Person who was about to Delivery wrongly read Model Gram as Model Town and delayed delivery for two days. Even not received yet.
Even he lied and mentioned online that we were not available at home. We work from home only.

Time and date of pick up: November 11th 2021 at 1.53 pm.
The status as shown in the Ekart site is that the item was picked up. When i contacted the merchant site(Myntra) they are saying that they haven't picked up it yet. As they are saying that the item hasn't been picked up they didn't initiated my refund .The customer care email ids of Ekart are found to be invalid. Please find a solution to this problem and start the process of refund as soon as possible.

The pic which I saw in image a totally different product I received ..please return my amount.. Very bad experienced with this ekart.. Please don't fool the people..

I ordered Realme tablet and delievry date was 13th November but till date I didn't received my order and no status update in the portal.

Every time CUSTOMER executive giving me new date verbally but no one updating correct information where is the my product.

Now giving me ### option like cancel this order and you can order same tablet again with same amount then we will add 1500 amount in your flipkart wallet.

Don't buy anything from flipkart this is 3rd time I am facing issue with flipkart.

As I hv order a parcel from flipkart and it was arriving on 25 Nov 2021 but my order get rejected. But I haven't rejected it .I make a call to wish Master but he didn't even pick my call

I was advised by the delivery guy to bring the parcel and leave it in the ekart office which I did but till now my order has not been returned and its not updated in my Myntra app. I can’t call them as no number is given and they are the worst delivery agent ever. My return id is [protected]...

This is Anand from Setturu I received a call from your delivery boy shekar I received an order he told but I told to him I am not able to take my order today but I will take tomorrow. The delivery boy shekar was talking meening less and behaving like uneducated.

I Siddhant Singh holding order no:- OD[protected], as delivered date was 24th nov but till date my parcel is not delivered till yet as per several calls customer care executive is also not giving the proper details of my order, Its a request kindly delivered my parcel today itself or else i have to lodge a complaint against the flipkart and ekart because you are just harassed the customers .

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

Ekart logistics from Amreli district is cancel delivering my flipkart orders in my area from last 5 to 6 months.My area is on the highway but ekart canceled all orders belongs to area.so take some actions regarding this.

I'm unable to track my order as it's showing that problem with tracking and try again but later it's showing samem

I use to purchase products from flipkart and for last 3 months whatever products i purchase first reaches a hub near to me and these people wont deliver it to me and they label it as mis routed product and it goes back to main hub in kochi and again come back to another hub nearby me and they deliver the product .
This misrouting is not been taken care off by the people in courier ie ekart logistics they keep on doing it that is whenever product dispatch from kochin they dispatch it to wrong hub and the cycle goes on and wasting my time and making unnecessary delay in the delivery the product.

Please take necessary action and end this misrouting issues which is left unattended by the ekart and flipkart team and wasting the time of customers.

Product is showing reached nearest hub and will be delayed 3 days and this will go back to kochi and come back again in another hub and will b delivered from there and wasting my time unnecassarily.

I recived a USED and UNDER BRAND product form myntra, , i called myntra custmrcare and they created return request, but in our nearest ekart office, they did not acpect my return request, they give reason that i decided to keep the product, but i want to return this product.

I have been ordered on 15 nov..but the order has been delayed so much...bcoz of ekart services..i m soo disappointed

I have ordered an iphone and i haven't got it delivered yet it was about to delever in 23 nov he came bt as my phone was in replacement as flipkart has a policy if there is any problem in your phone then some money will be deducted and phone should be given bt the delivery guy talk to me with very rudely and he went away with parcel.

I am ordered in Juniper Fashion some dress dated on 14th Nov 2021, order delivery through e-kart logistic, Today 21st Nov 2021 my order reached to my mentioned addressed correctly and delivery boy asked the OTP, i didn't receive any OTP then am checked in my order, as mentioned mobile have typo error 11 numbers, so OTP is not came. i am conveyed and explain to him but he didn't response and simply cancel my order. This is not fair. My order material reached to my home but not delivery, really feeling very disappointed. My order number is tracking number is SRTP[protected].

I have Ordered OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G (Aurora, 256 GB) on 19th Nov and received A dummy set instead of real phone. What kind of rubbish services they r providing to customers and how their sellers evn can think to forge customers like this. Really pathetic and worst experience evr from such known brand. Do Take action against these cheaters so atleast these scamster can't dare to cheat anyone and anywhere

I think it is High time to control this logistics company. And make them responsible for and issue with delivery of courier. As I ordered from flipkart one of the cheapest company who use cheap courier like ekart. My courier no FMPP[protected] from flipkart has sent to my address in Tamil Nadu district Thiruvarur. Which is my pre-paid order. In this diwali season. They not delivered the packet and simply updated it id delivered. How this possible when I don't received the courier, how they claimed that they delivered. I think some serious government body should formed and and bring these theif in control. No measure from mechanism from seller and by ekart courier such as acknowledgement or signature from customer. Pathetic.

Ekart delivery agent refused to deliver on door step & says to mi if you want your product come to office & pick your product. If you can't come here i will share feed back on my side to improper address or customer can't contact.
