Dear Team,

I purchased some product from flipkart with COD option. I paid 335rs via phonepay to ekart delivery person and it went under processing. After some time again 335rs sent via phonepay again it went under processing. Delivery guy told he will pay me back extra 335rs if both payment credit to my account. After 20hrs both amount credited to his bank but he didn't refund my amount which is 335rs. Kindly help me to get my money back.

I have tried to call that number which is [protected] but no luck.

    Dear Flipkart/Ekart Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise an issue regarding my order, which was confirmed on March 21, 2025, and was supposed to be delivered on March 31, 2025. Unfortunately, there was a problem during the delivery process, and I have not yet received the product.

    Here are the details:

    Ekart Logistics Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]

    Scheduled Delivery Date: March 31, 2025

    Delivery Address: NO.354/10 1st main 7th cross,
    Chikkaswamy Layout jaraganahally

    On March 31, the Ekart delivery team arrived at my home. However, while I was receiving calls from the delivery team, the OTP required for completing the delivery was not triggered on my phone. As a result, the delivery team informed me that they could not complete the delivery without the OTP and took the product back.

    They assured me that the delivery would be rescheduled. However, despite waiting for over a week, I have not received any further updates, and the product has not been delivered yet.

    I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide an update on when I can expect the delivery of my product. If there is any further information or action needed from my side, please let me know.

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the delivery of my recent order, Order No. OD[protected].

      Upon receiving my order, the delivery boy requested an amount of Rs. 2500, which was Rs. 450 more than the agreed amount of Rs. 2050 stated in my order details. This extra charge was collected without any prior explanation or justification. I was informed that the payment of Rs. 2500 was required for the order, which is incorrect and has caused confusion.

      I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to rectify this issue. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the extra amount of Rs. 450 is refunded to me at the earliest.

        I had ordered a product from aqualogica on march 16th, 2025 and the estimated delivery date was on march 27th and i had not received it. ekart logistics was their delivery partner. when i checked my order using the tracking id, it showed “order rejected” after eleven long days. they didn’t even bother to inform me about the same and i have no idea about why it has been done. my order was prepaid so i want refund. i can’t even find a phone number to contact ekart logistics to complain about the same.

                      On February 24, 2025, I placed an order for a pedestal fan from Flipkart, and on March 1, 2025, the item arrived at the closest EKART hub.
                      and the merchandise is not being delivered to my house by the Ekart crew.

                      They frequently contact and change the dates without my consent; my tracking ID is FMPC [protected].

                        Delivery person did not deliver the order instead asking me to share cancellation OTP over the phone.

                        Even though the correct postal code mentioned in the website he is telling that wrong postal code mentioned in the order.

                              Hi, Umesh here from Amravati.
                              My parcel (tracking : BGSP[protected]) was about to deliever on 21st from Ekart and delievery boy called me. While I was not at home so I asked to take it to the warehouse and I will collect it after sometime but when I reached there the parcel was with courier boy only which he took with self. Another day also the parcel wasnt delievered and when I went there the parcel was still with courier boy. Today also on 23rd the parcel is not delievered. The products are very important in it and late delivery is affecting my business.

                                Without any reason he cancelled my order and I went to office for verification he came for beating. It's like rowdyism going on there.

                                In next step I will tweet in twitter with tagging all Flipkart management if you guys not responding.

                                  Today date 12/02/2024 my parcel is out for delivery of tracking id - FMBC[protected]. delivery boy comes at my home by 07:33pm and deliver the order and collect cash amount Rs-799/-. But delivery boy updates this order by order rejected instead of order delivered. I have received the order with 2 numbers of wooden piece. my order is missing in this package.
                                  I am unable to contact with delivery boy now. I have paid the amount to him 799/- and wooden piece received.

                                      When I call back the Ekart delivery agent number provided on the Flipkart application, I always get a message saying the delivery agent is busy or on another call. Additionally, if the delivery agent calls me, it shows that I am not available. It seems that my number might be blocked by Ekart. I have complained to Flipkart about this, but they have not yet resolved my issue. Could you please resolve this issue for me?

                                        I got a delivery from ekart delivery person, which I ordered from flipkart. I ordered a lehnga from flipkart on 29th January 2025, I got a message of cancelation of order on 30th January 2025 and get a refund on same day. But on 1st February 2025, when I was not in house a delivery person from ekart came to house and gave flipkart envelope whose photo attached below. Delivery person get Rupee 800 cash from my wife for this order as she was unknown that order was cancelled and I got my refund. It was a complete fraud happen with us if you can't resolve this. I will go to consumer court because I have all the evidence regarding this.
                                        Kindly resolve this and get my money back.
