Hello I have ordered medicines for my parents via flipkart health plus.
order id: [protected]
AWB no: FKHP[protected]

It was delivered on 18th aug. The estimated delivery date was 22nd august. On 22nd august according to tracking it had reached narkatia which is 12km away from destination address ( Adapur Bihar 845301 pincode). But without any delivery attempt or information to me it was reverse shipped to Patna.

These medicines are really important and i am in urgent need.Please deliver it ASAP.

If possible please provide a workable no of ekart logistics because none of toll free no seem to work.

    Today i.e 23/8/2022 at around 18.25 hours I received a phone from EKARTWishmaster for delivery of LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] and he directed me to come around 250 meter away from my house to collect my shipment LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected].I asked him to deliver it at my residence.He didnot budge.
    Despite being harrassed I went to collect my LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from your Wishmaster out of my residence in heavy rains,

    When I met your Wishmaster he not only misbehaved but also demanded money to get my defective phone replaced.He was accompined by another person also who was also making loud noise.When I protested he didnot delivery my shipment and threated that the replacement order will be cancelled.

    This is unethical behaviour of your EKART wishmaster and I have been denied my product replacement ordered from FLIPKART

    IT is requested to resolve my complaint by getting the replacement of my LAVA Flip with tracking ID FMPP[protected] and appropriate action against such EKART Wishmaster.

      I have seen this issue as the delivery agent's number is never in reach as it always shows that it's switched off. Due to which most of my orders are undelivered and cancelled . Please find the contact number below

          I request return request from Flipkart due to wrong product delivered, delevery boy first declined to recive wrong product which return is approved by Flipkart nd even manager of ekart logistic Junagadh declined to recive it and delivery boy cancel return request without informing me or without taking my permission..
          I asked manager to take my return product or if it is not in your policy than give me in written latter they also declined it...

                I had placed an order on Myntra 2 weeks ago and still have not received the order. Ekart logistics tracking shows dispatched from Ludhiana to panchkula but no update ever since. It's already been 10 days!! This is highly unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service. I would like this matter to be immediately looked into.

                  Today my myntra order was supposed to delivered and i got the message as

                  But now the status is updated to delivered and I got below msg

                    Hello I am Pranav Pacharne.
                    I ordered a product called BEARDO Men Ape-X 3-in-1 Multipurpose Trimmer from Myntra on 15/Aug/2022
                    order I'd : 1212453 [protected]
                    Tracking I'd : MYNP[protected]
                    I was supposed to get this product by ekart logistics courier, its expected delivery date was 21/Aug/2022 but I got a message from Myntra on 19/Aug/2022 at 7.14 pm that the order has been delivered but I have not received the order.
                    When I try to contact the customer care of eKart they say their mobile is switched off or the number does not exist and also same in case of mail their mail id also shows does not exist.
                    So I humbly request you to inform me about my product as soon as possible

                        I am also facing Flipkart's logistic issue... my order suppose to get delivered today 19 Aug, which I ordered few days back.. but again delivery of product got postponed...

                        Initially, the orders like dispatching from same place again and again as there are multiple entries and no transparency of transit...

                        @Flipkart definitely you have to look into your logistics problems and need to resolved at the earliest... this is not only with me, there are N numbers of cases / individuals are facing same problems... if still flipkart ignoring and continuing as it is I am sure they will loose the customers very fast...

                        So, please have a look into this and sort it out ASAP...

                          I ordered Infinix note 12 at 17th Aug 2022 with exchange offer of 3750 ruppe of my Redmi note 5 when the delivery boy appeared he told me that he will not exchange the phone because of screen crack my phone is completely fine only problem is screen cracked. When i talk to flipkart customer care they say that they can't do anything about it. Even he took me to there office and there office member says that check how much money flipkart is giving then when he check flipkart was giving 2900 rupee of the phone even after that he refuse to exchange my phone. Very disappointing

                              Hi,
                              I am amit bhowmik a regular customer of flipkart, shopsy and flipkart health. I receive items through ekart in pincode 700110, 700074 and 799115. But today one of your delivery agent name Sagar Nama came to deliver one shipment at 799115 and literally misbehave, threaten and abuse me over phone. Today morning when delivery confirmation call came than I have informed that due to unavailability i can't receive the item but than also he came at 3pm and forcing me to receive the item over phone. He abuse me by saying If I don't have capability to pay than why I have ordered. I have received lots of shipment through different courier services but never faced this type of behavior from any one. I hope you will take necessary action against him.

                                        I got one order from Handful of Health Order 34963 to your Ekart. Today (18/8/2022) i got a message that your order was out of delivery. I thought i will receive order today i got call form the executive in the morning that he is going to delivery the order but till evening not visited to my place. And i tried to contact the delivery agent but he not answering my call at all he is number is busy always. Finally i got a call from the delivery agent in the evening at 19.30 i went to take the order here is the twist he was calling from the road and saying to come down i said to come opposite to me i will stay in 3rd floor and he said i will come back in one hour i dont know why he not delivered my order and now at 19.45 i got a message that COULDN'T BE DELIVERED REASON- NUMBER UNREACHABLE . If my number is unreachable how he spoken to me for more than 3 times. you people feel customers is a jokers. i need quick resolution on this and need action on delivery executive. how he can cancel on his own what you people think. if it is any medicines or any spoil item. every thing is important right how you should handle this issue i need immediate response on this and strict action .
