I am a flipkart plus member and a regular user of myntra and was very happy with the services all these years.

But recently with ekart courier, things have changed drastically. Parcels are not delivered on time, delivery boys are rude and i had a return order of a product on flipkart but the ekart guys kept on cancelling the return order for 3 times and finally the app did not allow me to place cancel order any more.

      I have been continuously trying to track my order but i failed many times. In the official website it says that there is some issue with the tracking Id.
      But is tracking id is correct. i want to track my order.

              I am a delivery boy at ekart ( cabt ekart Mairwa-Siwan). I am working in this office from last 1 years and there was no complaint about me. but after new manager named bikash singgh handed over this office his behaviour is so rude to me. he always use to talk abusive to me. today he absued me and told me that no need to come office from tomorrow, when I asked for reason he got angry and started saying and unreliable matters and blaming on me. i don't know where to go to report for this, I am writing my complain with hope of help.

I'm Plus member of Flipkart last 2 year my experience very good on Flipkart as well as EKART I like Ekart services but recently I faced very bad experience related to return or pickup order you delivery agents cancelled 2 time of my return order and today i received message from Flipkart that's your order will be picked up before 9 pm and mention mobile number of agent and i call him and he said tomorrow he picked up and immediately he dissconnect calI really I don't like his behaviour I really dissappointed to EKART service

                        I told them when i came and start working. They are telling that we don't give your salary. Why my hard work and

                          I Ordered product from flipkart and at the time of delivery the delivery partner called me n denied to deliver at my home instead he called and asked me to go to the road nearby to pick parcel from him

                          when i requested that am not home and there are my oldage parents only who can not walk there, the delivery partner misbehaved and refused me to deliver. As it was my prepaid order i had to sent someone else to go the to pick my delivery from him

                          its very bad experience that your delivery partners are not delivering at home and also misbehaving with customers

                                    I order a persol from punjab the amount of the courier is 4800 i pad 2400 advance to the shop owner and 2400 cash on delivery. After delivered my persal when i open it the persal is totally damage.
