    I had ordered a trackpant from myntra but it was damaged and with stains. I shedueld a return but the delivery agent misbehaved with me, abused me in his regional language, talked to me in a insulting manner saying 'kaisa aadmi hai tum' and didn't pick-up my product saying to the company that my product is mismatched but I have the same product just with damages. I want a strict action against him and apologize by him.

      Dear Team, I am Simran Chawla from Simran Enterprises, Kanpur . I am selling my products through Flipkart, where the logistics is been taken care by your company. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am facing really bad experience from your logistic team, even the flipkart team is not helping me in this situation and asked me to contact you directly .

      The delivery executive is using my fake stamp and fake signatures and say that I have returned the packets, but I am not getting my return packet back . At times when I receive my packets its empty . Are your executive not checking the returns while receiving or are they taking the products themselves while packing . Please we sellers face huge loss because of these executives and corrupt people . I request you to please look inti the matter

        Dear EKart team my order doesn't delivered but EKart show item has been delivered. Courier person fraud with me. Please help and concern this issue Ekart team. This is too much fake service. Please help me and take legistative step to this courier person. Courier person call me to take order far from my place then I tell him that please deliver Courier to my place. He did not deliver my parcel to me and informed EKart from above that the item has been delivered. The courier boy is theft. Please get it inquiry at a high level. otherwise i will be forced to go to court. Courier person name is #Surender. My track I'd is FMPP[protected].

              Sir this website is very fraud don't buy anything because I ordered a churidhar but I received used saree it looks very dirty so for returning I got a no. In the bill it's like ring is going and not picking up...after that I searched in internet the other number cam from there website if I call the a person from flipkart answered and if I ask them the number of ekart they are telling that don't buy from this website as they don't have any number...I need a return policy...

                  Hi team,

                  Ekart team is not delivering items in our area, despite of having regular parcles on daily basis. They are just delivering the items before 5 kms from our area which is hassale to go and get the items. It would be great if you extend the delivery limit to our area.

                            I have ordered a product with reference no MYNC[protected] and given office adress which is close on Saturday Sunday. My parcel delivered on Saturday but i was out of station so couldn't received the parcel. But on money I personally visited the courier station but the denied to give it to me saying will deliver on your adress but still i didn't get the parcel.

                              I have ordered oppo Reno 6 on 8 Sep it's in Moradabad hub but still I got msg that delivery is delayed, what is wrong, @flipkart should that some strict action against it, I'm really disappointed in ekart and Flipkart.

                                I ordered realme x7 pro few days ago it came on time in bhiwandi hub but it didn't got delivered and delayed twice and they cancelled the order simultaneously I ordered realme duopods same thing happened, now I have ordered oppo Reno 6 Pro it's in bhiwandi hub but still I got msg that delivery is delayed, what is wrong with this bhiwandi ekart hub, @flipkart should that some strict action against it, I'm really disappointed in ekart and Flipkart

                                    I have order samsung galaxy smart watch on 09th september 2021 in which it was mentioned delivered by 11th September 2021 while tracking order I got to know that my shipment has reached on time to Dehradun facility on time but they delayed the delivery due to unknown reason. I have order it as some occassion is there and I needed it on time so I personally went to the ekart logistic company for taking my order but they told me that order is in some other location in dehradun and given contact number of concerned person Mr Vinod. But it's strange as the branch where parcel was nearby to my delivery address but they transferred it far more distance don't know why. So I went over there to other location but I found that there is no office situated over there and even Mr Vinod he didnot receive a single call rather attending other calls.
                                    This was the pathetic experience of mine in this and I seriously dnt want to refer anyone to go for flipkart as his courier partner has worst services apart from other delivery brand.
