      Hi.
      Please attend my comaint immediately. I paid in flipkart for oppo f19 pro plus through sbi credit card. The seller xonite e commerce has neither accepted the order nor allowing for refund. Ordered on 7th Sep 22 around 8:30am. Still no response and no solution. Finally Trying to get resolved here. If you also cannot help me please let me know I take up with consumer next. Its a loss for me. Time waste, money waste....

        I was delivery boy in ekart logistics this complaint is regarding my payment
        I have delivered 134 and I supposed to get paid as per rules 14 rupees per delivery but company is giving me invoice of all total amount 1863 rupees along with mentioning that i did work of 1350 rupees and company is giving me incentives and with that I being paid complete amount 1863 rupees

                      Greetings!

                      I want to inform you that I have ordered from the confect who sent the same via your courier.
                      But I have not received it till now, your delivery man called us on 28th Aug that due to rain he can't deliver the product on that day, but he will definitely do the next day.
                      But since then we have been badly waiting for the same.
                      As per the security gate of my apartment, he is let come but till now never delivered my parcel. daily I am getting updates that, today he will deliver ...out for delivery.

                      This is very unprofessional.

                      Earlier I got product delivery but this time I don't know. My wife and kids are always at home and moreover I informed guards to take courrier.
                      I will request next time not to send through your courier.

                        Your delivery boy behaves very rudely .he dont know how to talk with customer.he came on 5 september 2022 in my area but he did not delivered order at my shipping address.now he disconnect my call.if call connects he put phone on side.                             I have recently ordered a pair of shoe from Myntra. I received damaged product.Shoelaces were broken and foam was not present in shoes. I have raised an return order.The delivery boy at Ecart logistics falsely claimed that he contacted me so as to pick up the return product. However he didn't contact me and when I tried reaching him he refused to pick up the return product from my address.
                            Everytime he is cancelling my return. And when I reached to Ekart office today then they are saying they will not do anything. They even don’t know how to talk with customer.They misbehaved with me.

                                  Ekart Logistics — Delivery OTP issue...

                                  My tracking id's are SRTP[protected]

                                  My mobile number is correct for both the orders.
                                  Today my shipments is out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

                                  My shipment is from ekart (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

                                  You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

                                  This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

                                  Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my orders. Delivery boy is in contact with me.

                                      I have ordered Oziva hair vitamins from the site of Oziva on 25th August.Now when ever I am tracking my order by the tracking link it is showing RTO IN TRANSIT. Another thing is that when I am tracking on the site of ekart logistics entering the tracking ID it is showing that the order rejected.But I didn't get a call from the delivery boy and the delivery was not attempted so how could my order rejected.I am from State Odisha and the current location where the order marked rejected was Nadia which is a district of West Bengal.So how could I reject the order whose delivery was not attempted and that product didn't in my state.It was a prepaid order and now it was showing order rejected and RTO IN TRANSIT.
