( FMPP[protected] ) I ordered a mobile on September 22nd, 2022 . My parcel was shipped on the same day from Uluberia ( West Bengal). Percel was received in Hajipur (Bihar) on September 24. Then, on September 24, Percel was again dispatched to Uluberia . Then it showed on September 25, 26, and 27 the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). My registered address is in Mangaldoi (Assam). My main problem is that on the Flipkart and Ekart websites, my promised delivery date is September 26, but the parcel has not yet arrived at my nearest hub, so the promise was changed to September 27, so I waited. But today, my parcel was not received at the nearest hub. It only showed the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). So again, the date changed to September 28. Please do something...
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now there is also no update on from 6 days about the delivery.
Also previously i had bought something from flipkart and it was shipped through ekart but the product was not delivered showing fake delivery attempt and after that product was cancelled automatically.
Please I request to deliver my product by tomorrow, or I will have to register a case against the ekart logistics for not delivering products and giving fake information about the products being delivered.
Flipkart should take strict action and find some other delivering company like DELHIVERY, ECOM, XPRESSBEES etc which are far better than this ### ekart.
