I have ordered a product through invella website. The delivery was made through ekart logistics, but they asked for OTP for delivery. I have not received OTP, as i did not order from flipkart. They delayed the delivery due to their otp issue and the reason for not being delivered was "customer requested".
I have not requested to deliver on a later date. The OTP issue was their problem which we do not need to bear the delivery time. This is lame and pathetic from ekart. Their support services are also bad, there are not contact numbers and support systems for them. I tried contacting them, but there is no way to connect them. Either automated call drop or no response. For a company like this, this is unbearable and pathetic. Such a shame!!
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today my shipment are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .
My shipment is from Happilo (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.
Please help
