I ordered Infinix note 12 at 17th Aug 2022 with exchange offer of 3750 ruppe of my Redmi note 5 when the delivery boy appeared he told me that he will not exchange the phone because of screen crack my phone is completely fine only problem is screen cracked. When i talk to flipkart customer care they say that they can't do anything about it. Even he took me to there office and there office member says that check how much money flipkart is giving then when he check flipkart was giving 2900 rupee of the phone even after that he refuse to exchange my phone. Very disappointing

I am amit bhowmik a regular customer of flipkart, shopsy and flipkart health. I receive items through ekart in pincode 700110, 700074 and 799115. But today one of your delivery agent name Sagar Nama came to deliver one shipment at 799115 and literally misbehave, threaten and abuse me over phone. Today morning when delivery confirmation call came than I have informed that due to unavailability i can't receive the item but than also he came at 3pm and forcing me to receive the item over phone. He abuse me by saying If I don't have capability to pay than why I have ordered. I have received lots of shipment through different courier services but never faced this type of behavior from any one. I hope you will take necessary action against him.

Dilievery boy refuses to exchange product. He said that his company e cart logistic asked him not to exchange any product

I have given correct address but the delivery status shows as Pincode- Address mismatch. I spoke to Customer service rep. and gave him the correct address once again but still no response, they keep on saying the item will be delivered in next 1 hour, but it has been 3 days and i haven't received my parcel yet.
Please look into the matter and do the needful. I will be thankful to your quick response.

Ekart has misplaced my product and now not even refunding any amount nor providing any details about my product.

I got one order from Handful of Health Order 34963 to your Ekart. Today (18/8/2022) i got a message that your order was out of delivery. I thought i will receive order today i got call form the executive in the morning that he is going to delivery the order but till evening not visited to my place. And i tried to contact the delivery agent but he not answering my call at all he is number is busy always. Finally i got a call from the delivery agent in the evening at 19.30 i went to take the order here is the twist he was calling from the road and saying to come down i said to come opposite to me i will stay in 3rd floor and he said i will come back in one hour i dont know why he not delivered my order and now at 19.45 i got a message that COULDN'T BE DELIVERED REASON- NUMBER UNREACHABLE . If my number is unreachable how he spoken to me for more than 3 times. you people feel customers is a jokers. i need quick resolution on this and need action on delivery executive. how he can cancel on his own what you people think. if it is any medicines or any spoil item. every thing is important right how you should handle this issue i need immediate response on this and strict action .

My Order delivery Date was on 16/08/2022 but Today is 17th I Had Still not received My Order. I Phone Called the Ekart Delivery Executive, But there is no Response from Him Since 2 Day's. Also From Ekart Services.
I also Raised The Grievence on Flipkart But still there is no response from Flipkart Team Too, Being a Flipkart Plus Member this is very Cheap Behavior from Your Side.
Request you to look into the matter and do the needful to deliver my order tomorrow after 4pm Only.

Delivery boy of ekart not coming to pick my returned consignment and making false remark that customer wants to keep the parcel. what should I do ??

I have ordered a mobile case from a website and they are using your service. It said that I will get my product on 15 august but now it is showing that my product is Misrouted to bhuvaneshwar. Plz deliver my product to the right address as soon as possible. My tracking of is SRTP[protected].

I have ordered boat airdopes 131 pro from boat website and I have not received any delivery for the same but the product is showing as delivered on 15th august. I have tried to contact ekart logistics but no contact is established.

Iam a delivery boy of calicut hub one day due to some personal issue i want to go for chennai my phone was of that day and i call to hub in charge the another day and i told that happened
And he told me that you don't get your salary why every person have problems and i told them when i come i will report. Help me to get my salary

Ekart logistics is not refunding my money of 15028 rupess the delivery boy took the payment via online mode but when I payed the 15028 rupess he told me that the payment was failed but the payment was succed by my side and the payment was deducted by my bank account I have proof the delivery boy told me that the refund of 15028 will be proceed within 24hrs but it's been 2 days the refund is not yet come please resolve this issue

Booked one item from flipkart to Hyderabad. At the time of delivery to the address no one was was available at home, yet we got message as item deliverd.Adked the neighbors and security guard but item was not recived by them.Ekart logistics tracking FMPP[protected]

My product was to be delivered on 16th august bit it hasn't been delivered yet. It has reached the nearest hub since 14th August but not delivered.

I have ordered some item from Www.petzlifeworld.com. Seller shipped from Chennai through Ekart tracking no. SRTP[protected] on 5th Aug 2022. It has till date i.e., 16 Aug 2022, not reached its destination Chandigarh. In between at Ekart’s Ludhiana hub the tracking says “MARKED RTO:ORDER REJECT”. I don’t understand what it means. Surprised and feel harassed that even after 11days I haven’t received my order. What kind of courier service is this that takes so much time. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for delivery of my order at the earliest.

I purchased a phone on 4th August 2022 from Flipkart. My phone reached at my nearest hub(Kukatpally Hyderabad) on 11th August and my delivery date was same but they didn't deliver on same day. When I checked on website it shows your product will deliver on 13th August but it didn't delivered on that day then I talked with Flipkart customer support they assured me that your product will deliver on before 15th August as I hope it didn't. Now...

The delivery agent of our area is so rude.First of all he lied that there is some defect in my phone which i was selling back and then he said that he can fail the product I was selling back for any reason he want doesn't matter if that's true or not then when I ordered my watch from myntra he said come outside I'll be there in 5 minutes I went there and after waiting for 20minutes when I called him back he cut my phone without even listening what I has to say...He thinks no one can do nothing to him
