Recently i ordered a product from flipkart on 22 September, it was shipped by ekart logistics same day, order id given to me worked fine till 24 September but after that there shows error in tracking id, product delivery date is 27 but till today i didnt even get updates about my product..

    Tracking no= FMPP[protected]
    What the ### is wrong with you guy9;s are you ###ing kidding me first time the delivery was not attempted and marked as attempted delivery and not it was showing failed delivery 2 3 times like what the hell is happening don9;t you guy9;s want to deliver so just tell the CUSTOMER at least that you are useless and can9;t even delivery 1 single profile seriously what the hell you guy9;s are doing seriously ###.

      My order from WELLCURVE was serviced to ekart to get delivered, today [ 29sept 2022] its date of delivery it also had reached my nearest hub and now its marked RTO without any information call or message . The item was prepaid and now i have a fear of not receiving my money back. There has no respone from wellcurve or the delivery partner. Please look into the matter . I want to receive my odered item i.e [ WSPP[protected] ] .Its a kind request to get my ordered item

        Dear ekart,
        I am Mohammed Shuaib, I have an order from Flipkart on 28/09/2022. When the delivery person reached to delivery I was at office. I called him at 1:50pm and he told that I was here only I will deliver your parcel and asked about OTP. Since he is there I shared him the OTP and provided him an alternate number to reach out. At 9:20 pm message came that the parcel was delivered but when I reached home and asked about the parcel they are telling that it has not been delivered. I am trying to raise a complaint regarding this.

          The delivery person did not do door step delivery and he also took extra money from me and he did not talk properly. He called me 3:30 km away from my house and he was repeatedly threatening to cancel the order. I had also put a Samsung mobile in the exchange but they asked me for money in exchange for the exchange and was also saying that you do not give this mobile to Flipkart, you sell this mobile to me.

            Hello this is a kind request to flipkart and their logistics to deliver my package. My package ordered on 23 . 09.22 was scheduled to be delivered by 24.09.22 on 24 it showed it would be delivered tomorrow ie 25.09.22 but instead I received a call on 24 which I could not pick up because o[censored]navoidable reasons already explained to them but after that i tried reaching the delivery boy but he did not answer. After that till date I complain for the product not delivered bit instead of a solution I am given a timeline of three days which increases with each day passing. I am sharing screenshot . Please help me soon. I ordered from flipkart BBD sale and my tracking id is FMPC[protected]. Today is 28th still not received my product .

            I have order a product of 60k price, but it has been 9 days and product was not delivered on time which was supposed to be delivered on 29 september.
            Now there is also no update on from 6 days about the delivery.
            Also previously i had bought something from flipkart and it was shipped through ekart but the product was not delivered showing fake delivery attempt and after that product was cancelled automatically.
            Please I request to deliver my product by tomorrow, or I will have to register a case against the ekart logistics for not delivering products and giving fake information about the products being delivered.
            Flipkart should take strict action and find some other delivering company like DELHIVERY, ECOM, XPRESSBEES etc which are far better than this ### ekart.

              These is srinivasarao iam purchased Red tape shoe in Flipkart. The shoe quality is not good so I return to the product but the delivery excutive should not contact to me. They did not informed to me the product return policy is automatically cancelled.so please solve this problem as early as possible

                Hey eKart,

                Order ID : OD[protected]

                I have a parcel from Flipkart that you guys have not delivered yet. It's delivery date was 27 September and you have already exceeded that. Now only God knows where my parcel is?

                You people are so irresponsible and non-professional that you don't even contact or inform your customer in case you miss the delivery deadline.

                Tracking info says that it is in Motherhub_JKS, Gurgaon.

                Please deliver it to me ASAP!! Its already late. I want it delivered as early as possible.

                  I had order mobile from Flipkart. Delivery guy came for delivery, took OTP but then he didnt give mobile telling order is cancelled. I am not getting any support from their customer care team.

                    Sir I had ordered a noise earbuds worth rs 1099 with order id OD[protected] from flipkarta the order was cancelled by delivery partner due to some issues but I had made the payment in the QR code of E Kart in Online mode at the time of delivery.                         As i have ordered mobile phone on 22 september 2022 and i recieved message on 24 september that your product is out for delievery and then till today 28th september i didint recieved my parcel while i tried call delievery boy then he said i am unable to give your parcel and i also complaint flipkart but they are just only said sorry and my issue still not resolved n from 24th september delievery boy didnt give my parcel n this is so irritating.

                          Hi have ordered the product in Flipkart and my date of delivery is September 28 2022 and the delivery person attempted to deliver by 27 sep 2022 and he was not able to reach me. While tracking the order with order I'd it's mentioned as order rejected by customer. And mentioned without my knowledge. I want it to be reattempt the delivery today and unable to reach delivery agent.

                                      ( FMPP[protected] ) I ordered a mobile on September 22nd, 2022 . My parcel was shipped on the same day from Uluberia ( West Bengal). Percel was received in Hajipur (Bihar) on September 24. Then, on September 24, Percel was again dispatched to Uluberia . Then it showed on September 25, 26, and 27 the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). My registered address is in Mangaldoi (Assam). My main problem is that on the Flipkart and Ekart websites, my promised delivery date is September 26, but the parcel has not yet arrived at my nearest hub, so the promise was changed to September 27, so I waited. But today, my parcel was not received at the nearest hub. It only showed the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). So again, the date changed to September 28. Please do something...

                                        Such a pathetic service here in gurgaon by EKART, DELIVERY GUY not even responding the call, or when he picks up he put it aside many times, no contact to the delivery guy . Product delivery time was 26 Sep, 27 Sep is already gone and no response from the delivery guy . Such type of delivery people should be fired or a strict action should be taken against them .
