My product will be delvering 3 days back. I got a message. And I contact to the delvery boy. He is not giving response and he is saying some fishy reasons. Till now I not product to me. . Please give a warn to them. This is not good to irritate the buyers. Pls avoid these things by Ekart logistics.

Tracking number : NMBP[protected], It was supposed to delivered to me on 21th of July, there's no way to contact customer care or email. What is this? I have medicines in that parcel. Do u plan to delivery them anytime soon?

Hey why you people are not taking the calls when we try to call from the receiver end am trying for so many times you guys will not take the calls am totally disappointed with the delivery services from ekart delivery and last time I bought the product from Flipkart and your delivery service didn't response for that also what is happening in the back end of you services and don't cut the call when customer trying to call you and don't ignore that call becoz they got irritated when you are doing that so try to resolve or you will get back fired I'm the future

Hello I have order suit but sari was sent to me yesterday how can I return that product please help me for that

To many times called but delivery boy not received my call and one time received call this time very roughly talking about this parcel.not delivery my parcel and he cancelled my order

The above Shipment money Is paid and no person came to pickup the shipment and in tracking it is showing that dispatched to Hub please look into this matter as it is going critical day by day

Ekart Logistics — Delivery agent not coming to my address

My tracking number FMPP[protected] and not received my product from your delivery agent from last 3 days, it was in my nearest hub from last 3 days delivery agent not even try to reach me or call me very bad feedback expected delievery date was 25 July 2022 but its 27 July 2022 but not an single effort for agent to even reach out me.

Very bad service from Ekart, I required that product urgently but still i am waiting for last 4 days but not an single update.

I ordered a product in Flipkart and order id is: OD[protected].
That product should be delivered by Ekart Logistics with the tracking id: FMPP[protected].
But, they did not deliver the product purposefully, even though my address is correct.
If they don't service the pincode, why should they take order in the first place. Their remarks shown as "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)". But, my address and pincode is absolutely correct, as I am receiving several products from Amazon and Flipkart itself.
This issue is not the first time for me and several of my friends also suffered with the same issue.
They don't have any customer care and they don't even call the customers for proper communication.
I request to deliver my product as early as possible.

I vote for banning such a cheap delivery logistics and ecommerce websites such as Flipkart.
I request to deliver my product as early as possible.

जबकि महराजगंज का 273303 के जगह 273301 हो गया जो परतावल जिला महराजगंज का ही है

Ekart logistics sapthagiri hub is worst. They don't even try to deliver products, my order received at hub yet after almost 2days not yet out for delivery. The same issue with so many people, you can read many reviews at goggle maps.

I want this management people at this hub to be replaced with efficienct people or close this hub permanently.

I live in qutbullapur in Hyderabad.I have got wrong item from flipkart, had put a return request on product. But delivery person is not coming to my area since 1 month. I am getting delivery boy phone number by message but not lifting my call multiple times this is happening.

My order no. Is FMPP[protected]. This order with flipkart. When delivery agent came to deliver the parcel. He wa so rude. When i asked some queries, he used abusing language.

I am going to file FIR tomorrow against eKart delivery as three of my pre paid order didn't get delivered to me and i hv received message that package is successfully delivered. This is ridiculous services i hv ever faced. Someone name Badal Yadav seems to be doing such cheep crape. I am gonna shut this service from Hapur district as management is also not doing any follow up nor any contact number is shared for the delivery agent through message.

Delivery boy did not given my product to me and also taken cash from me as my order was COD... After receiving cash he said that i m giving your product but he did not and starts his bike and gone from there.. I was helpless at that time because i cannot chase him

I'm Ravichandra, I'm going the ekart shop but my item not given and not responding any information. Please don't like it ekart, that ekart shop at Humnabad that pincode is 585330. Very bad, really disappointed and very sad.

Flipkart grocery which is delivred by their own courier services Ekart courier Always refused to deliver at doorstep, and asks to come and collect from office which is 10 km from my address,
If we can't go there they will cancel the order with a improper reason like"customer refused to accept the order"
