      Pincode-Address mismatch

      I have given correct address but the delivery status shows as Pincode- Address mismatch. I spoke to Customer service rep. and gave him the correct address once again but still no response, they keep on saying the item will be delivered in next 1 hour, but it has been 3 days and i haven't received my parcel yet.
      Please look into the matter and do the needful. I will be thankful to your quick response.

        Hi Team,
        I got one order from Handful of Health Order 34963 to your Ekart. Today (18/8/2022) i got a message that your order was out of delivery. I thought i will receive order today i got call form the executive in the morning that he is going to delivery the order but till evening not visited to my place. And i tried to contact the delivery agent but he not answering my call at all he is number is busy always. Finally i got a call from the delivery agent in the evening at 19.30 i went to take the order here is the twist he was calling from the road and saying to come down i said to come opposite to me i will stay in 3rd floor and he said i will come back in one hour i dont know why he not delivered my order and now at 19.45 i got a message that COULDN'T BE DELIVERED REASON- NUMBER UNREACHABLE . If my number is unreachable how he spoken to me for more than 3 times. you people feel customers is a jokers. i need quick resolution on this and need action on delivery executive. how he can cancel on his own what you people think. if it is any medicines or any spoil item. every thing is important right how you should handle this issue i need immediate response on this and strict action .

          Respected Sir / Madam,
          I Mr. Tanmay Sandeep Aher, Resident of Nashik has placed and order for Flipzon Baby shelve, With Order ID - OD[protected].
          My Order delivery Date was on 16/08/2022 but Today is 17th I Had Still not received My Order. I Phone Called the Ekart Delivery Executive, But there is no Response from Him Since 2 Day's. Also From Ekart Services.
          I also Raised The Grievence on Flipkart But still there is no response from Flipkart Team Too, Being a Flipkart Plus Member this is very Cheap Behavior from Your Side.
          Request you to look into the matter and do the needful to deliver my order tomorrow after 4pm Only.

                    Ekart logistics is not refunding my money of 15028 rupess the delivery boy took the payment via online mode but when I payed the 15028 rupess he told me that the payment was failed but the payment was succed by my side and the payment was deducted by my bank account I have proof the delivery boy told me that the refund of 15028 will be proceed within 24hrs but it's been 2 days the refund is not yet come please resolve this issue

                          I have ordered some item from Www.petzlifeworld.com. Seller shipped from Chennai through Ekart tracking no. SRTP[protected] on 5th Aug 2022. It has till date i.e., 16 Aug 2022, not reached its destination Chandigarh. In between at Ekart’s Ludhiana hub the tracking says “MARKED RTO:ORDER REJECT”. I don’t understand what it means. Surprised and feel harassed that even after 11days I haven’t received my order. What kind of courier service is this that takes so much time. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for delivery of my order at the earliest.

                            Delay in delivery by ekart Kukatpally hub Hyderabad

                            I purchased a phone on 4th August 2022 from Flipkart. My phone reached at my nearest hub(Kukatpally Hyderabad) on 11th August and my delivery date was same but they didn't deliver on same day. When I checked on website it shows your product will deliver on 13th August but it didn't delivered on that day then I talked with Flipkart customer support they assured me that your product will deliver on before 15th August as I hope it didn't. Now...

                            The delivery agent of our area is so rude.First of all he lied that there is some defect in my phone which i was selling back and then he said that he can fail the product I was selling back for any reason he want doesn't matter if that's true or not then when I ordered my watch from myntra he said come outside I'll be there in 5 minutes I went there and after waiting for 20minutes when I called him back he cut my phone without even listening what I has to say...He thinks no one can do nothing to him

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have ordered a product (Puma White Men's Fashionable Casual White Sneakers) from an E-commerce website, that E-Commerce website uses your delivery service as their delivery partner. The POD available online on your website states that the product is already delivered but I haven't received the package yet. The delivery person who was allocated for the delivery of my package, haven't called or texted me at the time of delivery. that guy didn't even call me for the PIN provided from your end for the authentication purpose.
                                kindly check the same & arrange the physical POD in the softcopy format or I will be bound to reach the determined authority at my end.
