I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 3rd Oct'21, and the same is supposed to be delivered by 5th Oct'21. Today (8th Oct'21) flipkart updates order status as "Expected by 12th Oct'21". When order tracked in Ekart, noticed that tracking details are not updated from last 3days. When getting in touch with flipkart, just getting pathetic support. They have no clue when the order will be delivered. The updates I get from flipkart are " we are escalating your issue", " Please wait for the next business day", "we dont have any details about the ekart logistics, so we have to wait till they update status of the order".

I just want to know the exact status of my order, and exact date of delivery (as the same is being changed for . Also told them, if they can share the hub details i can visit and collect it, but they aren't ready to share the same also.

I also have a same problem with same date and time
My issue is still open, with flipkart's updated comments "Issue will be resolved by Thu Oct 14." The support that flipkart is providing is simply changing resolution date to a future date.

When tracked the order through ekart, noticed that product is dispatched to motherhub on 9th Oct'21 in the morning, but still parent hub hasn't updated status to "RECEIVED". Not sure why its taking more than 2 days to deliver a product from one hub to another (within a city).

There is no way, we can find an option in getting in touch with ekart customer support, to know expected delivery/where the item is struck.

    I have ordered a Sony bluetooth neck band ear phone and JBL ear buds from Electrobeats through gratbazaar.com for Rs.1599. I have a order confirmation email from gratbazaar and also the delivery notification email and SMS. But I have received a cheap normal earphone which is dirty, damaged and not working and the MRP is Rs.749. I couldn't contact the number given in the delivery slip as the phone number is not working. I want a replacement with the one i have ordered or the refund. The ekart /flipkart delivery person is not responding when I reported that the product delivered is not the one i have ordered for. His tone sounds as if he is aware of this issue already and this is a repeating one. Pls can you look into this and send me a replacement head sets with what i have ordered and paid for. Otherwise pls help with the refund of the money paid. AWB no. SMPC[protected]

        I can't track my two product. They shown as centralhub like that don't get proper place is not shown and also my product delivery is delaying. Why it's too delay. I have 2 products

          The same was happened to me today, I also ordered special offer sony neck band and JBL bluetooth, I didn't got these two items, instead I got damaged JBL neckband, till now I didn't got an option to return these equipment... The amount was 1599/- and will not repeat this mistake again...

            The product displayed is totally different from the product delivered.
            I agree that there may be a slight change related to colour displayed .But the quality of the product is really cheap.I need to return and request a refund of the product.

              Dear Sir,
              In reference to above, your delivery boy reached to my house at 11:10 PM on 05.10.2021 to delivery above subject courier. At that time I was on duty and not at the location and my wife was feeling insecurity. Hence, same was not received by the under signed due to the delivery boy was delivering the item beyond stipulated time period provided by M/s. Flipkart.

              As on date you did not deliver the item with in two dead line i.e. on 05.10.2021 and 07.10.2021 provided by M/s. Flipkart.

              It is requested to deliver this item on today please other with same will be cancelled by the undersigned with remark “Delivery was failed by courier” accordingly I should go to Consumer Forum Court and claim demurrage (if any).

                    I have placed an order with Flipkart on 3rd October. Ekart Logistics was supposed to deliver it to me by 5th. But it didn't happen. I got another date for delivery i.e. 7th October. The package is still not delivered and it's 8th already.
                    Kindly help me regarding that.

                            Every product is being delivered to my address
                            but now what is the problem with wishmaster?

                            these are tracking numbers which are being updated with address mismatch and out of delivery area
                            But on same address everything is being delivered
                            for example

                            are successfully delivered to same address in these cases address is Okay and so many people here my neighbors are ordering things and things are being delivered
                            but what is the problem with my products only?

                                I ordered a bag from Flipkart Tracking number -FMPP[protected] and delivery code is -999654, delivery person phn no-[protected] and its delivery was expected on 7th of October 2021 before 5pm but when I called the agent he said I cannot come right now and doing misbehave with me then I called him again but he said that he come to deliver at 11 pm at night, But after some time when I called him again his number was switched off.

                                      Sir, My order ID is FMPP[protected]. It was to be delivered on 5th Oct 21. No Delivery agent came or contacted to deliver. But a msg received from Ekart stating that customer rejected, which is totally wrong. No call or msg came from delivery agent to deliver item. Then how come someone can reject delivery. At your Status page it is shown there that customer rejected in 3 dates repeatedly that is false. A formal complaint also registered at Consumer forum regarding this issue. Kindly deliver item as soon as possible.Thank you.
