We're facing issues from ekart - ecil hub from months ..
It's been 5 times our order didn't deliver
We have to cancel order .. they don't even have contact number
Ekart ecil hub is closed whenever we tried to visit ..
If you can't deliver just shutdown services in that area .....

Waste dresses not even to use to clean flore please take my return that items and refund me

Delivery agent cut my call.product not delivered .

I already received product and i made payment by google pay, payment successfully done from by side but its showing pending on flipkart/ekart app.
now delivery person asking me to return product, He will delivered again when he show payment done massage.
now i already made payment and its showing done .
than why should i return product ?.

I have received damaged product from flipkart and i place a complain also for that but the courier company is telling that they delivered intact order and also not accepting the return request
my product is damaged from inside then how the courier company is telling that the product is intact

I am disappointed with the service and experience which the EKART executive has provided. He is threatening us to give feedback and claiming to not deliver any future parcel. He was very arrogant and rude and was threatening to cancel the order. He is not even ready to deliver the order to the given delivery address.

I am very disappointed with the service. I think it’s his job to deliver the parcel on a given delivery address and it's absolutely our decision whether we want to give the feedback or not. Asking for the feedback is fine but he was arguing and fighting with us why we haven't given the feedback.

Please look into this matter and do the needful on priority. This was a very unpleasant experience I have experienced with EKART.

On 3rd of april one delivery boy came to my home and called me by my name i thought today is my order coming but that was not mine he said this is yours pay for it i paid but he did't give my product and take along with himself i have noted his bike number and his mobile number . Help me out with this fraud and take strict action.

Not delivered product on time, product reached the nearest delivery hub 3 days before but then also the delivery date is extended for 2 days .the agent is not laborious, not picking phones and else

My parcel not deliver to my address.
Delivery boy always call me and says you have to pick you parcel im not deliver it to you. he every time call me 10 km away from my home

I ordered a product of oppo Reno 7 5g on 27 February 2022 with the prepaid of 17279 through SBI debit card.
It was confirmed that the delivery will be made on 1st of March. The shipment was done on 27th of February and it reached to farukhnagar the same day only. From that day onwards the delivery is being delayed. Initially it was confirmed on 1st March then on 4th March then on 9th March then on 10th March then they promised to deliver the product within 72 hours.
Later they confirmed on text messages that they will deliver the product on 19th of March still it was not delivered then they gave me another date that was 26th March and yet today is 5th of April and still the delivery has not been made.
I am not understanding that when the product was shipped why I still had not received the product?

Date of delivery was issued to be 5/04/22 but it is not delivered on the date.
Do you want me to change the services company.

Sir i have booked this product 4 days ago through flipkart. Today when i received a phone call of your courier delivery boy his name show tru caller shahjad Khan he told me that my address which i have mentioned while ordering my product is far from his location so i have to go to his place to receive my parcel . whe i denied to go to his location he disconnected the call and mentioned on ekart tracking site that costume wants open delivery.
So please here my request please take necessary action to this delivery boy
And keep continuing faith to customer mind that ekart best on line delivery service company

I have bought a product from Flipkart
As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
I immediately placed return request on the same day.
On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent.
This happened to me 3 times till date with same product.
Kindly help....
