Product picked up for return and then the person cancelled return and then he didn't give the product back .

They delivered me two pieces of very very dirty clothes.plz plz plz plz help me to get refund.

Ekart Tracking No SRTP[protected] has not been updated since 12thbMay. All my emails/whatsapp messages to Ekart are not responded to. Calls to numbers available are not getting through. I want Ekart to tell me the whereabout of my order with tracking No SRTP[protected] booked from Coimbatore on 5th May. I intend to file a Legal Petition upon completion of 10 days without a change in tracking update if nothing happens by end of tomorrow, the 22nd May.

We have ordered a parcel that was delivered on the very day of my relative demise..so we went there and told the agent to give it to our neighbour and a 500 rupees note were given to our neighbour as it's payment was a cod. The amount of product was rs 343 and the agent return our neighbour only 60 rupees and as she didn't know the amount she didn't tell anything to the boy..the day later we returned the product and he came up to receive that, he was pretending like it wasn't his fault and started arguing with my mom. And he said you guys pls don't order anything online.. how dare he? It was all his fault.. finally he returned 100 rupees and still chanting that I can't remember what was happened that day.. The delivery boy does not deliver the parcel at the doorstep.he calls in the road .he says that it is not allowed to deliver parcel at doorstep from ekart company . delivery boy behaviour is very rude and poor.

I am Chaynnitt Agarwal, writing this email to raise a serious concern with the delivery boy of Ekart for Flipkart order no #OD[protected] and Ekart tracking ID #FMPC[protected]

I have placed an order as COD with Flipkart and I have been notified that my order will be delivered on Friday i.e. 5th May 2022. I have been trying to reach the agent since Friday afternoon to get an understanding of when can he deliver as I have to exchange my old phone as well. He didn't reply and hangup the call when I asked him the time. Upon continuous retry, he disrespectfully answered in slang language "The order will be delivered" and hung up the call. I didn't try reaching him out again as it is none of my business and it's his duty to deliver it.

Today on Monday I have been given a reason my order is canceled because the delivery agent tried delivering 3 times and couldn't deliver due to a client issue. It's clearly a scam made as I purchased the phone at the very least cost i.e. 19, 999/- only.

I requested a proper explanation of how he couldn't deliver. As I have all the CCTV in my society and proper tracking of any executive entering and leaving and all call details.

The company just mention thank you for the feedback and we will look into it, as it makes no difference to them.

One of my corior is stucked in ekart hub. It tucked there for last one weak. Now it's out for delivery.. But they are not contacting me also. If I contact them, they are denying it

I have ordered one product from Flipkart, when it is out for delivery, delivery boy said I have ordered two products need to buy, so I rejected fake product what i didn't ordered and paid for what i have ordered but delivery boy said u have paid for fake product need to pay what u have ordered. Yesterday( 9 April 2023 Sunday) my order ( CUET GENERAL TEST BOOK) was going to deliver the delivery boy called me as I was not at my home I told him to give it to MY SECURITY GUARD and then he asked me for OTP as it was prepaid order but when I came home next day and asked for the parcel my guard told me no parcel was delivered

Today i received a fake parcel from ekart delivery.
They sent me a cod product from Flipkart worth rs 299. When I tracked the order via tracking I'd and scanned the barcode i found that both are incorrect.
And the payment of 299 went to ekart.
This kind of action must be punishable.

I have received a message of arrival of my ordered product but no calls made by the delivery girl but after waiting for long i instead made call to that delivery girl whatever phn no i received through a message but itz a time of warly in the morning but still that delivery girl not given my item upto 5.30pm... Till time not receiving my item i again naje call to that delivery girl but this time again that girl lie to me and still m not receiving my ordered item which ia really irresponsible duty iof that on duty delivery girl and also its intolerable to take headache of receiving my own items in this way plz immediately take steps agains this activity

The product was in totally damaged condition also.
