I've ordered a product in Flipkart on 5th July 2022 order Id:FMPC[protected]. The expected delivery was 7th July. On that day the delivery person called me evening 8:16 pm. I was unable to pickup the call. So he left with my package to the store. Then afterwards I called him and asked him where my package was and when will I get it. He said I called you once you didn't respond. So I left with the package to the store. Then I asked him why didn't you call me again, he told me like I'll not make call second time If you pick up while I call you the first time, I will come, if not, I leave. Then I hang up tha call.
Next day 8th July I've seen the notification of my package is out for delivery but no one called me for the package then afterwards when I was tracking my package in the ekart website, that shows the status of the package is undelivered due to the cash on delivery amount is not ready. None of the delivery person called me but how could they update the status as cash on delivery amount is not ready.
Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
