          Dear sir/madam

          my tracking id nmbp[protected]

          undelivery consignment.

          Your delivery boy ([protected]) did not come my house. And write my address is wrong.

          So many times from yestet day i.E. 27.09.2021 i call him regarding delivery. He told his byke was brake down and came after half an hour. Every time he say same. And last he told me i dont delivery your consignment.

          Then again i call him today 28.09.21, he told i will come aftet 1hour. Then aftet i got massage undeliver due insufficient adress.

          Please resend my consignment and take action againt your delivery boy.

              I ordered my parcel from Flipkart and the delivery date was 26th September 2021, I also get message from you on 25th September 2021 that your parcel is arriving today, but i didn't get any call from your courier boy and that day at 8:30pm another message pop-up that You rejected your delivery, I called to office and they said " their is a misunderstanding about names thats why we rejected it because there are two parcels from same area, why they even called me once, please resolve this earlier, the parcel is very important

                Kindly take strict action against a delivery agent who himself cancelled my order pickup without informing me n didn't respond to my call wen i tried to reach d agent whose number is given below on the screenshot I've attached. This second time I faced this negligence from ekart, as previously my order delivery was also cancelled by delivery agent without my knowledge.

                                Fraud delivery person from ekart chennai contact no.[protected], delivery misplaced my product, my Order ID:WSPC [protected]. 3 FASHION KURTI NEW DRESS, BUt he delivered 2damaged and used kurti, i think they will collect from street beggers. Very very fraud and misplaced my product and collect amount of rs.500. Very fraud i will called him 1000 call but he will not attend and i also chat in WhatsApp he will not give any.                                   I have a parcel from Flipkart and it is out for delivery today but the agent refuse to door step delivery and very badly said that if I am not pick up the parcel from a shop he will cancelled it . I received a massage with undeliverable due to incomplete address. This is happening with me in every time. Some time I pick up from the shop but to my personal problem I am not able to pick up every time. My tracking ID for the item is FMPC[protected]

                                    Out for Pickup: LG 80cm (32 inch) HD R... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected]). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.
                                    I buy a product from flipkart, after delivery i received a damaged and wrong product, the same will be intimated to flipkart team, they raised return but the EKART person is refusing to pick up the product since from more than one year, , previously i received refund also, but pending to pick by the same behaviour of ekart person.so in the flipkart team assigned for pick up every time but the ekart person calling me and when reached the area he refused to pick up the product, is this will happen again i will file a case in consumer court against EKART. please try to understand the issue and do accordingly.

                                      Ny parcel with AWB - SRTP[protected] hasn't been received yet. The due date was 21st and its 22nd and it has not been dispatched yet. And no order status has been received by me. Is this a joke to you?
                                      The parcel was something most important thing which i wanted on 21st at any cost but you failed to deliver it.

                                        I ordered two items one amount 213 which is prepaid and the other is 215 which is postpaid. The product will arrive tomorrow as expected by the given date while ordering but suddenly an executive came on[protected]. We thought this is the product which is postpaid so we gave 215 amount to that executive. Also, he didn't tell me the product is prepaid. Not a big deal but this shows the quality of Flipkart employees. After this, I will not purchase any product from Flipkart. Amazon is much better and also their employees are 1000 times better than Flipkart because they do not accept extra money. Salary is enough for them. I am located in Dayanand Nagar Alwar Near Hanuman Circle Rajasthan. And this incident surprised me. I called him yesterday to return that money but this he is clever he told me to come tomorrow and return my money back. I purchased over 2 lac last year. But this incident was not supposed by you. I want to complain against that guy who delivers otherwise your company will sink. Remove that black guy so that customers will not complain.
