Dear team
Ekart deliver boy omkar heggennavar is cancelled my order without my knowledge.first he gave 1 order and said he will give other order to evening after few days m getting all order is cancelled.
I spoke with that deliver boy he told he was out of station and he suggested me to re order.kindly take the action who cancelled my order without my knowledge.and it's should not be happen next time.

      I ordered a A-line dress from ajio app that costed rs270. As it was a COD order I made the payment through the QR code provided by the delivery partner at that time. I received the order on 1oct 2022 at 13:28pm but the amount deducted from my bank for the order was rs.2404 on 1oct at 13:29pm.
      I was being provided the fake QR code by the delivery boy and the company name that my bank showed is for Ekart.
      I am attaching the payment detail for reference below.
      I request to kindly look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible

        Don't Accept/Deliver products from kamyanti Site(Its Fraud). I have ordered a salwar suite and received a cloth which is in very bad shape for which i paid Rs.900

                I have order one mobile with exchange offer from Flipkart on 12 October the product get delivered on 14 th October the delivery guy came to my place and tell I don’t know how to exchange another guy will come other day and left my place without delivering.now i have waited for one another day and on Sunday 16 th October I went to Ekart office near my place and then they have told we will deliver today or on Monday 17 th October positively.but horrible they neither delivering the product till now this is serious level of harassment to a consumer.kindly note Ekart logistics-FMPP[protected] id and provide me solution.

                    I am Sumana Dutta from Jashpur Birbhum.I ordered a tshirt from Myntra but the product was poor quality and I told it to myntra to return this product..Myntra approve the request to pick the tshirt but the ekart logistic's delivery boy told me that they dont pick the order as it is damaged and in front of me they called their Team Leader and also the man behind the call Named Kajol from Ilambazar hub refused to take this product and said to me (as I talked him over the phone through that delivery boy) that he could not help me and I can do whatever I can but he did not pick this order...Now what should i do? The product value is 527 and if the product i not picking up I will go to the consumer forum against these companies..

                          I got a call from wishmaster to deliver my product on October 6th 2022, but I was not there to take it, so I requested him to deliver it on 8th October, he said yes.
                          But he didn't deliver it till now, moreover my order marked as delivered in Flipkart.

                            I had ordered from flipkart in which OTP verification system was given, when the product came to me, after seeing the parcel, there was something wrong with the parcel, then I refused to take the product, then the delivery boy called his manager and told me I talked to the manager and I talked to the manager, the manager told me that you take the product by telling it OTP, if you do not take the product, then I will block your ID and started threatening me

                                Hello my product has been tried to deliver but due to my work issues I couldn't answer the call during delivery .But surprisingly the delivery person had closed the delivery and they didn't even left a message what to do or where to pickup the delivery myself. They not even given a number to ask about the information.I have tried multiple times calling to customer care ll the numbers are not at all working. Until now they have not given any updated information and kept the product somewhere. So I request you to tell where is the product so I can get it myself it they can't deliver.
