Hello,
Today I have received a courier, I have paid money as this on COD.
Later when I checked in my app, I never ordered for this product. As I didn't requested for this item, I need to cancel and refund to be initiated.
I have called to customer care, but I didn't get resolution.
Please do needful to resolve my issue.

    Expected on: Tuesday 21 June 2022, 01:00 PM

    Expected delivery of the order was on 21st June 2022, but it still hasn't been recieved. When I checked the site, with my tracking ID it shows Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT. I want the order as early as possible as I have already paid the fees for the same.

    Hello,
    I recently ordered jacket from myntra, the delivery is on ekart. It's showing that the jacket has been delivered on Sunday (3rd July) by H.S.Gowtam. but, i have not received any parcel.
    Here is the tracking ID, MYSP[protected]. Kindly, look into this issue as early as possible

        I had ordered a product from certain app and ekart was the one that had to deliver me ... i waited for that product...the expected delivery date crossed and i didn't received a single call from them ...like wtf do you get paid for ?..

            Expected date of delivery was 9 June 2022
            It's been more than 3 weeks(today is 23 June 2022) still I didn't received my order
            And even I am not getting any notifications about it

                    Not Delivering my order and kept on hold since 4 days

                    I ordered T-shirt from Cricheroes app. They sent it through Ekart Logistics on 15th June 2022 Tracking # SRTP[protected]. The item is not yet delivered to me and no one contacted me from Ekart Logistics. While checking the tracking status it says that item is delivered on 22 June 2022. There is no contact number or email id to reach Ekart Logistics. Kindly register this complaint against Ekart Logistics.

                              I m a flipkart plus member and ordering for pincode 632501, everytime ekart delivery agent is not delivering the parcel in the mentioned address, instead they are telling that my area is not under their service list and i was asked to pickup it from another location which is around 4kms away from the my address. But the other courier partners like delivery, e-commerce, express bees, blue dart is providing service and only ekart is having issues with door step delivery. And also one of my order was marked as delivered and i never received a product
