I am writing this complaint to ekart employees working here in Jawali, They don't deliver order in time and if I asked them why to make my order on hold then they make irrelevant excuses, There behaviour towards their customers is very bad. Currently I have two pending orders I have asked them to deliver but everyday they make excuses and talking to me very rudely,

Please look into this and do the needful...

Your delivery boy did not deliver my product instead of He has my product by flipkart. He did not give any response and Done pincode mismatch in flikart and return my order.
i am requesting to you please take action agaist him

My pickup order having tracking ID MYNR[protected] (Registered Mobile Number [protected]) was scheduled on[protected] but the pickup was not completed.
The pickup guy did not call or text me ever regarding the pickup and he fed the false statement that I had denied to give the pickup product.
Ekart services of my location Jhanjharpur, Bihar, 847403, have done this kind of fraud multiple times.
I request you to please reschedule...

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that our TL is harassing on daily basis like he is getting one shipment to deliver at doorstep Rs-12, and he is providing us to only Rs-7, and he is using fake employees I'd and hiring fe delivery boy and making work on it so kindly take action against our TL ASAP. I have made google pay payment for AWB NO. FMPC[protected] but the first payment was unsuccessful in the delivery boy's app. Then I paid again. When I checked my bank statement my money was deducted two times. So kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. Transaction IDs are as follows

I got a delivary of a product from flipkart on 28/06 through ekart.
Due to some problem I register return it and it's approved

So on 29th June a delivary person contact me for pick up, but he denied to take it becouse its size is larger than he expected.
So he inform me to pick up on next day, and I tell him that next day I have exam duty and I can't attend call, but he can take the product from my home

I'm complaining about my Flipkart order isn't delivery I was ordered on 29th june 2021 and they promised to deliver my order on 1 July 2021 but 1 July they says we will deliver your parcel on 3rd July but I didn't get my parcel so I am filling complain on 4th July 2021,

Product lying in ekart gumti hub since 4 days. After calling 10 times to customer care, no satisfactory response .
I'm leaving kanpur today and my product is undelivered.
Very very poor service by ekart logistics kanpur.

First they show wrong delivery date and aftr that they postpone the delivery date. They had sent my parcel to a different location.

Product is lying in E-KART GUMTI HUB KANPUR since 4 days. No calls from delivery guy, and no response from customer care provider also.

I called deliver boy after 7 to 8 calls then he will recieve my call and said me today I am busy my personal work and i will recieve your pickup another day and after that i called many time he always told me same thing and the last thing is when he genuinely revive the call he told me I put my phone on charging and someone else must have picked up my phone and talked to you then who is responsible for that misbehaving...
