Hi,
I ordered a product in Flipkart and order id is: OD[protected].
That product should be delivered by Ekart Logistics with the tracking id: FMPP[protected].
But, they did not deliver the product purposefully, even though my address is correct.
If they don't service the pincode, why should they take order in the first place. Their remarks shown as "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)". But, my address and pincode is absolutely correct, as I am receiving several products from Amazon and Flipkart itself.
This issue is not the first time for me and several of my friends also suffered with the same issue.
They don't have any customer care and they don't even call the customers for proper communication. If we buy any product with discount, they don't deliver and in return ask the customers to place new order without discount. Such a cheap trick to avoid discounts and offers.
I vote for banning such a cheap delivery logistics and ecommerce websites such as Flipkart.
I request to deliver my product as early as possible.

Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Iam complainted since 2 yrs still no change,
Then I will change my ecammers flipkart to Amazon,
Amazon delivery boys very well,
