    Ekart - WSPC[protected]

    Package was opened and different item - hair pin was kept and returned back to me as RTO.
    Package was cut from one end and sealed back with tape after the item i sent was taken out.

    EKART - WSPC[protected] -

    I sent this order with my item and i have received apparel as RTO. Complete package was changed and new POD has been created to replace my order.

      I have ordered a mobile phone through Flipkart on May 21st and it got shipped, reached the nearest hub of Ekart logistic by 23rd May.
      Expected delivery date was on 24th May, till now I never a got call form them and my product is not yet delivered.

          Worst services by ekart logistics, On 12th May my product reached to AteekSaidabadODH_HYD today is 28th May still they have not delivered my product. Its been along time but no update from them. Flipkart also not providing proper explanation and their contact number.

            Change of delivery date without customers consent

            My consignment arrived on 21/05/2022 and ekart delivery agent has called me and requested to change delivery date to 23/05/2022 as it was too late in the night to deliver on 21/05/2022.Accordingly I've changed the date of delivery to next working day 23/05/2022.from there on, delivery date has been changed to 25/05/2022 and 27/05/2022 without my consent and finally rejected to deliver stating customer out of delivery area.               Hi,
              I ordered mobile phone from flipkart. The delivery boy assigned to me has to delivery product by 26th May 2022. But he did not deliver. Apart from this he is also not receiving my call amd simoly declining it every time.
              I dont like such a disgusting behavior from him. Please remove this delivery boy from the company.

                I ordered Xiaomi 11i on 24 may 2022 with exchange offer of 15000 on my redmi note 10 pro max when the delivery boy appeared he told me that there is glitch in Flipkart app so we we will not be able to pass your old phone and so you cannot take the order.then I called costumer care of Flipkart they said there is no such glitch if there would be glitch we wouldn't accept your order.The delivery boy was from Ekart logistics jalandhar or paghwara, Punjab.

                      Ekart is owned by flipkart and they are fooling customers. They were supposed to pick up 2 products I ordered but they keep cancelling pick up on their own and they don’t pick up their phones also. This is a scam by flipkart. I have already arranged for it thrice and I am fed up now.

                        On May 23, 2022, I placed the above order with you for Arctic Fox Flash Jet Black Camera Bag and Camera Backpack. The Arctic Fox Flash Jet Black Camera Bag and Camera Backpack have still not been delivered. But the delivery person called me on May 25, 2022, at 06.05.48PM saying that he delivered the product at my doorstep since he can't Come again tomorrow at a time when I am available to receive the item and he asked me for the OTP. I shared the OTP with him and when I reached my home, I couldn't find the product at my place. I tried to contact the delivery person and I couldn't connect with him. I tried several times to get the contact details of this delivery person from the EKART customer service and they refused to give them to me, or take any action on this matter.

                            I have placed an order (ID - 5QWR3DDVQQR6) through CRED and the shipment was sent through the delivery partner Pickrr & ekart (ORDER ID - #34722; Tracking ID in pickrr - WSPP[protected]) . On May 16, 2022, the shipment was out for delivery at evening. The delivery executive didn't called me for delivery and even I too didn't received the contact number either but the status is updated as order delivered within few hours. I tried reaching to ekart and the call goes to Flipkart where my issue cannot be looked as it is with ekart. I contacted CRED and my issue is still pending and not received any update on the issue handling and resolution.

                            This is a paid order where I used my reward points and discount coupon. and I am frustrated because of this. There is no customer care number for ekart where it goes for only to flipkart. Also, they won't ask for pin/otp while delivering like other delivery partners.

                            Please help me in getting the product.

                              I ordered VIVO V23 from flipkart with order id OD[protected]. The order got shipped and showed out for delivery but the local deliver hub in Patiala, they canceled the delivery saying the delivery is cancelled by the customer whereas we never cancelled it. The services of EKART are very very poor they don't take care of their customers . Poorest services .

                                      Hello sir i had ordered a product from flipkart which was to be delivered by ekart logistics. your delivery boy the pass calls that your parcel has arrived, if you want to take it, then come to this shop, otherwise I will not deliver your parcel when I told him I have given my address and delivery charge, then I will from somewhere else Why should I receive my product, you should deliver my product to my address, Spoke to me rudely your delivery boy, I hope that you will solve my problem and take strict action against the delivery boy.
