The order id SRTP[protected] is not delivered its been almost 3 weeks it reached the destination and the delivery person called me only once when am not available and told to call him next day but he didnt now its is automatically marked RTO. Please call to the provided number in the courier

      My mobile number is correct for the order.
      Today delivery boy came at my location but cannot gave the order because I didn't received the OTP.

      My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

      You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

      This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

      Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my order. Delivery boy will come again tomorrow.

        I have ordered a product through invella website. The delivery was made through ekart logistics, but they asked for OTP for delivery. I have not received OTP, as i did not order from flipkart. They delayed the delivery due to their otp issue and the reason for not being delivered was "customer requested".

        I have not requested to deliver on a later date. The OTP issue was their problem which we do not need to bear the delivery time. This is lame and pathetic from ekart. Their support services are also bad, there are not contact numbers and support systems for them. I tried contacting them, but there is no way to connect them. Either automated call drop or no response. For a company like this, this is unbearable and pathetic. Such a shame!!

            Dear sir, a boy come and tell me that i can't take this package due to wrong product . And tell me that raise complain again. And after he go i see that he update that's my order Dilvered. He do scam with me and take that's order himself. Please do any action against him asap.               OTP issue

              This is in reference with shipment WSPP[protected]. It was prepaid order and delivery guy came to our place and asked for OTP but OTP didn't came and hence he said he could not give parcel to us. Please do something....

              I have ordered from non flipkart app and the delivery was supposed to be today via ekart.order I'd is [protected]. Now the delivery boy called me on the phone number but in the same phone number I was supposed to receive otp. The OTP did not come but details were matching like order I'd shipment I'd phone number everything. The delivery boy went away as the OTP did not come to my phone number . Please ask ekart to provide me my parcel immediately . This is not only issue with me but with many people but still they are not solving or finding an alternate way for it.

                        Today my shipment are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

                        My shipment is from Happilo (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

                          I should have received my order by yesterday. But the delivery partner keep telling that he have generated OTP that I am not receiving it. I am receiving the OTP from all other websites except this. No human contact in customer care number and also they don't have the second option to verify a customer. The worst experience ever i had.

                            Delivery cancelled - OTP not received

                            Today the delivery was supposed to happen for the Perfume but the delivery got cancelled due to OTP. I haven't received any OTP on my phone for the order. Could anyone please assist on this.

                                  Order could not be delivered as otp couldn't generated. Delivery guy checked and called the registered number which was positive but still otp could not be generated and delivery went undelivered.
                                  Self also received a confirmation message today morning regarding the delivery.
