I placed an order from flipkart and Ekart was there delivery partner. Everyday I'll receive messages and calls saying I have a product out for delivery but the product never gets delivered. I contacted there office in my locality and they said they were not able to contact me through phone. But they called me everyday saying I have a delivery through the same number. I contacted the assigned delivery boy and he says he is right now somewhere far away from my area, so it will be delivered next day. This repeated for 3 times and then the order got cancelled automatically. The delivery guy could have asked anyone in my locality for my address or anything regarding my home but nothing like that happened. Now because of this I had lost my time waiting for them and my money as I had purchased some other products from the local store associated with the product I ordered. I really need to know why this happened because I don't want the same thing happening to my future purchases as well.

    The delivery boy visit at my doorstep at night 8:30 pm and tell me that he can't exchange of my Realme 3 pro mobile I will order it on offer and get the price 6700 but he tell me that only 3000 rs I get with exchange,
    Then I question him, he reply that he need a mobile for his wife because my mobile condition is excellent,
    My first question is I will give the mobile to company or delivery boy?
    The rate how much decrease from 3000?
    Purchase time I get imei number and no crack on my mobile,
    This is too much pathetic service from ekart,

      Delivery Date 4th October 2021 time 10:25 ...Kindly make a return and refund the cod amount from that fraud seller who has courier the shipment from your company. As you have other details of the fraud person. Kindly do the needful as it will ruin your company name to deliver fraud people shipments..

        I had bought a Puma 365 ignite football shoes from Myntra.It was delivered by Ekart logistics on September 3rd . The shoe was not upto the quality as it started to wear off before the end of September and it’s sole completely came out. I requested for a return in Myntra as my return period was not over and had called and informed the Myntra customer care about the situation of my shoes, they had asked me to send the photos of the shoes via mail. Which I did and my return was accepted by Myntra. But when I took the shoes for return, the Ekart logistics service guy denied to return my shoes and said that his manager had instructed him not to take any damaged or defective goods for return. What I don’t understand is if Myntra doesn’t have an issue with accepting my defective shoes why does Ekart have an issue. Ekart is just delivering the goods purchased
        from different online sites.
        I request you to kindly look into it.

                I have purchased an iPhone 12 from FLIPKART (ORDER NO OD[protected] dated 2 OCT during FLIPKART SALE at GOOD PRICE @ 45999 Rs.FLIPKART delivery agent (Ekart Courier, Sanjay Nagar Ghaziabad)came for delivery and taken my OTP. After taken OTP he replied I will not give you this Courier and I will be delivered this courier the next day. Moreover, due to too many Fraud Cases, I tell him, I make a video of this Product for our safety.
                Now Next day, Courier was not delivered not my order was canceled by the delivery boy. My refund will become but Problem is that, WHY HE CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I do not buy this product at this Price.

                    I ordered JBL BLUETOOTH through online eKART application amount of Rs. 1549 COD. ON 14 SEP 2021. But instead of JBL BLUETOOTH i received empty box of JBL BLUETOOTH AND TWO PIECES OF PLYWOOD PLANK. ON 18 SEP 2021.

                          For the last 4 days we have not been allowed to enter the hub and have been waiting outside from morning till noon...
                          Newcomers are not being given more than 3 parcels...
                          Sir since (morning to noon) we have not been given any parcel, no O.F.D & any kind of pickup. All the parcels are being given to the old boys, we are not getting any till now...
                          The behavior of every staff in the office is very bad, if someone makes a little mistake, they abuse him ...

                            This is to inform you that an Ekart delivery boy picked up my package that I requested for replacement but didn't update it on the portal of Ekart at the time of pick up, as his internet wasn't working. He told me he will update the pick up by evening on the same day itself but he didn't do it. As a result of which I am not being delivered my replacement package now by another delivery boy as my pick up hasn't been updated and he is asking me for the pick up again. I made a complaint to the local office of Ekart and they are now making dummy delivery and cancellation messages since last 2 days.

                            Either he misplaced my pick up package or cheated me. This is a serious matter of concern. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible or
                            I will take further legal action in this matter.

                              Hello - I am expecting a consignment delivered via Ekart.
                              Tracking id : ITLP[protected]
                              It was booked on 29th Sep. 2021 but if I check the status its the same and there is no change till today on their website
                              https://ekartlogistics.com/shipmenttrack/ITLP[protected]
                              It just says consignment booked and reach by Oct.9
                              The status is same since 3 days there is no change.

                              There is no customer care number of Ekart mentioned where I can check latest update. I tried out all customer care numbers I got from google search but no number works.

                              Really not sure how to track this.
                              Kindly help.

                                    Ekart delivered a package for COD in the name of Flipkary. and when opened the package, it had old clothes and no return address on package. Called Ekart agent to take back package and he spoke rudely, refused to take it back.

                                      Ekart executive delivered a package worth 800 for COD. On opening the package there were some old shirts which we did not order. There is no return address on the package. When called delivery executive he refused to take back the package. Seems like a scam and the delivery agent was involved. He spoke rudely when asked to take back package.

                                      Ekart Update: Premium Printed Colourful S... with tracking ID SPYC[protected] from Shipway, will be delivered today before 9pm (call [protected], PIN 145).

                                      This message came from ekart and delivery boy took 1500cod using gpay .package contained fake old clothes source unknown. Went and returned to the hub directly to hand over the parcel but they are not ready to take action.I told them they can still update system so that ekart should not loose money to the fraud sources ordering and sending those packages.We are all trying to become more digitalised for the growth of nation but these kind of fake things scares us with nightmares
