Hi Sir/Mam,

I have purchased LG LED TV from http://www.egateshop.com/ on 9th Nov 1:27PM where I paid sum of Rs 15675. Still we didn’t get my order. I was always in touch with egateshop Mr Suresh on [protected]. Since yesterday the egateshop website as well as number are not reachable. This is seems fraud with all customers. I went through the Google and found there are number of customers are logged fraud case against http://www.egateshop.com/. As no one received their order.
I was following up with courier company (http://www.pearlcourier.net/ ) till yesterday as it was showing me order status was reached to Hajaribag and it was going to deliver by 14th Nov at my home. But due to Truck accident in Ranchi shipment got delayed (As courier company updated through email PFA). Now I am looking that http://www.pearlcourier.net/ website is still exist on web, but I am not able to track my order (Tracking ID AWB Number : PCFT7552930).
Further I am attaching supporting document along with below details in my knowledge which could help you to catch the miscreants.

4) I tried to track website history & Registration details on Google (Find more details in attachment No 5)
• Egateshop.com was created by http://www.godaddy.com
• Registrant Name: Devender Kumar

5) Additionaly I am attaching 2 mail which I recuieved during the followup/ communicating with egateshop.com & pearlcourier.

Sir/Mam….I tried to share all possible document with you. It is my humble request you to help me out to get the order or refund of my amount sum of Rs.15, 675/- or catch the culprit/miscreants.
Note : This is the time that you can catch the culprit as I am looking that http://www.pearlcourier.net/ is still exist in web. It seems like old firm. Please check it from your end.
