I have ordered products from Arata.com website. They send it through eKart logistics. We haven't recieved any calls or messages about my order further and after 2-3 days it is showing that order is delivered. Please contact to your delivering member and give me my order. If not we'll file a legal complaint about EKart. Solve this problem as fast as possible.

      I ordered on 30th May whose order id is OD[protected] but my order is not delivered yet and its delivery date was given is 4th June but still shipped there is no process after 2nd June of my order The details should be given to me and the reason should be told why the order did not come.         Yesterday, on 05 June delivery guy told me he will deliver it today by 9 30am but I didn't even get a call. I don't request you to resolve this issue but I have the right to ask what happened when will I get the order. They shouldn't have updated it as delivered and they don't even receive my calls.
        This is frustrating.
        I have already paid for my Portronics Sound Drum speaker do you feel how that would be to be like this.

              Max date of delivery: 4th June, 2022

              3rd June: I got a call from your agent to confirm my address. But no delivery attempt was made. Finally at the end of the day received an SMS saying it couldn't be delivered.

              4th June: No calls, no delivery attempt. I just received an SMS saying item couldn't be delivered.

              5th June: No calls, no delivery attempt. Again I just received message saying Item couldn't't be delivered.

              Then I tried to call your delivery guy. He said that responsible person is on leave and won't be able to deliver.
              I tried to ask him like when he would be back and when they can deliver it. No response and he cut the call.
              Again tried to call to ask if I could pick it up from their place. From there he started misbehaving.
              He uttered something disrespectful. I literally felt bad.

              I have no idea if you train ethics to your delivery agents. Yeah but definitely if you guys don't take any action here would imply that there is no meaning of ethics in your whole organisation. I would not order anything ever,

                    I ordered a realme c31 3/32 smartphone from flipkart and instead received a boroplus antiseptic cream in its package; I complained to the flipkart support team and the processed my replacement request but the ekart wishmaster that was assigned to me refused to accept the misplaced product as a replacement as his managar of local ekart hub of huzur instructed him not to accept this! When i asked him the reason he just told me that I will accept the product only when flipkart mails me to do so! It's been already more than 15 days from order date and I still haven't received it. [protected] This is the mobile number of a higher authority of huzur ekart hub please ask him to release my product from the hub and accept the misplaced one. Flipkart has stated that the replacement cannot be rejected by the wishmaster ; he has to accept it. Kindly please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                        My product (Tracking I'D:FMPP[protected]) is not actually delivered but it showing as delivered. I raised multiple complaints for the same issue. This issue is been their for more than 10 days and still not resolved. Your customer support keep saying the same thing "it will get resolved within 24 to 48hrs" But this is not resolved yet. I really got disappointed and I don't want the product anymore. So initiate my refund for at least keeping me to continue using your service else I would raise consumer complaint in my judiciary so don't make me to do that.
