      I ordered a realme c31 3/32 smartphone from flipkart and instead received a boroplus antiseptic cream in its package; I complained to the flipkart support team and the processed my replacement request but the ekart wishmaster that was assigned to me refused to accept the misplaced product as a replacement as his managar of local ekart hub of huzur instructed him not to accept this! When i asked him the reason he just told me that I will accept the product only when flipkart mails me to do so! It's been already more than 15 days from order date and I still haven't received it. [protected] This is the mobile number of a higher authority of huzur ekart hub please ask him to release my product from the hub and accept the misplaced one. Flipkart has stated that the replacement cannot be rejected by the wishmaster ; he has to accept it. Kindly please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                          My product (Tracking I'D:FMPP[protected]) is not actually delivered but it showing as delivered. I raised multiple complaints for the same issue. This issue is been their for more than 10 days and still not resolved. Your customer support keep saying the same thing "it will get resolved within 24 to 48hrs" But this is not resolved yet. I really got disappointed and I don't want the product anymore. So initiate my refund for at least keeping me to continue using your service else I would raise consumer complaint in my judiciary so don't make me to do that.

                                The Incident Starting From 25th of May 2022 .

                                i have One Order From Flipkart During Delivery of this Product Elart wish master throw the box to Floor and its Brocken, so ultimately i got a
                                damaged product . so i raised a return request along with that i have given a complaint...

                                I have ordered saree in thesilk.com.
                                I didn't recieve any call from them.since i am given a link to track i have seen the location and directly reached them.They are such a kind of people with arrogance and no proper response was given.I have been waiting till now since 18th may.I neither got the order to my hands notle my money got refunded.We should have a powerful force for such cheaters through online.How can I get my money back?who can help me ?That would be of great help if someone help me to get myoney back atleast

                                    Have ordered product on 21st may which supposed to delivered on 25th May, got delayed to 30th May, due to some operational issues as mentioned by Flipkart team.

                                    Surprised today is 31st May, product reached nearby hub to my location around 5am, still whole day wasted by them but not delivered, still awaiting delivery.

                                    Very very poor service in terms of logistics, customer fund get utilise till then.

                                      Why does the delivery boy take extra chages on delivery product more than 15 km from the delivery centre... Does that money go the company or to himself. Is he allow to take extra charges on delivery on free products.
