Recently i order new boat 335 bluetooth earphone, but i received wrong model of boat earphone. so i create return rqst.The delivery boy at Ekart logistics falsely claimed that he contacted me so as to pick up the return product. However he didn't contact me and when I tried reaching him he refused to pick up the return product from my address.Due to this flipkart is unable to process my refund.Kindly for your action.

We had packed the package and it contains alexa echo dot. We had choose ekart as delivery option but when it reach at the destination and open the package it contains 3 mobile covers.Need you your assistance ASAP, Screenshot attached for the reference. Order id: 50669862

Danapur Ekart department is kind of worst branch of ekart they alsways delay in delivery no response weird behavior they are like bap ka mall hai Flipkart also gonna suffer because of ekart .

And[protected]-9702503. But your delivery boy name sk anarul reject to pick up the return for the same reason of my return. Please help me to pick up my parcels

FMPC[protected] this the track id which was provided by ekart. I don't know what was going on my product was traveling from here and there and still not be able to got it. If any one got the product at discount and after a days later their price increases then they do a such type of things, don't know why.
If they not be able to deliver the product at certain premises then don't take take the orders from the flipkart and don't bother the customers.

He must be punished by ekart by terminating their job, because without my permission he enter my house and seat on the chair. In every house mother and sister is present but he didn't care anything. I'm very disappointed with this behavior, please terminate Barun kumar ([protected]) who deliver my product and set an example so that no one can do this type of nonsensed behavior. I'm very disappointed for that.

It is regarding the fridge which got delivered to me on 23rd of April with tracking id FMPP[protected].

The product received was a bit damaged and your delivery executives told me after checking with their supervisor that it is not damaged while delivery, its damaged from the brand so either we can take the return right now or we can provide the 20% discount.

So they took some photos and confirmed with their supervisor over the call and i opted for that discount instead of the hassle of returning it.

They said the discount will be provided by flipkart after we send an email yo them so i agreed.

After that i have been following up with flipkart but was told today that there is not such policy.

I tried calling the customer care number from google and provided by flipkart but none of them works. I tried writing email but getting bounced back.

It has been almost 20 days now i can't return my product as i am using it now and i have discarded the brand box because of you guys.

Can you please confirm why i was given such assurity. Check with the delivery guys and respond on urgent basis.

My smartwatch order from Flipkart with tracking Id FMPP[protected] is delayed by 3 days. The reason for unsuccessful delivery is that I wasn't reachable on my phone. Does it even matter because there can be many reason o[censored]nreachability. The delivery executive should visit my premises and ring the bell, and if then also I am not available then it's my fault.
And after this my product is not rescheduled for delivery. I am totally unsatisfied with your services.

My order id is OD[protected] . I ordered my product. My product is shipped on 7th May 2022 and reached to Meerut ( Nearest hub to modinagar ) on 9th May 2022 and the promised delivery date is 9th May 2022 but this promised date changed to 11th May 2022. But as of today my order is still in Meerut with ekart. More than 2 days now. What is the issue with my product ?? Why my order is not going for out for delivery?? I am very disappointed with this behaviour of ekart for not delivering the order on time. Please help in this concern. Please help me in getting my order to me. This is too late !!!

My order was not delivered as I was not available when delivery boy came.So I shared my OTP and told him to deliver my product at reception of my hotel.But no order is delivered there, and when I returned from office I try to call him back but he blocked my number.

Can I please get the delivery boy number so that I can ask him where he delivered my product before taking any action.

I received a FAKE Order Product.

I have booked my order in Meesho but the fake order received with same similar to which i have booked Like amount and product name, once i opened that all are used and old products.

My sister is not aware of that so she has paid the payment. it's not relevant to me so I want to return the order and get my money back.

Kindly request you to accept the complaint and process further.

I am trying to contact the retailer as per the invoice contact no. It's not reachable.

I have ordered a product from flipkart account and the product was in my territory from 8 may 2022. But your delivery partner is not deliver the same. I have called the delivery agent for many times but he haven't received my call.
Kindly do the needful action against the delivery partner of Bikaner Territory so that in future there will be no complaint registered also your customer relationship service will be improved.

I ordered a material from Flipkart on 4th May 2022.On 9th I got a message at 10.38 PM that my order with tracking ID FMPP[protected] will be delivered . On 10th morning received a message that my order has been delivered. No delivery boy /agent called me regarding the order.My order is prepaid and how can anyone deliver the material without calling or confirming the address with the concerned person.Please look into this matter urgently.

I booked a product and gave my home address and then keart office in my town received the ordr, ut they are not delivering the order . I don't what makes them not to deliver .This is my 2nd order, in which the 1st order canccelled due to same reason, as they didn't deliver to my address. the office is Ekart Mundakayam, 686513

Please refund my product, the product item is not real.
