They have picked up my order on 3oct2022. Now they are telling they didn't picked up my return.

      Complaint against ekart delivery boy

      Address: Patiala. Punjab 146002

      Yesterday near about 4.30pm or 5.00pm ekart delivery came to my house for delivered the noise smart watch in my absence and call me for recieve the parcel but i'm not at home that time. My family member came out the house for parcel but delivery boy did not hand over the parcel and talking very rudely my family call me and i talk to him (Delivery boy) and i said to him open firstly on front of my family and then after our satisfaction...

      I booked a phone redmi 10 through flipkart. ekart logistics could not deliver my package till now. When i trying to connect with ekart logistics after completing the scheduled date they told me that your courier will be delivered today. But they did not deliver my package. When i check ekart courier tracking website they shows me that they attempted to courier my package but i was unreachable, which is white lie. Now again and again they repeat this process they never call me nor come to my address which was given but there website give wrong delivery update.
      i have paid the money. now i think flipkart and ekart both company make me foolish. both the company (flipkart and Ekart logistics ) are fraud and cheat me.
      kindly help to return my money.

        Dear team,

        Request you to please file my complaint regarding ekart delivery services
        I order multiple orders from flipkart during the sale event,
        3 order stuck for delivery, it takes too long to deliver..delivery date was 1 octuber but somehow it will change to 4 oct.

        Am waiting since long time and also i went to the delivery hub they were totlly rude and hrasment with words.

        Now today is one order is out of delivery but the delivery person did not pick my call

        I am very upset from your service and never order by your way, never refer to ekart

          I ordered one apple AirPods Pro, the promised delivery date was 25th Sep 2022, the product reached at Tamluk hub TMZ on 22th September l, but still the product not yet receive. They email me and told me the expected delivery date is 30 September, but today they again flipkart send a mail and said that now the expected delivery date is 5th October . I called the customer care for regarding the contact details of ekart logistics for self pickup. They can't give me the contact details. Now my question is why they delayed the delivery. Why there is no information about ekart logistics. Why the flipkart is unable to delivery the product in right time.

            I have order cloth dryer stand 15 days ago and it's still not delivered. I'm getting messages that my delivery address is wrong. While calling delivery agent is answering but not responding saying " l can't hear you properly ". I'm so much disappointed on ekart service.

              Ekart guy refused me to open the company box to show product under box.
              He is very arrogant in speaking.
              As per him, it's Ekart policy not to open the brand company box,

                  I ordered ambarane smart watch on 23rd September but still my order not received to me ...Ecart Hapur staff behaviour is very rude...when I called them they talk me in appropriate language

                    I was placed order with flipkart. And flipkart sent my parcel trough Ekart logistics. Ekart courier service provider has didn't called, did not visit to house, without my concern canceled my delivery.

                      On 24th september i ordered realme gt neo 3t in flipkart and its has arrived hyderabad kukatpally hub and i got out of delivery on 27th sept the ekart delivery boy arrived and called me in the process of exchange he mistaken the options and he promised me I'll come tomorrow and I'll give you this product i trusted him and the next day i called him, he answered am on leave and i asked him when you come he told day after tomorrow. I trusted him again and that day came and i called him and he blocked me he didn't answer he was rejecting my calls and i approached customer care of flipkart and ekart they said he will come and sorry they told and finally interesting thing is here even the customer care also don't know the address location of ekart logistics in kukatpally and i know something is fishy in ekart of kukatpally please response quickly...

                          My order reached to nearest hub on 25 sept 2022. Ekart guys are marking order out for delivery each day, but they are not delivering it. Delivery boy is someone who just deliberately keep delaying the order. They just keep repeating the same behavior. Today is 02 October 2022, still haven't received the order. Tried complaining to their customer service, each time they open a new ticket and tell me to wait.
                          Please suggest me, what can I do here, to get mine order faster?
                          Any help would be deeply appreciated!

                              My order got dispatched from banmoli sort centre on 27 sep. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow on 3rd oct but it hasn't even reached the nearest hub yet on 2 oct. And there is no update on the order since last 6 days. Flipkart customer service isn't helpful either.

                                      I have bought a product from Flipkart
                                      As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
                                      I immediately placed return request on the same day.
                                      After i received out for pickup message but no one come to pickup product and pickup cancelled automatically by end of the day
                                      This happened to me 2 times till date with same product.
                                      Kindly help.
