    Ekart has cheated with me plz return my money .I ordered a mobile in 6000 thousands from ekart customer . Even the delivery boy delivered my parcel but that was wrong parcel . There was a worst power bank paking was also so bad I think they cheated to me I ordered a mobile .I have full proof I have recorded everything in pictures and videos .Even I showed my parcel Ekart's customer on video call and I send all proof in her WhatsApp, She told me that it will be returned and your parcel will be delivered with in few days so I waited but my parcel didn't come then she said to me that there is some issues so we will refund your money, 😢 maybe she is a liar, she said your money will be returned back on Saturday then she said on Monday then she said on Thursday, She is not saying fixed day .she said that promise your money will be returned on Monday, it means today but still ekart didn't return my money plz return my money .I am a student .

      Everyday i recieve this kind of msg and after when last day come for the pickup they mention it as a mismatch product so is this some game which they are playing.

      Out for Pickup: SKYBAGS Trance Check-i... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 195). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

      I tried calling the given number but everytime my phone was rejected after two-three rings.
      Why this number is provide if people are not receiving the call.
      My pickup is not done yet continuously recieved this MSG for past 5 days.

      Please stop providing the fake contact details to customers.
      Till now 4 th time i have placed return request and from Flipkart customer care service they are initiating the return request still the pickup is not taking place. Funny part everyday i am being assured that today the pickup will be done with fake hope by the Flipkart customer care service. Now a days small companies are also supporting with an efficient pick up and delivery service but a reputed company Flipkart has acquired a fraud company like ekart logistics. Very much disappointed

        Hello,

        Above consignment was undelivered. This was taken for out for delivery at 12.07 pm and was marked as undelivered at 10.10 pm. Delivery attempt was not made by the delivery agent.

        This type of activity would not support the growth of any logistics organisation at the initial stage of growth of the organisation and may make the company defunct. This will only subside the growth.

        Almost daily consignments were delivered daily by EKART by Flipkart for me. So, ask the concerned delivery person not to lie giving fake reasons for his INABILITY to deliver the deliverables.

        I will avoid ekart products and services very soon. I will also not recommend ekart to my family and friends. This will also be posted in logistics newsletters and other media. This is for your information.

          My parsal AWB [protected].The delivery boy is refusing to bring the parcel. The address to which it was ordered is refusing to bring it. He treated me very badly. I really need the parcel. Send parcel soon.

                  I Ranjit singh R/o village chughe khurd distt bathinda. Some days ago, I bought some items from flipkart. Today items reached at Ekart bathinda and recived message for delivery today. But delivery boy said that I am standing on balluana bus stand and I m not come at your home address for delivery and I will send back to flipkart.

                  I already paid delivery charges . Why parcel not deliver at my home address. Home address is only 100 mtr faraway from delivery boy where he was situated.
                  Pls check and revert asap.

                    I was promised a delivery day i.e., 8 April but they had not delivered it yet..So much calls to customer care executive of Myntra and Ekart. Literally, they are moving at snell's speed at solving customer problem...These many calls are just creating unwanted Headache..They are Pathetic at service delivery...Myntra is also fraud.

                      Hi,

                      I had ordered a product - Butterfly Wet Grinder Matchless Coconut Scraper from SLV International, Hyderabad that came through you. The delivery of the product was supposed to take place yesterday, however, the product has still not been delivered and to cap it all I received a message that the product has been delivered. I really do not know how the delivery executive Mr. VijayKumar changed the order status to Delivered despite not having the PIN which is a secret number that is only given to me. From my side, I never gave the PIN to the executive. There is some organized racket in your firm that does this malpractice. Please do the needful.

                        I've ordered two products from Flipkart and yesterday I got the delivery message of one product i waited for whole day but the delivery person didn't come even though he didn't even called me and after few minutes i got the message of order rejected, i don't know why they rejected the order, i mean how can they reject the order without even asking me, i didn't even get any call from delivery person.

                        Another order als reached to delivery location few days back but they're not delivering it to me, idk what's the issue, & it was really urgent for me to get both products on time, because there's a wedding in my family tomorrow,

                            My Flipkart order was expected to deliver by 9th April and it has not delivered until today 13th April. Daily i am getting the message from the Ekart regarding the product is out for delivery and also with agent number and pin. They never contacted me and when i tried contacting the number they are not picking. Once they picked and they said they don't have my product. I don't understand how can I connect to the agent over call if he don't have my product. Please reply

                              A Flipkart delivery was not delivered and has been shown as delivered. When calling the delivery partner he is saying a address to come and take it and when saying that we will complain about it he is openly saying to complain and till date it has not been delivered yet.very cheap delivery executive of ekart.                                 Hi,
                                I hereby raising a complaint against your ekart Peringadi Hub. As I have several bookings in Flipkart in these last few days and each order getting auto cancelled due to the worst servive from Peringadi ekart Hub.
                                When I track the Order, the each order is receiving at the mentioned Hub and they not delivering the products to the customer.
                                Last I have an order from flipkart and the delivary date scheduked to 8th April 2022, on that date the delivary not received and rescheduled it on 11th. And 11th also the delivary not recevied, today the delivary got auto cancelled..
                                I am facing these issue in my last several orders and I have already raised complaints in flipkart regarding the same..
                                So kindly requesting your help and support in this issue
                                I hope will receive a possitive response from your end

                                  I applied for return in myntra, so ekart agent was supposed to pick up my order, but they are saying that there is no brand name/tag on the product, so they will not pick it up. Myntra did accept the return request but ekart agent is saying otherwise

                                      I have been waiting for my item to be picked up for the last 3 days. I get a false delivery report from Ekart consecutive for 3 days that says that the pickup has been cancelled since I want to keep the product. I have to request to pick it again and again. This is absurd. The pick up partner didn't even try to contact once. And the last date of pickup is today and the expected refund is tomorrow. So Flipkart, Now I am least interested wether the item is picked up or not, but I want my Refund by tomorrow. I have a call recording where one of your team said that even if the item is not pickup the refund would be initiated by 12th April.

                                      If I dont get a positive response, I am willing to take legal help.
