I Ordered product from flipkart and at the time of delivery the delivery partner called me n denied to deliver at my home instead he called and asked me to go to the road nearby to pick parcel from him

when i requested that am not home and there are my oldage parents only who can not walk there, the delivery partner misbehaved and refused me to deliver. As it was my prepaid order i had to sent someone else to go the to pick my delivery from him

its very bad experience that your delivery partners are not delivering at home and also misbehaving with customers

            I order a persol from punjab the amount of the courier is 4800 i pad 2400 advance to the shop owner and 2400 cash on delivery. After delivered my persal when i open it the persal is totally damage.
            So its a kind request refund my money as soon as possible

              Company called Techyuga had sent one courier via Ekart logistics on 10th August. Ekart logistics picked this courier after 6days on 17th August. After this there is no update on my courier. Tracking page shows it will be delivered on 20th August.

                  Hello I have ordered medicines for my parents via flipkart health plus.
                  order id: [protected]
                  AWB no: FKHP[protected]

                  It was delivered on 18th aug. The estimated delivery date was 22nd august. On 22nd august according to tracking it had reached narkatia which is 12km away from destination address ( Adapur Bihar 845301 pincode). But without any delivery attempt or information to me it was reverse shipped to Patna.

                  These medicines are really important and i am in urgent need.Please deliver it ASAP.

                  If possible please provide a workable no of ekart logistics because none of toll free no seem to work.

                    Today i.e 23/8/2022 at around 18.25 hours I received a phone from EKARTWishmaster for delivery of LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] and he directed me to come around 250 meter away from my house to collect my shipment LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected].I asked him to deliver it at my residence.He didnot budge.
                    Despite being harrassed I went to collect my LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from your Wishmaster out of my residence in heavy rains,

                    When I met your Wishmaster he not only misbehaved but also demanded money to get my defective phone replaced.He was accompined by another person also who was also making loud noise.When I protested he didnot delivery my shipment and threated that the replacement order will be cancelled.

                    This is unethical behaviour of your EKART wishmaster and I have been denied my product replacement ordered from FLIPKART

                    IT is requested to resolve my complaint by getting the replacement of my LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] and appropriate action against such EKART Wishmaster.

                      I have seen this issue as the delivery agent's number is never in reach as it always shows that it's switched off. Due to which most of my orders are undelivered and cancelled . Please find the contact number below

                          I request return request from Flipkart due to wrong product delivered, delevery boy first declined to recive wrong product which return is approved by Flipkart nd even manager of ekart logistic Junagadh declined to recive it and delivery boy cancel return request without informing me or without taking my permission..
                          I asked manager to take my return product or if it is not in your policy than give me in written latter they also declined it...

                                I had placed an order on Myntra 2 weeks ago and still have not received the order. Ekart logistics tracking shows dispatched from Ludhiana to panchkula but no update ever since. It's already been 10 days!! This is highly unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service. I would like this matter to be immediately looked into.

                                    Hello I am Pranav Pacharne.
                                    I ordered a product called BEARDO Men Ape-X 3-in-1 Multipurpose Trimmer from Myntra on 15/Aug/2022
                                    order I'd : 1212453 [protected]
                                    Tracking I'd : MYNP[protected]
                                    I was supposed to get this product by ekart logistics courier, its expected delivery date was 21/Aug/2022 but I got a message from Myntra on 19/Aug/2022 at 7.14 pm that the order has been delivered but I have not received the order.
                                    When I try to contact the customer care of eKart they say their mobile is switched off or the number does not exist and also same in case of mail their mail id also shows does not exist.
                                    So I humbly request you to inform me about my product as soon as possible

                                        I am also facing Flipkart's logistic issue... my order suppose to get delivered today 19 Aug, which I ordered few days back.. but again delivery of product got postponed...

                                        Initially, the orders like dispatching from same place again and again as there are multiple entries and no transparency of transit...

                                        @Flipkart definitely you have to look into your logistics problems and need to resolved at the earliest... this is not only with me, there are N numbers of cases / individuals are facing same problems... if still flipkart ignoring and continuing as it is I am sure they will loose the customers very fast...

                                        So, please have a look into this and sort it out ASAP...
