I have ordered a product over Flipkart on July 24 th 2022. The delivery date was 26 th July and the product reached on the nearest Ekart centre on time. But on 26 th they denied door step delivery saying that their 4 wheeler is damaged and they cannot deliver the product, if you want you can collect it from Ekart office.
So the delivery postponed to 30 th July and on that date they again told the same and when I called the manager of threat Ekart centre he scold me and used abusive word and cut the call.
When I raised these issues, everyday one agent from Flipkart used to call me and every time I need to explain the complaint and they will escalate the issue, but nobody giving the status of the issue, response from Ekart etc.
Finally after holding my money for 7 days without my willing they returned the product and refunded the money.
