I ordered a phone on flipkart.com.
The phone was supposed to deliver on 27th April. It was also reached my near by ekart hub, which is few Kilometres away. But they delayed delivery to 29th April. and they msg me they will delivered tomorrow but still no response on 30 april

    This is to inform that my order from Flipkart(Order ID : OD[protected] was placed on 23rd April, 2022 and was expected to be delivered on 27th April, 2022.
    (Ekart Tracking ID : FMPP[protected])
    Even after 3 days of expected delivery the item has still not been delivered.
    Moreover upon calling Flipkart Customer Support the issue is being delayed
    No solution has yet been provided

      Hi sir I didn't placed any order at any online shopping apps but I got an order by the ekart logistics. The delivery guy behaved so rudely and scolded us and used bad words on us when we told him to take away the order that we didn't placed but he doesn't listened to us he behaved so rudely. The main thing is that I didn't placed the order someone who I don't know placed the order and given my details I just want my money back and take your package back please look after this problem else I will complaint to police Or civil services and file a complaint against ekart logistics. Just take back my order and give me my money back. The order id is:-NMBC[protected].please send me the order details who ordered from whick number and his/her location

        Mera Myntra return order pickup nhi ho raha hai 5 din roj failed kar dete hai delivery agent.
        Delivery agent call karte hai ek baar aur address tak nhi ate hai aur call back karne par call cut kar dete hai aur pickup failed kar dete hai

            Dear team
            It has been one month now and nobody will come to pick the order yesterday I received massage from ekart for pickup the order and in evening will received massag from ekart delivery failed. Without any call any intimation my delivery pickup failed
            I also called on which you mentioned for delivery person [protected] he didn't bother to pick my call instead he disconnected the call twiced
            This is shows how poor services you guys give
            Kindly close this matter as
            Otherwise I escalate the mail with your senior team

                During the time of ekart delhivery, since it is cash on delivery, I requested the person to done phonepe, tje transaction was performed two times but it shown failed. So that I bring cash and paid 750/- to the person.
                After that I noticed that 750/- from my account are debited. In this way I have paid the amount twice for the delivery.
                This is not a good thing to expected from this respected logistics.
                Please provide a solution to get the redund of extra amount paid.

                  This is in regards with the delivery which I was supposed to recieve on 26th April, 2022 and today is 28th April 2022 and haven't recieved yet. What is the meaning of express delivery here, kindly explain.

                  The product was shipped in from Mumbai and came to my city, Indore on 25th itself, then why is it taking so long to deliver my product?

                    Sir on 19th of April i purchased a product from comicsense.in website and the order was to be delivered by ekart services but your delivery boy (Sunil Kumar) scamed me, and I gave him the OTP for the product but he has not given me the product till now .

                    Please help me out and register strict action against the boy .
                    Please deliver my product as soon as possible.

                      My order was placed on 13th Apr 2022 and till now its is not been delivered. idk what caused this but when i complained previously here, its been updated randomly on 24 Apr 3:00 AM as RTO In Transit. idk why they updated as RTO, neither did they attempt to deliver nor did they try to contact me. simply held my product for more than 1 week in their hub(which was 5kms away from me.) please try to fix this as soon as possible.

                      my order was struck in warehouse for more than 2 weeks, that too the nearest one to my house. after my complaint, they initiated RTO and today it reached its initial point. now i need to mail acrorma again for redeliver with other courier company.

                        My awb number for the order is WSPP[protected].
                        Ekart logistics.

                        I got message on 23rd April showing out for delivery, but I didn't receive any call.

                        It is showing customer not available when I am tracking the package which is not true. Also after that there is no reattempt for delivery.

                        There is no message or communication from ekart.

                          In flip kart i was ordered few items to my address. and some items cancelled by e kart logistics delivery boys. even they don't called me for delivery the groceries.

                          every time they cancel the items, even without asking customers to collect from their hub

                          please take necessary action against the e kart delivery agents, who are careless about customers satisfaction. they are commit to cheat customers as well as product sending companies like flipkart also

                          i have ordered my basket for 26 item

                          i have received only 25 item one item fortune kachi ghani musturd oil 5 ltr
                          for 733 rupees is missing
                          and delivery agent accept that there are a issue with basket
                          but i have not got any refund against my missing item please help

                            FMPP[protected] this is my order tracking id from shopsy, i just checked on shopsy it shows is delivered and received by poonam at 9:18. I also attached screenshot as proof.But this not true i didn't receive any package today. Kindly check with our area delivery agent regarding this. Its prepaid order and if don't get my order i lost my money also. Plz send pin no. To ph on receiving order to stop these type of incidents.

                            Delivery agent come to handover parcel and said kindly take your complaint back. I got my parcel so its resolved for me but if didn't complained i will definitely not get my order also these type of incidents happens again again..kindly provide delivery code system in future to avoid this.

                                        The Delivery boy named Deepak Mondol from Ekart Logistic has done fraud on 24 April 2022.He came for doing the replacement of the product but has not done the replacement and have remarked and mentioned in the flipkart application that product has been delivered and replacement has been done .The product which is to be replaced is still with me, I have proof of that . He has taken the product with himself and without delivering me and mentioned as delivered in my Flipkart app.
                                        I request you to please take a serious action against him and give my product which came from the flipkart .Please punish him as I have got fully distresses and depressed from the fraud and I am a student at IITISM Dhanbad, This incident happen on my exam days.
