My order id is OD[protected] . I ordered my product. My product is shipped on 7th May 2022 and reached to Meerut ( Nearest hub to modinagar ) on 9th May 2022 and the promised delivery date is 9th May 2022 but this promised date changed to 11th May 2022. But as of today my order is still in Meerut with ekart. More than 2 days now. What is the issue with my product ?? Why my order is not going for out for delivery?? I am very disappointed with this behaviour of ekart for not delivering the order on time. Please help in this concern. Please help me in getting my order to me. This is too late !!!

      Hi,

      My order was not delivered as I was not available when delivery boy came.So I shared my OTP and told him to deliver my product at reception of my hotel.But no order is delivered there, and when I returned from office I try to call him back but he blocked my number.

      Can I please get the delivery boy number so that I can ask him where he delivered my product before taking any action.

        Sir i have two product to return which I buy from myntra due to product missing in the parcel I ordered.[protected]-1951801

          I received a FAKE Order Product.

          I have booked my order in Meesho but the fake order received with same similar to which i have booked Like amount and product name, once i opened that all are used and old products.

          My sister is not aware of that so she has paid the payment. it's not relevant to me so I want to return the order and get my money back.

          Kindly request you to accept the complaint and process further.

          I am trying to contact the retailer as per the invoice contact no. It's not reachable.

          Product Screenshots and Invoice attached already sent to delivery authorised persons do not take any action.

                I have ordered a product from flipkart account and the product was in my territory from 8 may 2022. But your delivery partner is not deliver the same. I have called the delivery agent for many times but he haven't received my call.
                Kindly do the needful action against the delivery partner of Bikaner Territory so that in future there will be no complaint registered also your customer relationship service will be improved.

                  I ordered a material from Flipkart on 4th May 2022.On 9th I got a message at 10.38 PM that my order with tracking ID FMPP[protected] will be delivered . On 10th morning received a message that my order has been delivered. No delivery boy /agent called me regarding the order.My order is prepaid and how can anyone deliver the material without calling or confirming the address with the concerned person.Please look into this matter urgently.

                    I booked a product and gave my home address and then keart office in my town received the ordr, ut they are not delivering the order . I don't what makes them not to deliver .This is my 2nd order, in which the 1st order canccelled due to same reason, as they didn't deliver to my address. the office is Ekart Mundakayam, 686513

                        I have return request for myntra products and I got message that ekart wishmaster is out for pickup but no one came to my house and no one called. Then next day they again sent a message around 9:35 that we are out for pickup before 9pm. but again no one showed up. After around 10pm I got a message that return cancelled as the product was damaged. When no one come to pickup the return order, how can they say that the product is damaged.

                          I'm Sashikant Hota . I had a order from shopsy / flipkart order number. Courier partner named Sandip Rout who had to deliver my order, but I couldn't receive the product for some reason, but the courier boy received my product from his side and I don't know anything about this. So I urge to take serious action against him.

                            Ordered a phone on flipkart worth 70, 000 on 4th of may just because they showed delivery by 5th may 2pm but today its 8th of may 7 pm now still havent recieved my order yet and the representatives call everyday asking to wait till 7pm but yet nothing worked even tried contacting the ekart logisticw yet no response from neither of the sides ! Never ordering anything ever again from flipkart nor will i ever use ekart logistics ! Very pathetic and laid back service ! I wont trust them ever again ! Having a prepaid order worth 70k and yet getting no response

                              I have purchased AC from Flipkart and they scheduled instalation through Ekart. I have been following up with the number and pin they provided. First day they didn't turned up told be some silly reason and postponed the installation. Second day they said they will come in first he. They didn't showed up and the agent here never respone to call. I lost my patience since it is 10 day I bought my AC and still instalation is not done. Literally very pathetic service and customer care.
                              If some one is reading this please check into this.

                                Order Rejected: Mangoes with tracking ID SRTP[protected] will be returned to seller since the product was not accepted during delivery. Contact CS for further assistance.

                                The above report is false and lie which posted when tracking the consignment
                                Nobody from the corrier company ecart contacted me or my efforts to contact them is failed because Nobody was there to attend the call.It is a practice of their irresponsible attitude to loot the items.I have experienced several time and found consignment always open and searched.
