Dear Sir,
Salient points of my complaint are as under
1) Sometime between Wednesday, 15 April 2026 to Sunday 19 April 2026 I saw online ad of 48 Refills of 6 layer premium shaving blade + a handle on the link

2) Item value was Rs 699/- & Terms of payment - COD. I ordered it online from my mobile
3) Monday, 20 April 2026 EKart (at Delhi) created tracking id for shipment as SMPC[protected]
4) As per online tracking details Ekart was to deliver above mentioned item at my house in Pune on Friday, 24 April 2026 but did not deliver
5) Ekart Pune person from phone no[protected] around 8.50 p.m. informed me that it will be delivered next day i.e. on Saturday, 25 Apr 2026
6) Ekart finally delivered the item at my house in Pune through their Pune based person in the afternoon on Saturday, 25 Apr 2026 around 2.00 p.m.
7) Without suspecting any online fraud and in good faith I gave Rs700/-, COD (Cash On Delivery) to the delivery person who then left my house.
8) It was only when I opened the box after about an hour I was in for a shock and surprise as I found that instead of the ordered item - 48 Refills of 6 layer premium shaving blade + a handle, I was delivered a half torn sports jacket -
9) For your ready reference I am attaching photo of EKart Tracking details and half torn sports jacket - (see attached photo of sports jacket)
I tried many times but was unable to contact Ekart Bangalore or Pune office.
This is a clear case of online cheating and I am therefore making this complaint and requesting consumer forum to help me to get the refund of Rs 700/- on the basis of above information.
