This Num delivery man=[protected] ye num hah.mujhe mera refund delivery man bandhe se ya Cash de kar mujhe mera paisa wapas chaiye Ekart logistics Company walo se OK.

I am Inayath Raza and my flipkart order ID is OD[protected], mobile [protected],

I got a call from ekart guy from Ranebennur - 581115 and delivery guy asked me to give otp to cancel order so i gave otp thinking it OTP for cancellation but instead he logged my Flipkart account and cancelled order, I need my order now and please take a action on delivery guy, this is really bad thing its a privacy concern and lending to fraud

I ordered a product. However delivery boy and came and went off and told that delivery would be given in evening. However I just want to check the status in evening he was Re-Sechuled the order and next day delivery boy also saying the order will deliver in evening or may be Re-Sechuled.

May i request you to pls deliver my product immediately please.

I did make complaint against a particular delivery boy some days ago and requested not to send him at my home again through flipkart. But day by day he is coming to my home and using abusive languages. And today he crossed all the limits. Out of the two items I have ordered I have taken one and asked him to take other. And then starts his abusive language. He was furious about why I'm not taking the order and started dragging my family too. If immediately no action being taken then I'll go legal against you guys. Myself suresh and I booked washing machine in flipkart and it is delivered today. But Ekart Delivery boys are didn't delivery my product at my given address. Previously one month back also I booked a lots of products in flipkart and the delivery service is also Ekart. But, this time they refused to deliver the product at my given address. so the ekart dropped my product from my given address 5kms away, due to this ekart misbehaviour I booked another small truck to take my product to my location and it charged around 450Rs for 5Kms. Wrost Experience with the EKart Services.

Kindly, I am requesting to take severe action on EKART Logistics company and their delivery agents for misbehaving with constumers.

My Product tracking id is: FMPR[protected]

I have a request for a refund on Tuesday 13 September and Flipkart Accepted my pickup date as 19th September but today is 22 and the delivery boy not picking up my product.

I am calling him every day to pick up the product but he is making excuses every day. I am going to attach my tracking details so you can see what's going on. I can't believe your services going too bad.

This is the worst logistics i have seen they keep on doing illegal practice like keeping the product and marking it delivered for customer and same goes with seller too showing 3 attempted and selling the product to the customer and collecting the money. Tracking id FMPP[protected] was supposed to be delivered 3 days before but they have kept it and updated it wrong and there is no support number where you can contact or raise the complaint they have mutual understanding and share the amount they get after making false update and cheat customers and seller. People trusting blindly are getting cheated thinking its a legitimate company but the user-end staff are thief . And the supervisor are with them to help and cover there false and illegal practise.

My mobile number is correct for the orders.
Today my shipment is out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

My shipment is from ekart (Samsung Website order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my orders. Delivery boy is in contact with me.

Yesterday a person from your side has come and having some issues in exchanging of old phone then he said that he is rescheduling delivery for today. But I didn't get my phone yet and also he is not picking up my phone.

I have ordered Vruta Trends Men Kurta and Pyjama set ( Order id : OD[protected], tracking id : FMPC[protected] from flipkart. It was going to be delivered on 19th September, 2022 but on the same day i got a message from ekart that your order has been rejected. on flipkart it is showing that order has cancelled by customer but i haven't cancelled my order, My order has arrived to the nearest hub near my location but instead of delivering the order, my order cancelled by the ekart . I therefore request to deliver my order and hoping some action should be taken in this regard.

My order is out of order today the boy came and he said OTP in your mobile the OTP is not received and 10 minutes he checked my mobile finally OTP is not received then he said OTP is not received the order yet been delivered
Please resolve this issue
