The customer received an open package from ekart she made the payment for COD
And now the status says RTO
So 2 issues here
1. Incomplete items
First of all how dare the courier executive open a package without consent!? And steal the items inside?
2. Marking it RTO so the buyer does not get the COD cash payment !?
How unprofessional and unethical can ekart be? I am literally taking this to social media and consumer court.

Contacted shiprocket way too many times! They say ekart is saying its marked RTO so they cant check into it
My question
What is in RTO if the customer already got items? Is the missing items in rto so you dont have to pay COD cash to the buyer?
How unprofessional of ekart

    From the last one month we are ordering from flipkart but delivery boy name ajay is saying you have to come to my place than only i will give your couriers otherwise i will not give he canceled my order by mentioning delivery is mot available on 171004 pin code . I ordered in past as well and all courier came to my home because delivery boy was different. I raised a complaint at flipkart but no response from there they said you can order again but same problem happened he didn’t called us and automatically marked delivery address or pincode is wrong. I ordered from my new number and new name and he called us and said the same thing you have to come to my place this time i said ok my mother and my sister went to pick the product but mr ajay dont know how to talk with womens he was very rude and said if you want this product take ir otherwise iam going you can not stop me do whatever you wants to do.

    How someone can behave like this and if delivery boy is behaving like this or threatening us by giving warnings what should we do.

    Kindly take a action against this

      Flipkart order no OD[protected]
      I have recently ordered a pair of jeans from Flipkart in the above no. However since the size of the product didn't match my requirement I have raised an return order.The delivery boy at Ekart logistics falsely claimed that he contacted me so as to pick up the return product. However he didn't contact me and when I tried reaching him he refused to pick up the return product from my address.Due to this flipcart is unable to process my refund.Kindly for your action. I have tried several times.

        Marked RTO: Order_reject when in the city of origin

        Address: Bangalore

        One of my packages was shipped via vendor from Thane using Shiprocket with the delivery partner Ekart Logistics today that is June 13th, 2022. Being in Thane itself, within 45 minutes the status is changed to Order_Reject. How is that possible. My vendor is also not able to understand the issue. Kindly help....

        I have ordered a product from flipkart and the product is expected to be delivered by ekart logistics by 9th of July 2022. While tracking the order the product has reached the nearest hub on the same date and the delivery is being holded. I tried to contact the customer care but the mail id given seems to be wrong. I have also raised the complaint on flipkart and they told me the product will be delivered by 11th of July. Till now the product is not delivered. I ordered this product because of it's speed and a gift for my father. The date has already been overed. I couldn't give my gift to my father due to their delivery. I will also attach the product details with this. The tracking id of my product is FMPC[protected].

            Hi Sir/Ma'am,

            I have ordered boat watch on 2nd of June 2022 and did not received my order till now and there is no update regarding the order and after calling them on the number given its not reachable. I have contacted boat service center multiple times and not getting any clear information about my delivery and only time is extending daily. Please help me with this.

                I received a message today that the item I ordered from flipkart was delayed. But when I tracked my order id I was informed that it would be delivered today. When the odder was tracked, the item was found to have reached kerala Thrissur hub but The message I received was: Shipment Delay: The delivery of Mivi Duopods F30 with ... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com has been delayed. We will deliver between the next one to three days.

                  These Hub Manager and Team Knows Magic!!!, they are not Coming to Location even though they will Find out the delivered product is good or not .
                  Purposefully Denying Pickup and Delivery

                  Pure Arrogance of Hub Manager, THEY ARE THINKING THAT WHAT EVER MANIPOULATION FLIPKART WILL NEVER INVESTIGATE THESE THINGS .

                  of course Flipkart and Ekart are Always Supporting them, BUT if proper investigation comes these Hub manager is gone

                      I ordered groceries in flipkart dated 6th June 2022
                      I received items on 9th june 2022
                      But I didn't receive MADHUR sugar 5kgs on my order at the time of delivery its cost 212 rupees but delivery person taken total amount 1857 rupees

                          Worest service ever. Not delivering product even they didn't try to call, I visited office even though they reaponce was bad. They are saying that we will return your product you make another order then we will deliver this is how they respond to customers. 1rating also waste out of 100

                              I have received message from Groww for my goodies and they were sending goodies to the customer and also have got tracking ID(SRTP[protected]) to registered mobile number. And it has been reached to my area Bidar, Karnataka, India pin code(585403) but they didn't contact me and they sent back goodies to origin without informing to the customer(me) and this wouldn't expected from the Ekart logistics please help me to get back my goodies to me.

                                  The product is nearest hub but they are taking a days to deliver, they are not responsible at all, delivery boy was so rude he came and refuse to open the package Infront of him, flipkart policy is to check tha product infront of delivery boy but delivery refuse and went away very rude behaviour, they don’t deliver my product only taking so much time to deliver my order my product 4 June 2022 till not deliver, ekart do the worst delivery service, I waste my energy and mental peace for this I want compensation for this.
