Am writing to report a significant issue with my recent order from Globe Exhaust. On January 21, 2024, I placed an order for a "Minus Ring Headlight" valued at 2400 INR. The order was shipped through Kartrocket/Ekart Logistics to my address in Kerala.

I am placed the my order on flipkart site date 31-jan-24. and my order delivery date is 31-jan-24. But till time my order is not delivered.

Also my one order cancel without my confirmation.

    Your delivery boy doesn't have to come to the address given in the order, he asks to pick it up from his office. And to cancel the order he asks for OTP on the phone itself and for the payment of the order he asks to transfer the money to his personal number.

      It's highly disappointing that a delivery agent behaviour was so rude. He was literally threatening me to cancel the order. This is how ekart provides services to their customers. This was so shocking that he was shouting before everyone. A big disappointed with ekart. I want you to take a strict action against that agent.

        Product reached destination on 1st feb and was out for delivery. But he just gave 2 quick missed calls literally for 2sec and when called back didn't receive call. On 2nd feb he came with tampered box. 4kg ON whey jar replaced with2kg and bcaa, creatinine jars missing. When called back he asked me to come to office.

          Delivery reached to destination on 1st feb, he just gave two quick miss calls, didn't pick my call when called back .Later got message that delivery failed customer no response. I ordered Adivasi Jeeva Sanjivani hair oil 125ml on 21/01/2024 with the order number#74666 but I received Shree ram krupa nabhi telam instead.This is a serious mistake that has caused me inconvenience and frustration.                       My order was scheduled for 28th January because of availability on address but the delivery was out on 24th January so I called my neighbour and asked her to my home . When the delivery boy came for delivery my neighbour showed the agent my home but the delivery boy just put the product on road near neighbour home and said her that taking it to the home is not his job his job is only marking as delivered. The product was heavy and my neighbour lady got in trouble the delivery boy didn't even thought that she was lady there is some walking distance from my home to her

                        A Myntra item has been returned with tracking ID MYSR[protected] on 23 Jan 2024 at 9:13 pm. A delivery agent has called at that time and picked up the product at doorstep. The pickup details hasn't been updated so far with the Myntra platform so far. In myntra platform it shows that item is still out for pickup and my redund is not initiated.
                        Kindly look into it and take appropriate action.

I shipped four products to deliver different areas of india but Ekart returned me that Couriers with different products with the reason that address not found . Sir Ekart logistics making big courier fraud. Please do the needful in this regard. I'm uploading some pictures which i received in returned courier . we are running very small business and type of fraud making helpless us. Please help me and punish the fraud makers.

                              Yesterday (22/1/2024) was my delivery date of my product...no one contacted me yet...and I can't get all to delivery agent number though..please take sufficient action against this...and make my delivery fast as possible...

                                Hi.. I ordered items in Flipkart.. ekart delivery agent has always cancelled my orders without intimation, now also they didn't deliver my order till now .. why they behave like this.. please resolve my problem as soon as possible..

                                  I have ordered One Clayplus P Trap Ceramic Commode was ordered through Flipkart on 08.01, 2024 vide order ID. OD[protected] and the same was despatched by the seller on 08.01.24 itself. The consignment was
                                  received by the CHENNAI HUB ON 12.01.24 ITSELF with Tracking ID Ekart logistics FMPC [protected]. Ekart logistics sent a message to me on 13.01.24 at 8.35am that the consignment will be delivered before 9.00pm. Again they sent a message we will deliver on 18.01, 24 thereafter no message has been sent to me regarding delivery and the consignment was not yet delivered to me ie., till now 22.01.2024. The logistics authorities have failed to take any steps to traceout the consignment and to deliver the same to me even after a lapse of 5 days more. The tracking page stand still only upto 18.01.24 no more further updation. Without the commode the civil work is pending for the past 10 days and we suffer a lot. I therefore request you to take action to deliver the above commodity immediately to me.

                                      My Myntra return parcel was picked up on 20th Jan 2024. But the person who picked up the parcel did not update pickup details on Myntra.
