Myself Preethi Salian had ordered Saara Women Floral Print Kurthi from Flipkart
I had received a text message saying the product was delivered on 05 Jan 2022, even though I had not received the product. On checking with the Wishmaster Mr.Milind Gole (name as confirmed by the Wishmaster) / Arun Gole ( name as viewed in delivery message text), said that the parcel was received in Ekart logistics in a different location i.e at Murbad, Thane. Even though the parcel was with the delivery guy, he has given the status as delivered.
On checking with him on call, he told me he would courier the parcel to my actual address (same as mentioned in the parcel)
but he has not done this till date. He, later on, told that he would transfer the amount to my account, but it has not been done. It seemed to me that he was lying again and again. Later on, when checking with him he was not answering to my calls.
The payment for this will be due very shortly. Incase payment is not done before the due date, a penalty will be applicable to me.
I tried contacting Flipkart on this issue, but there was no solution from their also end even after being a customer of Flipkart for years.
I also tried to find the contact number of Murbad location on the internet, but there were no contact details mentioned anywhere.
I tried to get the contact details/ customer service of Ekart logistics, but the contact numbers mentioned on the internet seems
to be either incorrect or wrong number.
It also concerns me that the same situation iam facing might have arisen with someone else also. The delivery guy might have done this with other customers also.
Request you to look into this matter on a very serious note.
