Ordered airpods by flipkart but received damged product
I was retrun but ekart manger rejected wantedly not pickup my order and 5 days stop the product in office after rejected and rash behaviour and talking way not correct
Ekart tollfree numbers not working and mager number off and not there in office ..daily calling evry time but hee told worng number daily iam going office but not responding and correct answers

      this product was supposed to be delivered today (13th oct 21)
      there wasn't any location update after shipment on 9th oct...and now expected delivery date have been extended to 16th oct,
      Flipkart customer service says they have no contact with you... delay in delivery isn't their responsibility.
      SO NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IRREGULARITIY ???

        Tracking ID: FMPC[protected] The said order is not yet delivered and on daily basis the date is been postpone and i get update when i call at customer care. they have promised delivery today but still they have not done the same. kindly update me on the same or else provide me the address if they are facing issues for delivering the product. but if i go personally to pickup the order i will not pay the delivery charges for my next deliveries too.

                FMPP[protected] This is my consignment number. Due date of delivery was 11/10/2021. On the expected delivery day I got message ie "OUT OF DELIVERY AREA (pincode address mismatch). Today 13/07/2021) I got message that" ARRIVING TODAY" but I didn't get my consignment till 13/10/2021. I ordered a phone in exchange and I have formated my old phone from 10/10/2021. Secondary phone that I am using is a basic phone that has no internet. Now you guys can understand the problem from which I am suffering.

                    The worst shipping company in India you just say online we are best we are no. 1...totally wasted management and your employee don't even have the manners to talk with the costumer. They ask the costumer "can come in the neighbourhood to take the product ... i'm busy" they cut the calls before listening to the costumer like showing like we need them we owe something to them. This is the phone no. of that employee :- [protected] and his name his prakash jadhava. Next time if I see my item is being shipped by Ekart at that moment only I will cancel my order. And if I rate you guys out of 10 you will get -1.

                              My name is Pritam Koley. I buy 2 saree from Flipkart on the date 29th sept 2021. I request to Flipkart for rescheduling for delivery on 11th oct 2021. On the date 12oct 2021 I not receive my parcel, so i go to Ekart hub. The staff are told me they not find it after giving all details. today i also call one of staff he told me till now they did not find. This the very bad service. On the date 11th oct i got a msg that parcel out of delivery, i call the agent multiple time, but he not received my call. After they told me they not find my parcel. Please do the need full.

                                    Oct 12 whole day flipkart portal showed that the product was out for delivery. Late night 1.04 am I received a message saying product is delivered and asking for feedback.
