I bought egate i9 projector. picture was very dull. when start tube light, screen blank. 1st problem: my invoice no. F375890 i9 projector, i have given to for repair and after repair product was delivered to me, i have checked, lens was not working correctly (Screen is not projecting correctly) and lens focusing rotator, keystone correction rotator are not freely movement its very difficult to rotate. Inside the lens the dust is present, you did not cleaned.Service is very bad, and every time egate people give only false promise. Was this information helpful? |
