he'll resolve my issue by Monday (ie 27th September 2020), I waited till Monday but didn't get any response from the finance team so I asked Mr Prithvi again and he requested me to provide him time till Tuesday morning. Then on Tuesday when I contacted him again, he said that he's working on my refund request and it will definitely be completed by Wednesday morning.

                      Today is Wednesday and I still didn't get any refund confirmation from their team and Mr Prithvi keeps asking for more time but never delivers.

                      Hence, I've raising my concerns on this platform.

                      Please help me get my refund of Rs 11000 from Edureka.

                      Issue has been resolved. Finally, after great persuasion, Edureka refunded my full amount. Never the less they made my experience quite bitter. But, I am now satisfied as they have finally refunded the full amount.

                        I even provided them with all the requested documents of my father and applied for an educational loan via propelld, only to later on finding out that propelld rejected my father's application based on his age. As per their policy the applicant should not be above 65 years. I informed the propelld team that my father was self employed so how does his age matter but they still didn't agree.

                        This was when I decided to opt out of the course. I contacted Mr Raj Kannan and informed him that I do not want to continue with the course and since the course haven't started yet, I requested him to process my refund but he said that he's from the admission department and processing the refund is not in his hands as its done by the finance team.

                        I contacted Miss Manali from the finance team but even she pulled her hands and said that though she's from the finance team she cannot do anything and said the course was anyway non refundable.

                        They asked me to raise a support request via their app. I then raised a ticket via their app and also tweeted about this incident on their twitter handle @edurekaIN and also tagged Mr Lovleen Bhatia (Ceo of Edureka).

                        After that the next day I got a call from Mr Prithvi and told me that he's the manager of the cyber security course and assured me that he'll resolve my issue by Monday (ie 27th September 2020), I waited till Monday but didn't get any response from the finance team so I asked Mr Prithvi again and he requested me to provide him time till Tuesday morning. Then on Tuesday when I contacted him again, he said that he's working on my refund request and it will definitely be completed by Wednesday morning.

                        Today is Wednesday and I still didn't get any refund confirmation from their team and Mr Prithvi keeps asking for more time but never delivers.

                        Hence, I've raising my concerns on this platform.

                        Please help me get my refund of Rs 11000 from Edureka.

                        Today is 2nd October 2020 ie. Friday, yet still no update from the Edureka team. They are simply making excuses every time and trying to dilly dally. One of the worst experiences of my life!!! Would definitely never recommend "EDUREKA" to anyone and will tell all my friends and families to be aware of them!

                        Issue has been resolved. Finally, after great persuasion, Edureka refunded my full amount. Never the less they made my experience quite bitter. But, I am now satisfied as they have finally refunded the full amount.

When i contacted them they told me they cant provide refund. And since i am not a self earner nor i am from a rich family, i cant let that money which amount for 9000 inr wasted.                             I am doing pg in data science from edureka. From last month they have change their system without informing us and now we are complaining for last 1 month but no one is responding, they are just quickly finishing the course despite o[censored]s telling go slow or we need a break to complete test and assignment. We have official telegram group and our manager are their in group but they are not responding to our queries.
                            What they promised during start of course, they are not all providing to us.

                                I had joined big data course starting from July 2020 through Edureka. Since i am not from IT background and do not have any experience in languages like java or sql or any other language.

                                I had asked the team while registering that since i am not from IT background whether i am eligible or not. They said that no prior knowledge is required, and they will be providing basic knowledge before starting the course.

                                Now i have been assigned an assignment which require high knowledge of computer languages. Hence i requested Edureka to shift my batch to some new batch so that i can restart my learning from class 1. However they are refusing.

                                i had received call from one of their representative how told me that it is possible if i pay Rs 20000 more.

                                First mis-communication, now not even helping and asking for more money, hence i am raising this complaint.

                                I donot want refund but to be shifted to some new batch so that i can learn from the start.

                                  My and my friend planned to take their digital marketing training. But my friend enrolled before me and started learning. He told me that training quality is not that much good. He faced issue with their support team also. During the training the trainer voice and ascent was not proper. He raised the complaint but he didn't get satisfied response. Now he stopped me also to take their course.

                                    I have raised a request #95707 yesterday with the below content and keep on chasing akhil and managers to get the reply. But they are not attending my calls. Please do the needful in this one.

                                    I am waiting for long days and i would like to have my money back. Please refund it. I request you all the most.

                                    I am from coimbatore. I have taken the full stack web developer masters program by paying 34, 514 in july month. But it took lots of time to start the class and i waited for almost two weeks and then decided to take the java, j2ee-soa certification, and microservices certification from edureka. The initially paid rs.34, 514 got splitted for two courses. The java, j2ee-soa certification course fee is rs.15336. The balance rs.19, 178 was in my wallet on that time. As the microservices class got started they used the balance amount for that class and allowed me to attend the class.

                                    I attended the microservices first class and felt that the course is not suitable for me and also can't able to understand about the concepts. So i immediately came out of the course on the first day of course in the middle of the class session itself. Informed mr. Akhil (Support person) about my issue and requested him to refund the amount of rs.19, 178. He told that he will take immediate action for the refund. But he prolonged it for long time without escalating the issue to their higher officials as per the procedure. I have not used any of the course content.

                                    When joining they promised me for 100% money-back guarantee once if i we are not satisfied with the course. But now they are regretting to make a refund.

                                    Its been almost 3weeks but still, i didn't get any proper response and also my money back. Kindly do the needful in this one by understanding my situation

                                    Previously Akhil is the person who says that he will be speaking to managers and help me on this one. Now its Rishita is saying the same words. Morning when I spoke she told it is not possible to return the amount.
                                    I asked how you can take the money without attending the class or using any of the materials. She told that it is not possible as per company policy. They are simply saying it is not possible again and again. I asked is this the business ethics in the name of education? How anyone can simply take another persons money like this without taking up the course. Please I request them to pay my amount back. This is a huge thing for me at this situation.

She is not at all attending my call and when ever I call her someone saying we will inform her and ask to contact me. But I didn't get the call yet once. It seems like all are running away by just not returning my money back. Kindly I request you all to return back my money as soon as possible.

                                    Yes, I have changed the JAVA course from weekend to weekdays for the amount which I have paid for JAVA/J2EE SOA only. I have not attended both sessions two times.

                                    So this is not applicable. Also, I have swapped the course before the web courses got started and it took a long time to start the live sessions. Also for the swapped course of Microservices, I only attended half a session and immediately came out and reported that the class was not fine and need a refund. He said he will do the needful. I have not used any of the course contents of the Microservices or attended the Microservices class after that. How can anyone simply leave such a big amount without taking any course. Please revert back my money as I have not used any of your materials related to this one. Kindly revert my money back as I am already suffering a lot in this Pandemic. I need my money back. I request you all upper management of Edureka a lot.

                                    I have been chasing them for the Refund more time and when ever I call to the Executives they are not responding and also diverting the issue to Vivek Gupta the Escalation Manager. He is also not attending and when ever we make a call, the executives are saying he will call and he is in meeting. But at the end of day he wont call and we need to chase him another day morning.

                                    He spoke to us at last two days back and he is forcing and compelling us to take another course without giving the refund. And he is openly saying they cant refund and if we need they are asking us to go legally.
                                    This is not fair and even we go legally it is a waste of time and money for us. I request someone from consumer complaints takes this seriously and help us all in this one.

                                    We just want to end this smoothly but they are asking us to go legally by taking our money. This is not fine and will anyone give away the money without taking the course? What is the system, I really dont understand. They are cleverly not mentioning about the policies to the students when enrolling. They are enrolling the student by saying the seats are get filled up and rushing us to make the payment. But the class will be starting after 20-25 days and some times after one month from the enrollment. When we attend the first class and say our opinion and ask for refund, they will show the policy like refund cant be made after 3days of the enrollment. Is this correct????????????????????? Without attending the class how any one can ask for the withdrawal of the class and money????????????????

                                    Please some authority from any government body take this seriously and help all the students on this one.

                                    This is not mentioned in the early or anytime when we enroll in the class. Without knowing the policy how can you expect the customer to accept the policy which is hidden for yourself? Also, we have paid the fees in June and the course got started by July month only. Also, we have not used the product for a single day at least. I have mentioned clearly about my dissatisfaction on the first day of class to Mr.Akhil. Also on the first day, I have not taken it completely. In the MID of the class itself, I have come out and informed about my refund to the executive. Not even a single day I delayed and I have not used your product a single day. How can you expect that without using the product you are taking our money and now just forcing us to take up another course? This is not fair and no consumer will accept this. Also kindly consider that we are coming on a trust basis to learn from you and if not ok with the course/content/instructor we are asking for our money back only. Will any of you just leave as such of huge amount Rs.19, 178 to any of them without using the product or taking up the class. Just think from that point of view and look for us. Many organizations accept this and they are refunding the amount to the consumers if they have not happy with the product. This is a good customer satisfactory business and a loyal thing. It is our penny and each penny is worth it for us in many ways. I request you all to consider our situation and refund the money. I am ready to speak to any upper management of yours regarding this if you can't be more helpful on this one. Please arrange a callback or face to face call also to put our request to them.
