    My pick up date of damage product was
    01 Oct 2022 before 0700PM..today no any wishmaster visited to me regarding pick of product. Secondly no call received from EKART executive..even though they have rejected the pick at their own end...this is forth time
    They are harrassing me at a regular intervals

      I purchased a dinner set from Flipkart vide OD[protected]
      I received this one in damage condition I raised the issue with Flipkart my request was accepted.By your office on date 26/27/29/30 sept 2022 that your product will be picked up but your wish master has not paid a single visit to me. And submitting a false remaks that I have cancelled the request.Your executive is submitting false remark on his own end
      So look into the matter plz

        I was purchased a product in flipkart and I got received the product. After using one hour I found defect in product I requested for return based on return request I got message on 30 th sep from e kart we are coming for pickup keep ready the product at 8:30pm but no one come for pick up after that I call them they told tomorrow we will pickup the product morning I seen one message your return request cancelled by your request but I was not cancelled my return request. Again today[protected] I got received same sms we are coming for pickup the product keep ready still no one come here. Don't waste our time if you ready to come then only send sms unnecessarily don't waste time.

            Delivery not on time just delaying the time of delivery today to tomorrow and so on I don't know why they are doing this but I am very much disappointed with this delivery persons just make excuses so that they won't have to deliver the thing

              On 22 nd September i ordered iphone 13 midnight black from Flipkart, which arrived to the nearest hub on 25th of September and as i was not available on the date & address I rescheduled the delivery and changed the address, according to the date asked it should be delivered to the address on 28 on my updated address, but on 28 i got to know that they have not sent the parcel to the new address and they told me that it will reach the new address next day which was on 29th but it didn’t reach the address on 29th also. On 30th September I received a missed call which ranged for about 2 sec i called back it was from flipka Delivery agent and he told me that he will deliver the product by 9 pm i called him he saod sir i will reach by 11 pm and after that he stopped receiving my call and kept disconnecting my call, then I received a message from ekart (logistics) that your product will reach you next day which is 1 October but on 1 October the Flipkart app is showing my order has been canceled, i called Flipkart customer on 28, 29, 30 and kept telling them that the delivery boy has been making a fool of me and he is not delivering me the product but they told me that they will resolve the issue by 3 October and now they have canceled my order, its a clear case of scam. I bought the phone for 50000 and it should have reached me, I waited and they have been fooling me.

                Iam ordered the product in flipkart and my order was out for delivery by today morning session only still now it was not delivered to the customer and the delivery boy was not responding to my calls and not giving proper information to the customers delivery boy pin was 154 please take the action on delivery boy as soon as possible

                  I've placed an order at Flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th of September but the delivery date keeps getting rescheduled over and over. Till date I don't get any update on my order. Kindly please look after the issue. The product is dispatched and not arrived at Mother Hub from 24th Sept.

                    I have order a product of 60k price, but it has been 9 days and product was not delivered on time which was supposed to be delivered on 29 september.
                    Now there is also no update on from 6 days about the delivery.
                    Also previously i had bought something from flipkart and it was shipped through ekart but the product was not delivered showing fake delivery attempt and after that product was cancelled automatically.
                    Please I request to deliver my product by tomorrow, or I will have to register a case against the ekart logistics for not delivering products and giving fake information about the products being delivered.

                      Hi Team,

                      My product was out for delivery from ekart BadkalHub_Del on 27th September 2022 with tracking id FMPP[protected], but it was undelivered..

                      So i personally visited to the hub met area incharge Harish.. He was so rude and unethical in behavior... And denied to find my product.

                      So i want strict action against him... And my product need to be delivered to me ASAP.

                      Otherwise i have to report this to consumer court.

                      Which can be harmful for that hub and for flipkart as well..

                      Bhai badkhalhub_del ka address kya hai, mera bhi product 2 oct se koi update nahi de ra, flipkart pe call karo to wait for 24 hrs keh dete hai

                          Paid an amount of 50k for a smartphone online ordered from flipkart and shipped through Ekart logistics.
                          Now the product is too late and money is stuck neither can cancel nor get an update through them about the delivery.
                          Wanted to get the benefit of sale but now my money is stuck from a 10 days and I can't even purchase from offline store.

                            Dear Team,

                            They are not deliver my product seens 26th sept. I have order product from flipkart on 22nd sept and delivery expect to came on 26th sept. on 25th sept my product was reach nearest hub at4:28 AM but they are out for deliver my product on 26th sept at 6:28PM but they are not deliver my product when i was call on delivery boy they are not received my call. when i call agian he's call was busy but never call back me. on 27th sept i checked status on ekart they said unsuccessful delivery due to operational issue. Again at 12AM night they mess me we are deliver your product tomorrow but they are not deliver. Please help me.

                            Due to new hub and less representative they are unable to deliver product but one exicutive helps to reach nearest hub . Suggest them to increas the man power

                              I am not able to receive the otp for my myntra order delivered on 30th sept 2022 . Delivery Agent asks for otp but I m not able to receive any OTp on my mobile number.

                                  मेरा शिपमेंट FMPP[protected] दिनांक 24/09/2022 को ekart बीकानेर हब पहुंच गया था।
                                  दिनांक 25/09/2022 को मैं ऑफिस गया लेने तो उन्होंने नही दिया बोला एड्रेस पे ही आएगा और 26/09/2022 को आउट फॉर डिलीवरी हुआ लेकिन विश मास्टर ने मेरे एड्रेस पे आने के लिए मना कर दिया बोला आप इधर आकर लेलो नही तो नही मिलेगा।
                                  दिनांक 29/09/2022 को बीकानेर ऑफिस जाकर आया लेकिन ऑफिस असिस्टेंट ने बुरा बर्ताव किया और शिपमेंट नही दिया।

                                  ना तो ऑफिस मे दे रहे हो और ना ही एड्रेस पर डिलीवर कर रहे हो।
                                  बहुत ही बुरी सर्विस दी जा रही है।
                                  दिनांक 26/09/2022 के बाद दुबारा डिलीवरी भी अटेम्पट नही कि गयी जबकि मेने फ्लिपकार्ट पे 27/09/2022 कि रिक्वेस्ट भी डाली थी।

                                        What the ### is wrong with you guy9;s are you ###ing kidding me first time the delivery was not attempted and marked as attempted delivery and not it was showing failed delivery 2 3 times like what the hell is happening don9;t you guy9;s want to deliver so just tell the CUSTOMER at least that you are useless and can9;t even delivery 1 single profile seriously what the hell you guy9;s are doing seriously ###.
