Eicher — Want replacement NEW EICHER PRO 3019 M HSD have engine problem | |
Our new Eicher getting the same problem in every day not getting the race, it is very difficult climb/run on flyovers. . From the last one month we taken our vehicle 5.times into the service station. RC no: HR69D1763 Model: EICHER PRO 3019 M HSD Engine No: E426CDMA339500 chassis no: MC2CAMRC0MA069250 First we have the problem on 14.8.2021 and we have taken the vehicle to Eicher murthal service centre And the same day they have repaired the vehicle and returned . As per them problem is because of some software issue in vehicle. Second time we sent the vehicle to Eicher Murthal service centre on 26.8.21 with the same problem vehicle not take the load and it is very difficult climb/run on flyovers. The service centre sort out the problem and return the vehicle on the same day. As per them problem is because of the diesel flow less to the engine and they have sorted out. On 30.8.2021 the same problem happened again and we have taken the vehicle to the service station . This time Murthal service team sort outed the issue on the same day and return the vehicle to us. As per them problem is because of Diesel flow to the Engine more than its required. On 07.9.2021 the same problem is happened again and we have called the Sales person Mr Devender in Karnal Bansal motors and service manager Mr. Vimal in Murthal . They have committed for sort out the problem completely . On this day they have checked the vehicle and found some problem in the vehicle wiring. As per Murthal service centre they have informed Eicher head office for new wiring for replacement and it will replaced on Friday(10.9.21). On the above commitment they made the temporary solution on the vehicle return to us. But vehicle got the same problem in yesterday and we sent the vehicle today to their Murthal service centre. But today they are not replacing the wiring as per the earlier commitment. Asper them it is not received from their head office and for getting it will take another 2-3 days. Currently vehicle in their service centre. We have purchased this vehicle on 15.2.21 and it is under warranty . If the vehicle problems continue in this way it is very difficult for us to run the vehicle. Now the service are free after the warranty we want to pay the service charge also.
