I have ordered a new phone realme 9i by Flipkart by exchanging my old phone realme U1.
I have paid all rupees.
But at delivery time delivery boy said that u have to pay rs 1400 extra i didn't understand what should I do that's why i reschedule as 31 March 2022 but ekart hadn't delivered at time when I inquired about my parcel then he said that your parcel has been cancelled and u have to reorder.
But I see on Flipkart has not cancel my order...
Due to this I have to face mentally and physically problem.
So please take a necessary action

    Ordered a FASHUB phone back cover(order id OD[protected]on flipkart, and due to quality issues had to place a return order, its been more than five times that my order was scheduled and ready to be picked up by an Ekart executive, and no one shows up for the pickup despite me calling them and its already been a week, and I’ve been patient enough and waiting since then but the same keeps happening, kindly look into the issue

          I was called to collect my item personally as they couldn't deliver it.. why would I pay delivery charges if i am to spend more time and money to collect an item? This is completely unprofessional. Kindly look into the matter...

                    Dear Ekart Team

                    I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor courier service of your company.it was supposed to get my item today which I placed from Flipkart.

                    The delivery person has call me this morning to inform that they received my parcel, same time the person said item will deliver today but they will open because my parcel came in crate so they were claiming that the crate should be returned to flipkart otherwise flipkart will charge rupees 850 from them for the missing crate.

                    I have called flipcart customer service multiple times and had conversation with them.as of now they don’t have such protocols.same time they told if its in crate, then item is for the customer, flipkart never charge a single penny for the missing crate from logistic team.

                    Actually the price of my item was 721.but the hub in-charge was demanding to pay 721+ crate charge 850.and the behavior of the incharge was very rude.when i asked him that why are you trying to open my parcel and do u need the crate ??
                    He replied he is going to cook rice in it!!!

                    Is it the Right way to deal with the customer??

                    As per flipkart the crate is for me, but logistic team is not delivering.they have canceled the order from their side without my knowledge.

                    From morning 10 am i was waiting with my 11 month old baby at the town to get my item.later by 2 pm they said the item can’t be delivered.
                    I went back home, again they called me to come to town by 4pm, i waited with my bab untill 6 pm nobody called me or delivered the item, I tried calling them 37 times!!and they didn’t picked the call.

                    This is not the first time, they have delivered my parcel opened before multiple times.

                    Totally i am disappointed with the service, i am waiting for my parcel and i hope necessary actions will be done from your side

                        2 myntra return product was picked up from my location and after 1 hour i reciived a message pickup is rejected, I tried to reach out to myntra Customer care but they are just adding days and marking it resolved everytime.
