I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 3rd Oct'21, and the same is supposed to be delivered by 5th Oct'21. Today (8th Oct'21) flipkart updates order status as "Expected by 12th Oct'21". When order tracked in Ekart, noticed that tracking details are not updated from last 3days. When getting in touch with flipkart, just getting pathetic support. They have no clue when the order will be delivered. The updates I get from flipkart are " we are escalating your issue", " Please wait for the next business day", "we dont have any details about the ekart logistics, so we have to wait till they update status of the order".

I just want to know the exact status of my order, and exact date of delivery (as the same is being changed for . Also told them, if they can share the hub details i can visit and collect it, but they aren't ready to share the same also.

    I Ordered Poco M3 Cool Blue Colour (64GB/4GB) on 3rd October,
    My Tracking ID is FMPP[protected] &
    I got delivery Date 4th October After that on 4th October Message Came that Your Shipment is Delayed and it will come in next one to three days so they given date 7th October ok I waited till 7th October
    Mobile not came after that I thought may be it will come one day late so I waited more one day but on 8th October also Mobile not came and Again that same Message came that Your Shipment is Delayed and it will come in next one to three days And I am keep tracking my parcel that one showing again and again roaming from here to there same to same locations Round and Round,
    What is this????
    Is this Your Service???
    I think you also know nowadays Mobile is howmuch necessary thing without Mobile so many works are pending
    Am Really very disappointed from Your Service And Now Am fedup However
    I wanted my Parcel Today or Last to Last Tomorrow.
    Whatever You do and ship my parcel
    And Next time Am not going to Order from Flipkart anything if I won't get my parcel today or Last till Tomorrow...

      I did ordered a phone through flipkart. I also did applied for an exchange.The phone for reverse pickup only has a screen crack, which resulted to make some price reduction. But the delivery boy from ekart rejected my phone due to this issue. I did read the terms and conditions and there did briefly mentioned that there is no possibility for a rejection if the Phone is fully working also have crack.Then a message came from ekart mentioned that pick up cancelled because i decided to keep the phone and it was not correct then i realise that i was cheated.I cant believe that such a kind of irresponsibility from such famous parcel service. I hope you guys will clear the problem that i am facing. I am waiting for your reply.

        I have make an order on 2 Oct 2021 and the order was expected on 3 Oct 2021 .today is 9 Oct but not getting the order yet. I have called the delivery boy and for the last 3 days, I am getting a response that your order will be delivered today. Now they are not picking up the call or not getting any reply from them.

        Very very bad service from Flipkart. Not expected this type of service from Flipcart.

            Hi! I have placed an order for a mobile phone on flipkart on 03 Oct 21 with delivery at Vizag. System showed that product was dispatched by Ekatr on 03 Oct 21 with ETA on 06 Oct 21. Ek artanad Flipkart both are showing that item has reached the Nearest EKART hub to my location on 06 Oct 21 at 0329 Hrs. However Ekart has not delivered the product till now. Absolutely, pathetic performance by Ekatr with no communication, whatsoever. One should never buy from Flipkart unless they kick out Ekart.

              My EKART tracking ID is FMPP[protected] but of of some personal enmity the delivery boy agent Abhijeet Jagtap has delivered wrong Invoice and hence wrong Item with EKARt tracking ID FMPP[protected] of some other customer .

                I have ordered a product from Flipkart which is being shipped via Ekart.
                Tracking number is FMPP[protected]

                This product is misroute due to the mistake of ekart team only. There was no mistake of mine. The product is in Osmanabad hub which should be in Solapur hub as per the address. So I myself visited the Osmanabad hub and asked them about the issue. They said they will return it to the seller and cancel the order even though there is no mistake of mine.
                I asked them to let me pick up the order at the hub as it is prepaid and even told them that I will share the otp and my id card details for verification. They declined to give me that parcel. They are not even sending it to the correct address. What should I do now?
                I won't get the same deal now or else I could order it again. So that is not the option for me.
                There was no mistake of mine.

                    It is regret to tell that intentionally e cart person change sechdule delivery date (11/10/21) after assurance given it will deliver on 09/10/21.

                    Also his behavior was rude, use
                    rough /insulted language.

                    For the shake of ecart logistics reputation in public domain, it is requested to take necessary action, otherwise people will not believe on ecart logistics.

                      The wishmaster came at my residence to deliver the Flipkart parcel order No.OD[protected] and ekart tracking ID.[protected]. But refused to handover the parcel at the door as such he demanded to pickup on the road.
                      I was requesting to deliver the parcel at door step but he took back the parcel and misbehaved with my sister that it is not his duty to deliver at door. without listening to the OTP number he with a behaviour of reckless and rash attitude refused to deliver the parcel.
                      I demand to take immediate action for misbehaving with women and refused to deliver the parcel to me.

                        My delivery was scheduled on 4th october nad the delivery person called and told me that his bike got punctured so he will deliver it the next day. But it has been 5-6 days now and I am not getting any response.
                        I am not able to contact the delivery person and he is continuously pushing the delivery date to the next day since 5 days now.
                        He is not even attempting the delivery.
                        This is very frustrating.

                          My shipment had reached in my city on 5th October and it was supposed to be delivered by 6th October. Initially delivery person agreed to deliver as the shipment was with him, but later on he refused to deliver and talked very rudely saying that you will get your parcel after one week. This is very ridiculous behaviour I have ever faced with ekart.

                            Reporting an unpleasant scary experience from the delivery agent who arrived to handover my new phone which I had ordered on flipkart exchange old phone offer.

                            He checked my old phone since it was in very good condition. He said I will buy this from you and pay cash, but when I refused to do that I asked him to follow the protocol and return the phone to flipkart as i did not want any unnecessary complications. he left in anger only to realize he had updated as phone did not match and he has taken the phone himself.

                            He is calling now asking for a phone box and bills related to my old phone. I am now scared since I have opted for an online payment option. When the phone is not exchanged there can be a deduction of money from my account.

                            Could you please track the agent and make him return the phone either to me or to flipkart.

                            This makes me never order anything from flipkart for handling these kinds of agents.

                            Hoping for a quick resolution so that i do not have to lodge a police complaint.

                            Two agents came to my door talking is very rude voice( almost threating) and arguing we informed we will keep the phone which was not informed to me. they returned my old phone took 15k from me which they said will be refunded by Flipkart. Please look into this harrassment and pay the refund or compensation to me accordingly.

                                  My issue is still open, with flipkart's updated comments "Issue will be resolved by Thu Oct 14." The support that flipkart is providing is simply changing resolution date to a future date.

                                  When tracked the order through ekart, noticed that product is dispatched to motherhub on 9th Oct'21 in the morning, but still parent hub hasn't updated status to "RECEIVED". Not sure why its taking more than 2 days to deliver a product from one hub to another (within a city).

                                  There is no way, we can find an option in getting in touch with ekart customer support, to know expected delivery/where the item is struck.

                                    I have ordered a Sony bluetooth neck band ear phone and JBL ear buds from Electrobeats through gratbazaar.com for Rs.1599. I have a order confirmation email from gratbazaar and also the delivery notification email and SMS. But I have received a cheap normal earphone which is dirty, damaged and not working and the MRP is Rs.749. I couldn't contact the number given in the delivery slip as the phone number is not working. I want a replacement with the one i have ordered or the refund. The ekart /flipkart delivery person is not responding when I reported that the product delivered is not the one i have ordered for. His tone sounds as if he is aware of this issue already and this is a repeating one. Pls can you look into this and send me a replacement head sets with what i have ordered and paid for. Otherwise pls help with the refund of the money paid. AWB no. SMPC[protected]
