This is the above msg i have rcvd. It's a false msg. I didn't get any call from anyone for delivery details. I am stl waiting for my product to be delivered.
I am very disappointed with ekart.

                I have raised a return request by flipkart executive for my product which is damaged, used and completely different from what i ordered.the dilvry boy who had to come for pickup rejected my pickup without my consent on 13th june then again i raised a multiple issue complain for my return.and now today on 16th june he again rejected my pickup.i called him to ask the timing for pickup he asked the item and said ill not pick it up and misbehaved, he didnt even listen me and rudely hang up.pls help me and some other pickup boy wjo picks up my return product so i can get my refund.pls im just tired of all this inconvinience.

                    I ordered a Boat earphone from Flipkart ( that was a prepaid order) and it will be delivered by Ekart service but eventually, at the date of delivery I received a message that my item was out of delivery and I was waiting for any call by delivery men but eventually I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy and around 6.40pm in evening I got a message that my product was delivered, and still I'm thinking that how is that even possible. It's absolutely a scam by the delivery boy or their misunderstanding that I didn't receive a single call from that person.

                    I uploaded a screenshot of that message which you can go through.

                    please resolve my problem, I'm very disappointed by ekart service.

                          My wife had ordered jewellery online from Kushal's Jewellery website https://www.kushals.com/. OrderId number is K176351.
                          She got a message that Ekart is going to courier it and they gave the tracking ID WSPP[protected].
                          Courier agent from Ekart called after some days that courier has went to some other place, Mudhol, Karnataka. Which is more than 90 kms from my wife's place, Amingad. My wife had given proper address details but it still went to wrong destination.
                          Courier agent said that she has to send the OTP and then he will reschedule the courier to her place. My wife shared the OTP and courier agent misguided her and it is showing that order is delivered at Mudhol only.
                          Now, both the companies are not taking responsibility and courier agent is not picking the call. This is his mobile number. [protected].
                          Please help us.

                            I have ordered product from shiprocket on 07th june'2022 company but it was showing it will be delivered by 15 June and yesterday it shows me it will deliver 3 days late my question if you know that the product won't reach to your hub at time then why are you making commitment to customer i am going to file fir against your company and also in consumer forum court that you give false promises bro customer

                              I'd ordered zoff makhane from CRED with trackind id SRTP[protected]. However, i haven't received it yet. The status shows it has been delivered. I'd contacted Baljit Singh, your delivery executive, (call [protected], PIN 106), he said he'll deliver the package by tomorrow morning. However, it's been 2 days i haven't received anything yet. I can't contact him as well. He never attempted any delivery to my address. And also for a prepaid order there was no OTP requirment this time.

                                  Hi all

                                  My name is Pavan S Bhat. Actually I ordered 3-4 items via Flipkart. So the delivery of the items came via ecart. Actually the courier boy service is too good.. he is on time and he is too punctual.

                                  But on[protected] what happened means, I had a delivery of 3-4 items together. So I told to courier boy that "it's already paid, I will come to pick it up from courier centre don't come for home delivery". He said okay. So when I went to e-cart courier centre, their response was too bad. They asked to ask with the courier boy about the items. But courier boy was outside the yard.

                                  My concern is simple 🙏. Our city is not a developed one. So many poor people also there. If courier center people have a bad attitude towards its customer service then it will not good. Actually I waited more than 15 minutes for getting my items.
                                  They are simply chitchatting with one another. And I hadn't proper response from them.

                                  So I am requesting you people 🙏 don't remove form job🙏. Either take a strict action against them or else just teach how to respond with customer. I am 100% sure that it will not happen with other delivery services.

                                  Please take necessary action 🙏

                                      The customer received an open package from ekart she made the payment for COD
                                      And now the status says RTO
                                      So 2 issues here
                                      1. Incomplete items
                                      First of all how dare the courier executive open a package without consent!? And steal the items inside?
                                      2. Marking it RTO so the buyer does not get the COD cash payment !?
                                      How unprofessional and unethical can ekart be? I am literally taking this to social media and consumer court.

                                      Contacted shiprocket way too many times! They say ekart is saying its marked RTO so they cant check into it
                                      My question
                                      What is in RTO if the customer already got items? Is the missing items in rto so you dont have to pay COD cash to the buyer?

                                        From the last one month we are ordering from flipkart but delivery boy name ajay is saying you have to come to my place than only i will give your couriers otherwise i will not give he canceled my order by mentioning delivery is mot available on 171004 pin code . I ordered in past as well and all courier came to my home because delivery boy was different. I raised a complaint at flipkart but no response from there they said you can order again but same problem happened he didn’t called us and automatically marked delivery address or pincode is wrong. I ordered from my new number and new name and he called us and said the same thing you have to come to my place this time i said ok my mother and my sister went to pick the product but mr ajay dont know how to talk with womens he was very rude and said if you want this product take ir otherwise iam going you can not stop me do whatever you wants to do.

                                        How someone can behave like this and if delivery boy is behaving like this or threatening us by giving warnings what should we do.

                                        Kindly take a action against this
