I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor courier service of your company.it was supposed to get my item today which I placed from Flipkart.

The delivery person has call me this morning to inform that they received my parcel, same time the person said item will deliver today but they will open because my parcel came in crate so they were claiming that the crate should be returned...

I had ordered on 18 March Casio man watch but delevered woman'watch watch on 22 march so rase want to exchange but no any option for exchange only refund available.

My laptop from flipkart supposed to be delivered on tuesday 22march2022, for the exchange of my working laptop.

I have a shipment with ekart logistics with AWB no[protected] but employee Jaswant Singh didn't deliver this shipment on my adress and told me to take your parcel from another place and misbehaving with me on phone call please take action with that employee...
