The problem is not with Delivery boys, but The Delivery Company called ekart, They don't provide spare coins to Customer and refused to accept coins more the notes, What The hell is happening with the company ? Ekart, Fix this This Problem ASAP ....

Worst service experienced ever, this is my 2nd order in last 15 days and as the last time product got dispatched to wrong pincode and city even though the given address details are correct this Ekart made it as a fun and at last the seller itself cancelling the ordered product from his side. Worst service....

My delivery boy ravi has not accepted my return parcel and said that there is no Brande name available but when I called to flipkart they say that there is already no Brande name available in that .your delivery boy waisted my name .even flipkart team has also raised a complaint against that guy .hate e kart service .I am going uplod his name and photo on twitter that how u people waisted our time and money...

I have purchased a Realme pad tablet on Flipkart vide FMPP[protected] on 28 Nov 21 by delivery date of 03 Dec 2021.

I have very urgent requirement of this for my daughter's ongoing 10th class board exams. But Flipkart is not delivering it. Which lying at Ekart Bamnoli Centre, Dwarka.

Kindly deliver it urgently....

We didn't order the package but when package arrived we collected it Unknowingly by paying cod.And opened the package infront of delivery boy & its broken.And we want return the package but the seller phone no. And mail ID is not valid.
How to contact the seller for return pickup....

I have placed an order with Myntra on 23rd November 2021. I received the tracking number MYNP[protected].
On 02. 12.2021 I received a message from VK- EKARTL saying your product is out for delivery.
After 12.30 pm I started receiving messages saying, We tried to reach you but couldn't reach your number. They have provided a phone number along with 3 digit pin number to contact their delivery agent.

Delivery boy Bitesh of Ekart Moirang(795133) Manipur always asks for extra delivery tip as if mandatory. Many customers are furious about this matter. Kindly look into it...

I had ordered a mobile phone in flipkart with an exchange of my old phone. The delivery boy dont even know the procedure and he asked me to pay 2000 more. The phone has no scratches or dents. He told I dont know, the phone is showing the price. I told him to talk to customer care, but he rejected and cancelled my order for the day.

He told his name as Yakobu.

E-kart delivery agent cancel my order of his own and he write that the customer cancelled his order and i am also complaing about this in flipkart but they didnt do anything....

Person who was about to Delivery wrongly read Model Gram as Model Town and delayed delivery for two days. Even not received yet.
Even he lied and mentioned online that we were not available at home. We work from home only.

Time and date of pick up: November 11th 2021 at 1.53 pm.
The status as shown in the Ekart site is that the item was picked up. When i contacted the merchant site(Myntra) they are saying that they haven't picked up it yet. As they are saying that the item hasn't been picked up they didn't initiated my refund .The customer care email ids...

The pic which I saw in image a totally different product I received ..please return my amount.. Very bad experienced with this ekart.. Please don't fool the people.....

I ordered Realme tablet and delievry date was 13th November but till date I didn't received my order and no status update in the portal.

Every time CUSTOMER executive giving me new date verbally but no one updating correct information where is the my product.

Now giving me ### option like cancel this order and you can order same tablet again with same amount then we will add 1500 amount in your flipkart wallet....
