Worest service ever. Not delivering product even they didn't try to call, I visited office even though they reaponce was bad. They are saying that we will return your product you make another order then we will deliver this is how they respond to customers. 1rating also waste out of 100

I purchase the order on flipkart my orde I'd is OD[protected] it's expected delivery date is[protected] and I received my out for delivery message fro ekart is[protected].59 pm but still I am not receive my product I am really disappointing this from ekart

I have received message from Groww for my goodies and they were sending goodies to the customer and also have got tracking ID(SRTP[protected]) to registered mobile number. And it has been reached to my area Bidar, Karnataka, India pin code(585403) but they didn't contact me and they sent back goodies to origin without informing to the customer(me) and this wouldn't expected from the Ekart logistics please help me to get back my goodies to me.

My monthly salary not come and my employee id s 2359881. Why my salary not come. Please give me a my monthly salary and petrol money.

The product is nearest hub but they are taking a days to deliver, they are not responsible at all, delivery boy was so rude he came and refuse to open the package Infront of him, flipkart policy is to check tha product infront of delivery boy but delivery refuse and went away very rude behaviour, they don’t deliver my product only taking so much time to deliver my order my product 4 June 2022 till not deliver, ekart do the worst delivery service, I waste my energy and mental peace for this I want compensation for this.

On Wednesday one I have placed attend request but it has not been being completed pick up and again I have cancel the request and come place the return request but it has not picked up till now

Ekart is bad service and hi does not want to groth any company so you can listen my suggestions

A shipment is delayed by 8 days. Unable to contact customer service. The product has reached vishrantwadi hub which seems like the final hub before it's delivered. Please do something!!...

Courier boy is wantedly resheduling my product pick up.i had bought a Bluetooth headphones in Flipkart and it is not working good.so, I rised return request and they approved but after thst I got message from ekart that is today is pick up.but no one came to pick up and after that I had waited for 6 days daily I am getting courier boys phone number and i am trying to contact them they lift one time and they are saying we came newly to this job we will come today but they are not coming to pick up the product.

I have ordered a product worth 600 on a week ago and it was a prepaid order. At the day of delivery, they didn't bother to call me or anything and marked delivered. I haven't recieved the packet. Now, I'm trying to call them but there is no response at all. They are not even picking my phone.

The parcell not booked my me. But the delivery man force to take the parcell. After then he thretend to my family in absence of me. Than I talk to him by mobile then he also thretend to me. He said that " I will see you at Champadanga, " Hooghly.. PIN-712401.

I said, I will complain to ekart, he said you can do anything but nothing to happen.

Package reached to the nearest ekart logistics nellore hub on May 30 2022, but not delivered yet. They are not updating the package status. There is a delay of 10 days. Please take action on Ekart logistics - Nellore hub - SLN towers, Rajula complex, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. 524004.

U r delivery boy not supported me and miss behaviour and speak me my product not my hand and other wise total loss with and refund not my cash back. Delivery boy is not good and my Mobile number problem with exchange mobile number in u r company me support u and refund cash immediately

I ordered a mobile with exchange of old mobile from flipkart on 24th May which promised to be delivered on 28th May but not delivered upto 4th June, in between I call 10 to 12 times and talk with flipkart customer support and raise complain and the always promise to deliver on next working day, but not delivered upto 4th june, on same day they asked me to cancel the order and reorder same product, but at the same time they reduce the value of exchange my old mobile from 4250 to 3250 and same has to be delivered on today 6th june. After waiting from morning to evening, at 6 o clock I received message for out of delivery than I called delivery boy to deliver my order as soon as possible because 7 o clock i leave office and went home so delivery said I wil deliver 9 o clock so for taking my delivery I came my office again 10km away from my home but same time delivery boy not attend called and I received a message that we will deliver on 7th June 2022, but i still not receive delivery or any response from e kart. I am tired by facing this issue, too bed delivery serive of ekart in current days.

Ordered a perfume from Flipkart (order ID- OD[protected] and still yet to receive the product. Got a message stating that the product has been delivered by Mr. Ristak Ahmed. Can't reach the customer service and I have to leave the district by Friday for some works.

I have ordered a shoe in Flipkart on 30th May and it is not delivered till date. However the EDD was 5th june. Today, 8th June, A message being displayed that it might take 3 days more. And the most interesting part it has been in the nearest hub from past 3 days. They are taking 5 days to deliver a package within 2 km radius. The customer support came no use, nothing but to say, " The package might arrive today or tomorrow". What kind of a company they are running. How can they consider themselves a pioneer in logistics service. Even in postal service if we miss a package, we get an opportunity to go and pick it up the next day.

I ordered on 30th May whose order id is OD[protected] but my order is not delivered yet and its delivery date was given today is 4th June but still shipped there is no process after 2nd June of my order The details should be given to me and the reason should be told why the order did not come. And i send a mail but there was no response from your side

I have applied for return of product in flipkart few time and the delevry guy instead of coming for pick he himself cancels pickup

Delivery boy was camed in my building but they has not delivered my order and he is giving reason that he doesn't have man power and my order was showing out for delivery also and he is not receiving single call yet .i am complaining this query to Flipkart 5 to 6 time and they only giving promise date 5 to 6 time but not getting solution. I request to you ekart that please give me solution and solve my problem as soon as possible . Not a single help provided me yet . I am complaing delivery agent also named as Rahul Kamble

Delivery boy Sonu and his senior irfan mobile number [protected], With the collusion of both, my order has disappeared from 5th June. I talked with both person on 5th and 6th June, they always said will deliver soon.
