I have order an item from lee.com and the courier service company is ekart logistic.
But the oreder is not deliverd to me and they updated the status that order undelivered due to incomplete address while my address has all the information needed. Also their delivery representative is not responding to my call.
And complaint number are showing that the number is not valid

    But they are saying that we have called from 3 days. They are saying that my number is unreachable.
    Today I went to my nearest office and I asked about the product. They are saying that, it has already been rejected.

      I placed order of three item on 13th july 2022. in the shopsy app shown your item delivered on 18 july 2022 but I didn't receive any of order item. order id is OD[protected] and I paid through Flipkart Pay Later (total amount 807) please solve my problem and My product should be delivered to me otherwise my payment should be refunded.

          I ordered Zomato raincoat as I work as Zomato delivery executive i paid rs 254 online and it is showing delivered on July 6, 2022 by ekart but I haven't received, ekart is fraud as there is no any customer support number totally fraud

          I don't think so that I am going to receive because you ekart are fraud people u can't help a customer i will never suggest anyone to use ekart i am going to file a case on ekart

            13th july 2022 i ordered a smart watch worth Rs.1599 from g-rockyy.myshopify.com and the product was delivered today 4pm (19th july 2022) . Its a cash on delivery mode of payment and after getting the product i opened it and it was shocking it contains a old damaged analouge watch.at that time i called the delivery boy to return the shipment because shopping site only allows return through delivery executives and the delivery executive talking like teasingly me. So i want the full refund of my order.

              My product with order id #OD[protected] with tracking id SRTC[protected] has arrived already at my city. But I didn’t get any contact details of the courier not did they once even try to contact me to attempt delivery. Even after this when I visited Ekart courier centre several times they are not ready to give my parcel. They are giving me some or the other excuses to handover my parcel. This is very pathetic. Ekart has the worst service to provide for their customers. Ekart don’t even has its customer support number to complaint them.

                I have order gift product on 3th June 2020 expected deliver date was on 18th June 2020 of worth Rs950..My tracking number is WSPP[protected] which was prepaid order & Current status of my shipment is showing as delivered with is fake update & physically I haven't received my order secondly shipment received by name of Farzana and delivery boy contact number is not available.. so i need immediate action on my case

                  The courier guy has been repeatedly asking for otp. What is the point of making payment and giving the address then ? I am an NRI trying to order to my local address and there should be some flexibility.                     I order a parcel from flipkart whose status in app is delivered on 10july but i haven't received parcel till date.it happens with almost every prepaid parcel of mine. How i m going to return it in case i dont like the quality or have any issue with delivered product.

                          Package ordered on 29th June 2022 for delivery on 30th June got cancelled multiple times due to non-delivery even after reaching the nearest hub.
                          Order again on 4th and had to be cancelled after reaching nearest hub.
                          Order third time on 14th July after waiting for 10 days and still undelivered and resting in nearest hub.
                          Delivery agent assigned for first and third time refused to deliver and returned the package back without making any effort to reach customer.

                          Address is in Faridabad main city but arrogant delivery agents refusing to deliver.

                            Regarding late delivery,

                            Product shipment was created on 14th July but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for the deliver.
                            There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy.
                            Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this.

                                        I ordered 2 times from the flipkart, but both the times i had to go 3.8km to take the delivery from the delivery boy, i had input my address correctly but still they do not deliver it to my house, if that is the problem, then flipkart should mention it that product is not deliverable to your address. Please look into this issue.
