My laptop got delayed multiple times even on same day delivery option. It's showing since 3 days that it's in transit and yet to reach hub nearest to you? What the heck is the problem with you guys? You don't even provide the phone numbers to contact the hub and know the status! I'm just sitting here cluelessly about when my order is going to arrive as i have already paid for it

This complaint is regarding my previous order of mobile phone Oppo K10 from Flipkart . First Delivery Guy was so rude and he made me come 2-3 time here and there, when i finally reached office there he doesn't behaved well when i requested him not to open seal of phone as it was a birthday gift and opened phone doesn't look well, then he behaved rude and after some talks he said to me he'll take 200 Rs to do that . Then I denied that and asked him to deliver it at my home, he clearly denied . I paid the delivery charges for delivering the phone at my home, so why should i come again and again . He made me come to place 10 km far from my home. At Last I took the opened seal box . I don't understand why he was asking me to give 200 RS for not opening seal . I had already paid the amount for delivery and it should be delivered at my home then why he asked me to come . I am seriously requesting to take a quick action on him . I have placed an order (Order ID: OD[protected] through paytm and the shipment was shipped through the delivery partner ekart, Yesterday the shipment was out for delivery at morning. The delivery executive didn't called me for delivery and even I too didn't received the contact number either but the status is updated as order delivered in the evening. I tried reaching to ekart and the call goes to Flipkart where my issue cannot be looked as it is with ekart. I contacted flipkart customer support again and again but my issue is still pending and not received any update on the issue handling and resolution. This is a prepaid order.
There is no customer care number for ekart where it goes for only to flipkart. Also, they won't ask for pin/otp while delivering like other delivery partners.

Please help me...!!

I ordered from a non-Flipkart app. The delivery guy came to the door but since I did not receive the OTP he returned without giving me the parcel. Please help. I need the OTP and parcel asap.
Customer care numbers dont work as well.

I ordered from Myntra my delivery was supposed to happen today delivery boy came to my location and I didn't get OTP for delivery I couldn't do anything there is customer care support

This order not me please change my order and no answering any customer care ecard please revert my money and pick up this order

As I have done order but when I reached at ekart office at basti no employee was listening to us.. worst service..

My parcel has arrived on 11th itself today it is 13th of September, still didn't received any msg that it will be delivered today, my order id is [protected]

The packet of Britannia cake was opened
Packing was not in good condition
Very disappointed

Delivery boy could not deliver my product
and he himself reject my delivery
and he did not try contact with me & i aslo try contact with him but he did not recived call . Please ekart logictics team step action agingst this delivery boy

As prescribed on Flipkart if I order This item it Will be Delivered in Next 2 Days. But after two day I received a massage that my order was delayed for few reason. After that still one day Passed but I not received my order also there is no contact number for query related and no one have a detail that where is order.

I order the elastic fitted double bad sheet buy one get one free but i receive only single peace my order ID - [protected]MBN and sub order ID-[protected] please resolve my problem as soon as possible

Hi,

I am Roopa, I received a message from EKART saying that your item is out for delivery.
Which I have not placed. I got a call from the wish master to collect the order but i was not at home so my mom collected the item by paying 799 to the wish master.

When i came and checked the order it was not mine.There is no proper order id on the invoice provided When i called to flipkart they are telling there is no order like the order u have received. They told me to contact EKart.

When I called back the Ekart Master he told me he will go to the office and give the phone to the officer. When I spoke with the officer he cut the call then didn't receive the call again.

I placed my order on August 23, 2022. The initial delivery was promised on September 2, 2022. I have not got any response till now. No one is answering any calls on the support side as well.
On the tracking site, these guys are just shipping my order here and there.
It has already arrived in my city for the last 10 days, but there is no delivery attempted.

Non Flipkart order, never received the OTP and hence the delivery guy can't hand me my package. Please process this complain.

I have ordered a casserole from Flipkart to my address.For that regarding delivery boy called me his name was Ramesh.He talked very rudely like if you need your order means you need to come and get me where I am like that he told.I refused to do that because I have ordered that to my address I said that guy to deliver it to my address but he won't and talked very rude like do what you can.Please do the needful.

I ordered a product called Yardley London refreshing morning dew body spray from Myntra on 06/sep/2022

I was supposed to get this product by ekart logistics courier, its expected delivery date was 15/sep/2022 but I got a message from Myntra on 09/sep/2022 at 9 pm that the order has been delivered but I have not received the order.
When I try to contact the customer care of eKart they say their mobile is switched off or the number does not exist and also same in case of mail their mail id also shows does not exist.
So I humbly request you to inform me about my product as soon as possible

I ordered a roadster man shirt from Instagram but I recieved a totally different shirt...
Now when I am returning, the e-kart delivery man is not taking the shirt, he is telling me to call flipkart and tell him to mail the e-kart.
When I'm calling the Flipkart they are register my Complain but shirt not return..
