I have placed an order from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 01.10.2022.i did receive a call from delivery executive on 01.10.2022. He asked me the OTP but I was not available at my residence for the acceptance of the shipment. And since it was an open box delivered I asked him to come tomorrow for the delivery. Now it's been 2 days but I didn't receive any call from the ekart. But when I called the customer care they told me...

I ordered vivo t1 5g from flipkart on 10 Aug, and expected date to deliver was 13 Aug but today is 15 Aug, item not delivered, but while tracking order on ekart site, it is showing that customer did not respond, since no call was came from any wishmaster or delivery person, so how could I respond, are they fooling us or I am foolish because I ordered it from flipkaet, now I cannot cancel my order also...wow what a game, my tracking ID is FMPP[protected], you can check here, no delivery made to customers but still showing undelivered because customer did not respond, what is this he'll...just give my refund...now I don't want your product that's it

I ordered two necklaces and one ring from luvcreation but have not received them but the delivering company which is ekart says it is deliverer I haven't received any call nor any msg regarding the delivery and now they are saying you can escalate the proof for delivery not after two days my package was delivered by them on 20th I didn't had any idea that my product was delivered because they didn't informed me

Helow, I had received an order Order ID - OD[protected] on 16 of July 2022. Fir which I had to pay an amount of 8628/- and hand over a phone worth 5500/- in exchange of my new phone redmi 10t. But your delivery boy named arun saini contact number [protected] asked me 1000/- rs extra... And he took 9628/- in his personal account. Rather than flipkart qr code. And I am still getting the exchange value of my phone as 5500/- in my flipkart app. Please do the needful and pay me refund. And do something to avoid futher frauds. I am attaching the screen shots.

Apporix date by mistake your man

I ordered a product from Flipkart and it was showing that expected delivery date was 12/07/2022. But on that day i didn't received any message or call from ekart and ekart logistics showing that I cancelled the order on 11/07/2022. But i didn't. And Flipkart is showing that the product is not out for delivery. so, how can I get my ordered product

The perfume was already sprayed . The bottle isnt at shape . And the box was unsealed and opened . This is a serious issue both about handling the product as well as using the product before handing it to customer. I want a new product which is unused.
