we are from sristi clothing company we were been using your logistics
we are facing issues with you. we are getting wrong products with RTO as the parcel which is not reached to customer how come the we can get worng products by RTO this is the third time raising a complaint

I was supposed to receive a package from REGAL PAPER PRODUCTS through Shiprocket service on 14th June. I have not received the package yet. The delivery partner assigned was Ekart Logistics.

There were no calls made to my phone number and there were no attempts to deliver to my location. The delivery date keeps postponing every day with no progress. On tracking the order it shows Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to: new_date)...

Hello,
Today I have received a courier, I have paid money as this on COD.
Later when I checked in my app, I never ordered for this product. As I didn't requested for this item, I need to cancel and refund to be initiated.
I have called to customer care, but I didn't get resolution.
Please do needful to resolve my issue.

But he didn't place any call to me and he didn't provide me my shipments.

My shipment number FMPP[protected] from flipkart has not been deliverd to me and it is showing that the order has been deliverd. Please look in to the matter as it is a prepaid order....

I had ordered a product from certain app and ekart was the one that had to deliver me ... i waited for that product...the expected delivery date crossed and i didn't received a single call from them ...like wtf do you get paid for ?..
And i tracked my parcel and it was marked as

There is no contact number or email id to reach Ekart Logistics. Kindly register this complaint against Ekart Logistics....

I placed an OD[protected] on June 10th. It is supposed to be delivered on 12th June & till now my orders have not been received.

I m a flipkart plus member and ordering for pincode 632501, everytime ekart delivery agent is not delivering the parcel in the mentioned address, instead they are telling that my area is not under their service list and i was asked to pickup it from another location which is around 4kms away from the my address. But the other courier partners like delivery, e-commerce, express bees, blue dart is providing service and only ekart is having...
