What the ### is wrong with the staff working there. I ordered something from myntra twice and both times they cancelled the order without even informing me stating that delivery was not possible. Why the ### are you even operating a deliVERY SERVICE if you cannot even do the basic task of ###ing delivering. Why are you putting my area under your delivery range if you can't do it. There is one lady especially who is ###ing rude and doesn't even know basic manners let alone proper CUSTOMER service etiquette. Why can't you hire professional people instead of entitled ###. Please kindly remove my area from your delivery range so other GOOD COMPanies like Dehlivery can deliver it to me without any hassel.

    Delivery boy has been refused to doorstep delivery and brutally misbehaved with me regarding Ekart Logistics Order No - FMPP[protected]. It is a very bad service by the Ekart to the customers. Screenshot of the order has also been attached. For your further necessary action please.

                10th Nov.
                I got the delivery msg . No delivery agent come.

                11th Nov.
                I called at [protected](delivery agent) 6th time. No response/No return call/Item not delivered.

                12th Nov.
                Called by delivery agent at 7P.M. I already left my ofice at 6P.M. Requested to deliver on 13 th Nov.
                13th Nov
                Got the Msg/Email that the delivery of the Item s cancelled.

                Plz look into the matter. It will bring disrepute to the Filpkart & Ekart & will break the trust we are keeping for long.

                  Estimated date was 11th Nov it was recieved at at the nearest hub at 11th's noon. Ok they couldn't deliver it on the same day but why are they not sending me the package 2 days after this.
                  This is so frustating. The package was really really important and was meant to be delivered on the time

                          Hi Support Team,

                          I have ordered a dress from Hopscotch and the order was shipped through Ekart logistics. The tracking number is HOPC[protected].

                          It was a very good and hassle free experience every time with Ekart, but for this one time I was unable to receive due to failure of attending the calls which was due to my hospitalization. As per the tracking ID I see that it was returned from the destination Hub today morning. Can you please help me in recalling the destination hub today. As I ordered this for my daughter's first birthday which is on 13 Nov.

                              I have ordered a Mobile from Flipkart on 03/11/2021. Expected delivery on 07/11/2021. But today is 11/11/2021. No delivery done yet.

                              From Bangalore it moved very fast till 05/11/2021 it came to Hyderabad and Arrived at my Nearest Hub and Expected delivery date also given on Sunday 07 November 2021 - 11:59 PM before.
                              But today is 11/11/2021 - still item is not delivered and in online EKart logistics shows Arried at your Nearest Hub(Hyderabad Dispatched to PKCorporateKomapllyODH_HYD) .

                              When I call to Flipkart they keep on post pone the delivery date.

                              I feel like its like game. I ask a question, they call and give a new date.

                              I wish i would have ordered from AMAZON or buy the product from near my home.

                              To Dear readers, my humble suggestion to all. Never buy anything from Flipkart until u can wait upto endless and waste your money and most important your TIME.

                              Go for Amazon they do delivery quickly.

                              Stay away from Flipkart and Stay Happy .

                                Refer to my Flipkart order with tracking id[protected]. I have been receiving message that the item could not be delivered from 02 Nov. I haven’t received any call from the delivery agent. The item has reached on 02 Nov and I am unable to understand the delay

                                    I book a product from flipkart and when track it show out for delivery.

                                    But currior boy say collect your product at office and they do not deliver at door (home). And after two day they automatic cancel my order and write reason according to consumer request.
                                    Pls ban this currier agency service provider and change becoz they make fraud or inconvenience to consumer.
