I would like to raise a complaint about a fraudulent COD delivery attempt made today by an Ekart delivery agent.
I received an SMS ( 2 Feb 2026, EKARTL-S, LFSP[protected]) stating that a delivery was scheduled, followed by a phone call (+[protected] from someone claiming to be at my doorstep with a COD parcel for ₹499. I did not place any such order and informed the delivery person to cancel it. This seems to be a scam attempt, and I request that you investigate the incident.
Please take necessary action and confirm the cancellation of any order associated with my number.
