      My product already arrived at my nearest hub on 9th October. Today, on 12th October it was supposed to delivered to me. Yes this was the last expected date. But after 6:30 pm you changed the date to Oct 14th!!! Shame on you people, never gonna buy anything from Flipkart because of this in future.

                    I have ordered a realme earphone from flipkart on 5th Oct'21 Tracking id FMPP[protected], and the same is supposed to be Expected by 14th Oct'21".

                    When order tracked in Ekart, noticed that tracking details are not updated from last 3 days.

                    I just want to know the exact status of my order, and exact date of delivery.

                    The product has already left for its destination 3 days ago but till now on ekart page it was not updated.

                      Yesterday i had given a wrong review about delivery status. The Delivery agent PRAVEEN K.P. had delivered the product on time(Flipkart Tracking id FMPC[protected] . I accidentally clicked on bad review stating not received a balance change.                             I didn't get my product Marzeni Casual Regular... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flip kart. The product was supposed to be delivered between 12:30PM - 04:30PM in October 11th.
                            But your executive called me at 9.30 PM saying they couldn't deliver on time because of heavy rain and asked me to wait for them outside. I waited till 12 and then I got a text message informing the product is delivered. I already payed online and I didn't get my product. Now I'm not able to contact them.
                            Even if they misplaced order, OTP is with me and I haven't shared it to them.
                            This is very inappropriate. Please do deliver my product as soon as possible.

                              Dear Ekartcourier Team,

                              This is Bharti, from Odisha I've placed an order ofva mobile phone from flipkart on 7th October and my tracking number is FMPP[protected], It has already left nearest city i.e Cuttack on 11th October, 3:00am and after that it is still at my city i.e Bhubaneswar and they are not receiving the order at the hub, though they could have delivered it me yesterday itself, but till today on tracking there is not proceeding. And on Flipkart it showing, arriving today. They have even hold that order at cuttack for 2days. If all these doesn't have happend the delivery could have been faster.

                              Please look into this and help me to get the order today.

                                  I ordered a Labtop which was already paid.

                                  At first nobody came to deliver. Later in the evening I recieved a messege saying that delivery attempt failed. This fake messege I received for consecutive two days.

                                  When I asked them why they were forwarding wrong message they said they cannot do anything.
                                  Basically they are only delivering nearby and rest they are sending fake message that delivery attempt was failed.

                                    E-kart delivery already delayed from flipkart delivery was scheduled on 9th and got rescheduled on 11th..wish master when called spoke very rudely saying he cannot deliver the courier in guarantee basis even today and will deliver the courreir at 12 at night..
                                    Not expected this type of delivery service.

                                      I ordered 4 things together out of which three products got delivered to me but the one for which I am waiting since long because of big billion sale I got in great discount in fact i used coupons for it. For that one product delivery men is saying that address is incomplete I wonder then how other 3 got delivered. Please don't lie I don't expect this from such recognised brand like yours

                                      In fact I visited your branch which is located near panchvati.. I didn't get satisfactory answer they are saying that we are getting more than 5000 couriers everyday so we can't guarantee about each and every product your product is just of rupees 800.

                                      Like really?!

                                      If I had to order this again it will cost me 2500 rupees. I have been eagerly waiting for this product please don't do like this.

                                        I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 3rd Oct'21 Tracking id FMPP[protected], and the same is supposed to be delivered by 7th Oct'21. Today (11th Oct'21) flipkart updates order status as "Expected by 13th Oct'21". When order tracked in Ekart, noticed that tracking details are not updated from last 3days. When getting in touch with flipkart, just getting pathetic support. They have no clue when the order will be delivered. The updates I get from flipkart are " we are escalating your issue", " Please wait for the next business day", "we dont have any details about the ekart logistics, so we have to wait till they update status of the order".

                                        I just want to know the exact status of my order, and exact date of delivery (as the same is being changed for . Also told them, if they can share the hub details i can visit and collect it, but they aren't ready to share the same also.
