Ordered mobile on 3rd october, it reached to nearest hub on 7th and expected delivery date was 9th. Today's date is 16th & still not delivered. Out for delivery from last 5 days. Still not receiving product. Contact details also not provided.

    My product which i ordered on 6th oct, was to reach out to me by 13th of oct got delayed. And i am planning to collect it from the nearest hub to me... I need the address and the phone number. Kindly regard this as very important task and reach out to me asap or else I'm planning to cancel it bcs it's frustrating
    And I'll make sure i NEVER buy anything from Flipkart if they don't resolve my issue within 24hrs

      I had ordered a laptop from flipcart. Which was expected to deliver on 13th Oct 21, delaying that the delivery date was postponed on 15th Oct 21 ( as today) which was expected to deliver between 2:30pm to 6:30pm but till now 9:10 pm my order I not delivered. On Calling to delivery boy for delivery he is declining my call and on leter he switched off. My suggestion to founder of ekart is to seal company and start the business of selling fruits and vegetables on road. Atleast no customer will complain about your service there. Accept my offer as it will take you high.

        We returning our product on flipkart. In morning Out for pickup message comes in inbox but in Evening delivery girl without checking our product or visiting our home. Delivery girl mentioning that product Mismatched. By this pickup getting Cancelled.
        Delivery girl not visiting our home to check the product. Giving own and fake reason that product mismatch or damaged. It happens many time. Please take action against them

          Im expecting my delivery from that last week. Everyday they state that the delivery has been cancelled because of operational issues. The executive disconnects the phone despite trying multiple times. And once when he did pick up he was very rude. Shame on these employees and shame on this company.

              I ordered an i phone for which delivery date is 15 th oct 21. But my courier was reached final hub on 14th of oct in morning. Till now i didnt received any out for delivery message. I got to know from my freinds that same thing is being happening with them. So i went to e kart junagadh there were so many people waiting for there delivery since 8th of oct and were being harrased. I requested them please do some thing urgently as i need it for some urgent work the staff who was sitting on laptop i requested him kindly deliver it by today as i have to leave jungadh he said me kindly talk with the gate gaurd for the same. I want to ask is this not the leagal type of harassment being done by them. Today morning i contacted flipkart they assured me that by the end of the day you will receive the product but e kart is not intrested in customer service and cutomer time. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and people should raise the voice against these legal type of harrassment in consumer court how come they can torture whole city by not delivering and making false claim.

The complaint to binny sir and bansal sir too through email and now planning to take some legal action for product reached nearest hub but not being delivered for several day with whole city facing same issues. Making false claim of delivery date and mentally harrassing people

                  It's an order placed by me but your delivery boy denied for door step delivery. He told me that if you want your order then come on my spot or you can cancel your order door step delivery not possible. I have a call recording of that conversation.

                    I ordered a laptop on the 2nd of Oct on Flipkart and payed through credit card. Delivery has been pending for almost 3 weeks even though product shows at nearest hub on tracking. The delivery boy doesn't show up to deliver and keeps marking it as undelivered. Customer care service of Flipkart is of no help. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                      Product Stuck on "Out of delivery "Unsuccessful/Undelivered for 5 days",

                      I ordered a Product on 7th Of October, It reached nearest Hub on 9th, On 11th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 8:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me his car broke down and can't deliver the product asked him to deliver on 12 at the earliest, he again assured me.

                      On 12th I HAVE not received any call from Ekart neither...

                        Hi I purchased a chimney and it’s scheduled delivery was on[protected]. But I received message from Ekart logistics on[protected] that the product will be delivered on[protected] along with the ekart contact no. I called the contact no and the ekart delivery boy replied that the product will be delivered by 12:30PM. Around at 1:30PM the executive called and the pin code mentioned is wrong. I told him that my previous orders about 4 orders were delivered on the same pin code. The executive then answered that the product will be delivered in half an hour. I waited for more than 2 hours and called him for about 6-8 times, but the mail executive didn’t answered the call.

                        Again on[protected], I got the executive no through flipkart chat and called the executive. The executive said due to wrong pin code the product was returned and answered very rudely. Later said it is in penukonda, Go there and collect. The response of the executive is very rude and not all good.

                        One interesting thing is the status of the product is not updated in the ekart tracking since[protected].

                        I have small faith in ekart logistics that the management will take proper action against the delivery executive and the penukonda branch manager for not updating the status of the product in ekart tracking after[protected].

                        Awaited for a quick and positive response from ekart.

                            My order was delayed by a week.. Also product reached at my nearest hub ulliyeri on 8th october 2021..i was visited the hub nearly 3 times.. They said that they cant find my small product. Is there any rule like small product deliver delay and big procut deliver fastly???

                                This is my second bad experience from this courier company. Today is expected delivery date of my parcel and I have not received it yet. I have called the delivery guy more than thrice . Once he hung up my call and then he didn't received. I don't think my parcel will be delivered today. Last week same thing happened and when I enquired the delivery guy told me that he wouldn't delivery my parcel on estimated date and moreover I was forced to receive it from somewhere else not at my address. I want immediate action on this. Such rude behaviour is not acceptable. I'm also going to file complain on flipkart as well.

                                  I have ordered Realme GT MASTER EDITION mobile on Flipkart Big billion day sale on Oct 4th 2021. Promised delivery date is Oct 6th 2021. But I haven't received my mobile till now(14th Oct).

                                  When I check the status in flipkart app. It shows Out for Delivery daily. But they are not delivering my product. I have called flipkart customer care number, but they are not helpful.

                                  So, iam raising complaint here.

                                      I ordered a phone on exchange offer from flipkart . The delivery partner did not even try to contact me when he was having address issue. When he arrived late in the evening yesterday (13/oct2021), he was supposed to take my old mobile check if it is damaged and give me my new phone. He did check my old phone and accepted it but he still asked me to pay exchange worth of that old phone which doesn't make sense. Due to some glitch on his app he said he'll attempt to deliver the next day that is today (14/oct/2021). But I have no means of contacting him. The contact number provided yesterday doesn't connect if I try calling.
