I am a senior citizen, ordered a helmet from TVS Company on 16.08.2026 paid online amounting to Rs.1694.00 with their reference no..234306. It has reached the destination Semiliguda, dist.Koraput, Odisha on 22.09.2026 at Ekart Carrier with reference no. TVSP[protected]. On 25.09.2026 at 19.21 hrs I received a call from [protected] that there is no one to deliver the item since it is raining and assured to deliver on 26.09.2026. No one came to my address to delivered the item on 26.09.2026. On 27.09.2026 there is no any response received. On 28.09.2026 I received a missed call from [protected] . When contacted from my side I could not able to reach them. I receive many parcel at my address from EKart. It seems that a particular carrier delivery agent has some grudge against me who is reluctant to deliver my parcel.
