E-kart delivery already delayed from flipkart delivery was scheduled on 9th and got rescheduled on 11th..wish master when called spoke very rudely saying he cannot deliver the courier in guarantee basis even today and will deliver the courreir at 12 at night..
Not expected this type of delivery service.

    I ordered 4 things together out of which three products got delivered to me but the one for which I am waiting since long because of big billion sale I got in great discount in fact i used coupons for it. For that one product delivery men is saying that address is incomplete I wonder then how other 3 got delivered. Please don't lie I don't expect this from such recognised brand like yours

    In fact I visited your branch which is located near panchvati.. I didn't get satisfactory answer they are saying that we are getting more than 5000 couriers everyday so we can't guarantee about each and every product your product is just of rupees 800.

    Like really?!

    If I had to order this again it will cost me 2500 rupees. I have been eagerly waiting for this product please don't do like this.

    Out of those 3 products 2 products got delivered from your branch only I am giving tracking id of those 2 which is FMPP[protected] & FMPP[protected] you can check if you want it's having same address and contact number.

      I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 3rd Oct'21 Tracking id FMPP[protected], and the same is supposed to be delivered by 7th Oct'21. Today (11th Oct'21) flipkart updates order status as "Expected by 13th Oct'21". When order tracked in Ekart, noticed that tracking details are not updated from last 3days. When getting in touch with flipkart, just getting pathetic support. They have no clue when the order will be delivered. The updates I get from flipkart are " we are escalating your issue", " Please wait for the next business day", "we dont have any details about the ekart logistics, so we have to wait till they update status of the order".

      I just want to know the exact status of my order, and exact date of delivery (as the same is being changed for . Also told them, if they can share the hub details i can visit and collect it, but they aren't ready to share the same also.

        Product Stuck on Dispatched for the past 3 days.

        For the past 3 days my order FMPP[protected] from flipkart has been dispatched from Ludhiana to Sundernagar and there has been no update since then. 11th was the expected delivery date and it still hasn't reached the place. I want and update on it ASAP. I have attached the photo with this mail. I want a response on it ASAP....

        LG TV ordered on 3rd and it has to deliver on 8th. But Still not product delivered. Delivery boy number also mentioned wrong in tracking id.
        Raise the compliant on 8th but still not its solved.

            My product is not delivered to me, but i received message like product is delivered, but i did not shared my OTP to any one. Not even delivery boy called me on that day.

            I given several complaint into flip kart but no response.

            I need to contact that delivery boy, where and how he delivered without calling me, and without OTP

              I ordered a tv from Flipkart on[protected], item recieved at nearest hub on[protected], expected delivery was[protected]. But yet not received the item till[protected]. No updates from Ekart, also in site delivery date is still 06 oct. Worst experience. No call or sms from Courier partner end. Also no update in tracking site. Kindly do the needful.

              Ekart delivered my product after one week from expected date. Worst experience.

              MY item arrived in cuttack on dt-12.12.21 3.22 am.then cuttack branch send this item to Bhubaneswar Branch on 12-12-21, 9.00am.
              In Dt[protected] bbsr branch again send item to cuttack,
              Again cuttack branch send to bbsr branch on dt[protected]
              What wrong with ekart logistic I dont under stand.
              My item till now delivered

                  Hi Team,

                  I ordered a product from flipkart which is supposed to be delivered on 6th Oct but getting delayed and remain undelivered.

                  Order number:OD[protected]

                  After fact checking, it was found that the delivery partner ekart logistics is delivering the areas with higher order numbers and delaying other areas deliverable items breaching their delivery dates which is a clear sign of hypocrisy&unethical disagreements.
                  Here by appealing you to consider this concern and penalize such actions of delivery partners.

                    I ordered a smartwatch on flipkart on 3.10.21 which was supposed to arrive by 9th but i didn't get delivery even on 9th when i called and asked then it extended till 12th when i tracked it found my Smartwatch has reached Bokaro 3 days ago but still they are late in giving delivery as my address is 10 km from there and I am very disappointed for not getting delivery till now.

                            I online ordered a fridge from flipkart on 05th October. while ordering, flipkart online system asked me for preferred time of delivery and I choosed 10th October(Sunday which is my rest day) for delivery the fridge.
                            But flipkart couriers partner EKART representative tried to call me on 08th October for delivery of fridge but at that time I was not available and unable to pick up the phone due to my busy schedule in my office work and meetings. After my office hour I called back to EKART representative for delivery of fridge and they assured me to deliver the fridge on next day on 09th October.
                            As per telephonic conversation with EKART representative, I was waiting for delivery of fridge on 09th October but suddenly I got a message from EKART that your order has been cancelled again I tried to call EKART but they didn't respond.
                            Now, my order has been cancelled due to negligence of flipkart courier partner EKART and item was purchased by Axis Bank credit card EMI offer and Axis bank charged me the EMI interest amount of Rs. 500 approx
                            I am requesting from flipkart to either deliver my order in same order so that
                            Bank penalty can be avoided or pay the penalty amount to me and also take action against EKART.

                              My order got cancelled without even notifying me.It’s in my city for number of days but didn’t get any delivery. I had even requested the courier guy to deliver it ASAP but he told me that he had forgotten my order at their store and will deliver it next day. Now, it got cancelled.

                                I ordered an oven grill toaster on 3/10/2021.Delivery agent(Ekart) called on 6/10/2021, but I couldn't take the call since I was attending an examination.I called back but he was rude and said no home delivery can't be done.He asked to come and pick up the product.I asked him to deliver the next day.Since then I didn't have any calls regarding delivery.I called flipkart customer care, they said usually delivery partners would cancel the product after somedays and they can't do anything.They( flipkart) are having lots of complaint regarding this . Flipkart is not accountable to their delivery partner's misbehavior and non delivery of products.

                                  As usual normal day comes, my delivery items on the way, agent call me he asked where to come i replied to him that come on at this this address near village temple, he refused me and says i am here in that place come to me, i said twice that i am not able to get delivery your place, then i say okay if you can't able to come here i want to get my order okay i ask someone there who can take my order and manage to give me later. He replied okay then. That day night sms recieved to me to rating the delivery agent service. With simple logic i just tick in door step delivery refused. Because that's true, he didn't come here. Today 10th October 2021 he call me in personal number, and harassed me why i give 1star rating and why i tick that box, he continues conversation in rude attitude. I don't know where he managed my contact and why he call me and why he able to ask me. Who gives this much power to talk like that to a customer.
                                  I need customer support from Flipkart and delivery partner as well as. Otherwise i will complain against your service.
