i ordered two dresses from efello.com. One has been delivered after two months because other was not available to them. So they offered me a partial refund and suggested that it might take 28 working days to process that. however its been more than three months on money in my account yet. I tried to contact them over phone and chat, as soon as they know why i am calling for, they put me on hold and never come back. Then i email to their customer service and to their manager but they dont bother to response. As customer i have paid for something, didnt receive the product or refund and with all the hassle, it was not a very good experience.

      So disappointed in Effelo.com. When I did not receive my order for a month I started calling and they said there was a problem with their production department so it took long but it was already shipped. So at that time they did not process cancellation. Never provided me tracking number and for long time kept saying your order is in transit. Once you get it, send it back and we will process refund. That never happened and they never refunded my $250.

        This is an online company. I order 3 dresses from them and paid $250.00 for it. Online they said fast delivery but instead it never got to me. When I called to cancel the order they said it is in transit so we can not do it. Call us back when you receive it and we process for returning the merchandise. I never received my order nor got my money refunded. Do not shop with Efello.com.

          I have ordered a sherwani in this website from USA for my marriage on 3rd of november 2013.While purchasing they said that the order will be delivered by 13 Nov of 2013. My marriage was on 27th of Nov. I have waited for 18th of November and didn't get it delivered.I was supposed to travel to india on 21st November.
          When i called them on 18th Nov they said that they couldn't deliver with in 21 Nov and hence asked me to change the shipping address to my Indian address.
          I have changed the shipping address to India and waited till 23rd Nov . Even though my order was not delivered. When I contacted them, they said that they couldn't deliver the order annd asked me to cancel the order and they will refund it with 28 days.

          As per their discucssion i cancelled the order on 23rd november. Iam still waiting for the refund . It has been 60 days from my cancellation of order

          I have all the e-mail proofs required

          I was in a mental tention till my wedding that whetehr I could get my wedding dress or not.
          I had to go to Hyderabad to buy a new dress.

          I need the interest amount for the delayed 60 days for the money I have spent
          and also the travel charges incurred by me to buy a new dress

            i completed an online transaction with the company efello.com on 13th of March 2013, with a payment made of £27 for clothing. i am based in the UK and was assured delivery would take place by 27th of March2013. i repeatedly had issues with logging in to my account, and when i emailed the company they repeatedly made excuses why the delivery had not been completed within the time scale given. i needed the clothes by 5th of April and they did not arrive in time. even after this date had passed, the company tried to convince me id receive the item in time!!! i requested a cancellation of the order and a refund and they assured me it would be processed within 10-15 days. i have emailed them since this length of time has passed and they have not sent even a single reply, nor have they issued me with a refund. im very upset and disappointed, as i have often purchased items from india over the internet with no issues whatsoever, now i will think twice before shopping online again. please contact the company and alert them to the complaint, in the hope that they will not do this to another customer in the future.

              efello.com is a big froud. www.shreeonline.com, www.efello.com is a fraud website. Beware of these sites. they will never send your order. they will never pick you call. they are chor. efello.com is being operated by shreeonline.com guys the well known online cheaters. please share this to save people from being trapped by shreeonline.com/efellow.com cheaters. if you have ordered from this site, just charge back to get refund of your amount.

              OMG. Can anyone help? I have ordered 2 dresses from efello. It has been a week and a half and still haven't recieved them. I am ringing them but they are not answering.
              Hello guys, Thanks a lot. I was on the phone to them placing an order calling their UK customer service number which is[protected]. the service was very unprofessional. it did not even sound like a call centre. The guys passed my phone to one another saying "le Yaar something... He kept me on hold for a while and quick check online search for their reviews revealed not a single positive review.
              I put this concern to him and he goes, these are all our competitors placing bad reviews about us. I asked who they are and he did not have any name to give. But I mean... not a single positive review ... That was it ! I gave my reasons and never ordered anything saving me full 100% of my money.

              I would like to share my story. Just a few days back I shopped a couple of Indian ladies suits – one for my sister and one for me. Well… after trying it I found it very tight and I was feeling uncomfortable wearing it, may be because of those extra kilos that I have gained recently. I called Efello customer care and asked to exchange the size as soon as possible. I finally received it in the next few days of calling. I would say this kind of gesture can definitely help in making loyal customers.
              These guys are complete frauds its disgusting! I placed an order in march 2013 and after numerous emails and phone calls to this company never recieved my order, my parcel "apparently" arrived april 3rd 2013 or according to some other staff 6th april 2013. When i called their uk customer service the staff were rude and patronising when i enquired about my order. They also went to the extent of not recieving my calls and one staff put the phone down on me and some staff claimed that i had recieved the parcel. These people are an absolute nightmare! I was given different information about which courier service delivering my parcel, different staff stated different things regarding dispatch, tracking numbers and delivery. Emails sent by a manager named khumesh provided invalid tracking numbers and stated that delivery had been made. When i asked for a refund they said they would contact me within 24 hours its been over 2 weeks since i heard from them no reply to my emails either. I have now contacted my bank in order to get my money back from this fraudulent company. I would advice people to read reviews before purchasing online. Do not trust this company!

One damaged and other two of very poor quality. I finally got through to UK customer service number and was told in broken english "You send email Efello...then see...no other can help". Have sent numerous emails but apart from receiving "Our exective will response" have had no reply to my complaint. Even called India, In another words I've been calling and emailing nearly every day to these "FRAUDSTERS".               i ordered 3 churidars with efello.com on 12th of July aftr 2hours of hours i saw the reviews on them immidiately i phned them to cancel the orders after so much phoning and emaling they finally emailed me today my order is cancelled n my money will be refunded after 21 working days!! 21!!! bunch of beggars using my money to run their family .. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
              I'm shocked by all the bad reviews. I looked them up to give them a good review, but now I think I was very lucky. I ordered 5 types of garments, and received all but one of them promptly with confirmation emails and shipping notifications. And while one of the garment was different than what I ordered, I was pleased that they responded so quickly to my email. I got a new beautiful garment as well as the one they mistakenly sent. The thing that I liked most was there customer service. The email was courteous, and they were very quick to remedy my problem
              Warning!!!

              This company are a complete fraud.
              I have waited over one month for my clothes that they said on the site would be ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

              The clothes finally arrived badly sewn and dirty and didnt look anything like the pictures on their websites. They are overpriced and never respond to complaints.

              Do not order from this website you have been warned!

              I placed the order on Sunday, September 01, 2013 for EUR 128.13, (efello.com)and paid for it..But I never recieved any order on my address.I was emailing the company almost every day asking about my order and NO REPLY...after waiting long enough I contact to paypal(because I paid via paypal) and told them all the story and they refunded my money...after that company contact me and threanted me that they will put all my details online for the fraud refund(instead saying sorry)...and they did to me putting my name online ...like I robbed them.I even contact charge backer to ask them remove my name and told them if they can contact the company and ask them if they have any proof(the receipt i sign when recieving the order) and the answer was COMPANY HAVE NO PROOF THAT ORDER WAS DELIVERD...and still my details are here i am unable to understand all this(i dont know how many people got robbed by this efello Fraud company.I AM THINKING TO LOUNCH A ONLINE PAGE FOR THOSE PEOPLE).Can you guys believe that my 2nd order on the 8th january 2014 order number.55842773 amount euros 184.59 paid by western unioun (promised to be deliverd within 14 days) never deliverd and its already 8 months .and i am still emailing the company every day and NO REPLY...my God over 8 months, Razia Mohammadi
