The product already delivered to customer but it is showing out for delivery from 11 th sep, It is already12 days but no update done in your panel, update it.

    Hello sir this is Marjana.. Today I received a parcel which i didnt order in any of the website .. It shows the product from Mitali Traders. But i didnt order anything sir. The amount is 399. It was like a cash on delivery. I want my money back as well as i want them to take this parcel from my home.

      My tracking id's is SMGP[protected]

      My mobile number is correct for the orders.
      Today my shipment is out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

      My shipment is from ekart (Samsung Website order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

      You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

      This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

      Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my orders. Delivery boy is in contact with me.

        Yesterday a person from your side has come and having some issues in exchanging of old phone then he said that he is rescheduling delivery for today. But I didn't get my phone yet and also he is not picking up my phone.

          I have ordered Vruta Trends Men Kurta and Pyjama set ( Order id : OD[protected], tracking id : FMPC[protected] from flipkart. It was going to be delivered on 19th September, 2022 but on the same day i got a message from ekart that your order has been rejected. on flipkart it is showing that order has cancelled by customer but i haven't cancelled my order, My order has arrived to the nearest hub near my location but instead of delivering the order, my order cancelled by the ekart . I therefore request to deliver my order and hoping some action should be taken in this regard.

              In ekart logistics OTP is not received the order is not been delivered

              My order is out of order today the boy came and he said OTP in your mobile the OTP is not received and 10 minutes he checked my mobile finally OTP is not received then he said OTP is not received the order yet been delivered
              Please resolve this issue

                  Ordered my item on 10th of September 2022, it's been getting delayed without any reason customer care also doesn't know the issue.When I ask about where are they calling from they say I'm calling from Jammu and not giving any details (customer care no. ‪+[protected]‬). Now they are again adding days saying they will solve the issue but they also don't know what is the problem. Flipkart (ekart logistics) should just close your services if you don't care about customer's.

                      I am suman bagchi a plus member of Flipkart from many years . Last year I ordered a jacket on a adress with giving extra delivery charges on Flipkart but delivery agent did not delivered my package on my adress he ask me to take the delivery from AMARWARA which is 9 km far from my location. After complaining many times on Flipkart no resolution was provided to me after three days my order was automatically cancelled and price was increased so i can't buy this. This time I ordered a ADIDAS shoes from Flipkart rs1605 ORDER ID -OD[protected] but this time also delivery agent ask me to collect my order from AMARWARA which is 9 km far from my location. Now this shoes price is 2300 i want my order on my door step which is the policy of Flipkart. As a plus member i really upset with this service.. i want my order as soon as possible...

                          Hello Team,

                          We placed Order ID # 4552 on September 4, 2022 via DameHealth . The Order [1] was expected to be delivered by 10th Sep.When we checked the tracking with tracking Id "SRTP[protected]" for our order via Ekart logistics online.It was showing eKart Order had "OTHER_STATE_MISROUTE" on 12th Sep & the Order is yet to be delivered. Now the parcel has gone to Kolkata again from bangalore location on 16th Sep. We are also trying to reach you over phone. But no luck. This horrible delivery experience is not acceptable. Could you please take an action on this and respond ASAP.
