I ordered my product on 13th may till date it didn't reach me but today morning when i tracked the product it says rto:rejected.without any intimation to me and by sender they cancelled my product. Look into the issue and deliver my product soon.

    Flipkart prepaid order id:- OD[protected] showed delivered without real delivery. The e-kart delivery boy name mentioned is Mehtab Ahmed. This means this Mehtab Ahmed stole my prepaid parcel. You should make it mandatory to give OTP to secure this type of theft.
    Do the needful so that I get my prepaid parcel which was my baby's diaper as soon as possible.

      Hi, I placed an order with flipkart on 3rd of may but the product is not yet delivered till date(20-May-22). I checked the ekart website and it shows the status as Received by me but the product is not delivered. There is no further status after 5th May.

      It's disappointing to see that there is no status update till date. Can someone look into it and do needful here.

        Very very good service. Hence, I'll never order anything from flipkart again after facing such horrible, rudest behavior & disrespect. On 19 May, Rimu Singh, delivery boy of Ekart for Flipkart, of Dimapur, Nagaland, delivered my product. He was shouting & talking to me so badly bcz I gave the feedback. He warned not to write such things or else he won't deliver the products from next time, told me to take from office. He was talking very very rudely, shouting. Is it a part of his job to see the feedback and then come and shout and show rudeness to customer? People were passing by & this fellow was talking and shouting so badly, why u wrote such things, did I talk with u roughly? He talked very very rudely. Even after seeing such behavior, I only told him sorry multiple times & this fellow didn't even say sorry. He was shouting at me, talking so badly, still I didn't say him anything rudely or talked loudly. But he was talking worst while I didn't even say him anything rudely in return.
        On 20 May, he came for pickup, again he talked much more rudely, badly & shouted because I complaint to his office about his behaviour he showed on 19 May. He's like whenever he hears any feedback and complain about him from ekart office, he'll come & shout, talk rudely next day to me why I complaint. Office people tells him about his complain, he told he felt sorom infront of all, so next day he comes and shouts, talks rudely wit me infront of my area people to make me embarrass. Office told him that I complaint, so he came & showed much more temper, more rudeness and shouted. Is it a part of his job that after complain goes to office, he will come back and show his anger, rudeness & disrespectfully talking. He talked so badly, rudely wit me on 19 May, I didn't say him anything in return, rather told him sorry. Isn't it my consumer right to complain about such? But again he turned up with much more rudeness, anger, shouting. I too him that I wrote on feedback what was true. I didn't mention anywhere that u behaved roughly. I only wrote about the money issue. Bcz I sent the feedback, he talked so badly. Again he talked much more bad, rudely bcz I complaint for his behavior. Means it's like whenever he'll hear any complain of him & he gets to listen scolding from his office, he will come next day & shout, talk rudely show anger on me.
        When I told him dat he behaved with me so badly on 19 May, but he didn't even say sorry once, rather I only told sorry. He told me why will I say sorry. When he came on that day saying why I complaint of him, he was talking very disrespectfully, addressed me as 'toi' in nagamese. While we being customer give respect to delivery boys too as 'apni' and 'aap'. If he saw the feedback, he has no right to come & shout, talk so rudely with customer. I was just listening quietly. Why the hell he got angry when I complaint of him. Bcz I complaint, he got more angry. He was even saying that other delivery boys complain about me, whereas I never complaint or wrote anything bad of delivery boys. They use to say such of consumers.
        This type of delivery boy is very toxic Rimu Singh, he saw that complain came for him, his money deducted, office staff must have scolded him, so next day, he comes up and showed rebellious violent behaviour and rudeness to me in front of my colony people. If I complain of him again, he will again come up near my house and disrespect me in front of people, talk loudly, very rudely. A girl got such big injustice. These type of boys are toxic, he will say bad of me to other delivery agents and other people. That's what they do. Backbiting.
        I faced lot of humiliation and disrespect, so dear ekart, kindly take very strict and harsh action for such delivery boy who, comes and behaves so rudely, shouts and disrespect a girl after seeing feedback and hearing complaints of him.

          Ordered baby diaper from flipkart which was prepaid. Mehtab Ahmed, the e-kart executive stole my parcel, didn't delivered my parcel wheras sent the msg saying that he delivered my parcel. How can he stole the prepaid parcel? I complained in flipkart too as soon as I read that fraud sms.
          The nearest e kart hub is mogra and bandel (as far as I know). Please tell Mehtab Ahmed to deliver my baby's diaper as soon as possible or refund my money.

            The delivery boy name is Rimu Singh. He works in Ekart logistics of Dimapur, Nagaland. He delivered my Flipkart things.

            Very very third class, ghatiya, worst delivery boy I heard of till today. I went to take the parcel on 19 May 2022, and this third class fellow shouted so badly, bcz of the feedback he received from my side. He shouted on me saying not to give such feedback, he talked so so rudely. Is it a part of his job? To see the feedback and come & shout at customer on next day, that too with a girl. He shouted, talked so rudely, and was even warning that he wont deliver the products from next time, he told to come and take from ekart office. Such a bad mannerless fellow. People were passing by, and he was shouting at me so badly. I felt very bad. He saw the feedback which was sent to him on his WhatsApp, his temper increased & he came & showed his bad behavior, rudeness & disrespect to a girl.
            Whatever I wrote on the feedback was true and he got angry for what reason? Reason no. 1 is - When I took 1000 rs and 8 rs coins bcz the amount was 658 and this fellow laughed and told me "I[censored] brought so much change, why u didn't bring change of 1000". Reason no 2 is - If it's 98 Rs, he will say its 100 Rs. A delivery boys work is to day exact amount and not to grab extra. Even he knows that he do such things, rather he got angry to see such feedback. Feedback screenshot was sent to him by ekart office, he showed that to me next day, why I wrote such things, this third class fellow was shouting and behaving so rude, badly, he behaved as if he'll beat the one who wrote the feedback. He was asking me multiple times, who wrote this, who wrote this?
            He said that he comes and delivers at exact location, with so much hard work. It's every delivery boys job, u r paid for it, then why the hell he need to say such to his customers. It's even ur job to say the exact amount, rather than saying 100rs instead of 98 Rs. Every delivery boy delivers at doorstep, no one drops at middle of road and he was like praising himself. Moreover he don't give the parcel at the doorstep, just below the building. He don't even know to respect a girl.
            The delivery boy has no right to come and shout at customer like that after seeing feedback. Shame on such fellow. He behaved wit a girl so badly, so rudely. Customer should be given respect but this fellow dont know this. He was talking so badly, he didn't even say sorry, rather I told him sorry with no ego. But this third class, bad fellow, uncivilized, saw the feedback and came next day and started shouting, grumbling, showing his temper, warned to take products from office, he wont deliver anymore. He was showing his bad attitude, rudeness, shouting.
            Very very bad experience.

                    I ordered a pet bowl on 18th april which was broken at the time of delivery, I immediately raised a return request. when the day of pickup arrived the courier guy didn't arrive so I called him, he came 2nd day. then without checking the product he rejected the return by saying that the bowl you have is of different color and it has no branding on it ( it was clearly written on the package that the product is multicolored).
                    he told me to talk with Flipkart customer service, I did so, then Flipkart raised another return request which got rejected again by logistics. it didn't stop yet, I kept trying to resolve the issue but logistics rejected the request 5 to 6 times even after knowing the whole issue, and the return request was created by Flipkart. It's been a month and I'm still suffering this.

                      OD[protected] this is my order tracking id from shopsy, i just checked on shopsy it shows is delivered and received 15th May at 11:59 pm. I also attached screenshot as proof.But this not true i didn't receive any package. Kindly check with our area delivery agent regarding this. Its prepaid order and if don't get my order i lost my money also.

                              I have not received my Flipkart product since 3rd May 2022. It was marked delivered by delivery boy name Saalim Abdul Latif Sayyed.
                              Order I'd OD[protected].
                              I have raised complaint regarding same issue to Flipkart last 14 days but they have not provided me proper resolution by extending resolution in next 48-72hrs on daily basis.
                              Requesting you to take necessary strict action against this fraud logistics and that fraud delivery boy and kindly process my refund as soon as possible.

                                      I have returned a smart watch worth 4000 to a delivery person who was sheduled to pick tge product. The person arrived abd collected the product, but after some time i received a pickup cancel massege from the ekart.I called back the person many times but he said i will check and update you.But after 2 to 3 calls he switched off his phone. The next day i went to nearest hub abd enquired about him and collected his personal no. The delivery person then denied that he has neither picked up any product from me..I have tensioned what to do.can i get my money back ?

                                        I Have Tracked My Order It Showed That It Has Reached In My Nearest Hub. Due to Some Reason I Extend The Delivery Date But My Parcel Is In The Hub I Have Gone To Pick The Parcel From The Hub They Said You Will Get It In 5 Days That's What When The Parcel Is There In The Hub Then We Can Get If We Haven't Cancelled It But They Said No.
                                        Or They Said Cancelled And Order Again You Will Get After 6 Days
