I ordered a phone on snapmint.com and delivered by Ekart I received a waxing strip on Flipkart packing

I haven't received the product yet and it has updated as delivered? I had already raised this complaint many days ago. Where is my product? Where should i make the complaint? Should i try any legal ways to deal this?

The Delivery boy named Deepak Mondol from Ekart Logistic has done fraud on 24 April 2022.He came for doing the replacement of the product but has not done the replacement and have remarked and mentioned in the flipkart application that product has been delivered and replacement has been done .The product which is to be replaced is still with me, I have proof of that . He has taken the product with himself and without delivering me and mentioned as delivered in my Flipkart app.
I request you to please take a serious action against him and give my product which came from the flipkart .Please punish him as I have got fully distresses and depressed from the fraud and I am a student at IITISM Dhanbad, This incident happen on my exam days.

We have received a used product and return request is rejected by wishmaster again and again without any reason. Product came to us in damaged box and size was the issue as a return reason and when we tried to return the product the wishmaster is rejecting return without even visiting at our place.

Am I paying the delivery fee so that I have to take my product from 1 kilometer distance from my home,

the concorn person from ekart, now he is not picing my call,
Note :- This is a very sirious issue plz look into this issue as high priority and do the needful

I have scan your QR through my paytm upi for payment, due to bank server issues my payment have been stucked, so i paid as cash, now the amount has been debited from my bank account. Tracking No: NMBP[protected]. Booked through NIMBUS POST, and picked up from Ludhiana on 22 Feb 22 for delivery to our company address at Gurgaon, indicated as 'Lost' on tracking page from 08 April 22 onwards. Need reimbursement.

My product has been received in the hub nearest to me on 20th April but they have yet not delivered the product. The item is out for delivery everyday but they never reach me. Even they don't answer my call. This is the worst service from eKart. What a ### is ekart. Its 4 days ... will i get my delivery or not?

They were supposed to deliver something between some timeline. They neither came to deliver. Not their number was approachable. False claim updated on tracking websites that they tried delivery on Apr23 (15:17) and Apr 24 (09:15)

The delivery exucitve do not came to our house when I said to came to our house he said me to come to him about one km away from our house and that was time of about 1:00 pm in a harsh sunny weather.So I refuge to go. So he went and not delivered our product.

My rma mouse was shipped via Shiprocket through Ekart. My mouse reached the nearest hub on 16 feb. It is not delivering since en. Worst service of ekart.

I have bought a product from Myntra
As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
I immediately placed return request.
On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent.
This happened to me 3 times till date with same product.
Kindly help.

Dear ekart M shubham Rajendra Patil customer of Flipkart from long time...in our area your delivery executive not came at my place for delivery or pickup...also behaviour is worst ...my registrater no.is [protected] and the return order I'd FMPR[protected]

This is my fmpp[protected] tracking number its been 3 days my order not yet delivered, i feel like flipkart loosing there orders and income. that's true because of there poor. pathetic service definitely this company will doom soon and one more thing never ever try ekart logistics, the worst customer services and no responsibility they did not even keep contact number in there website.

Flipkart customer care number is always busy all there employees busy by doing job hunting in amazon.
